The holidays are extremely busy, but they had tons of friendly staff at the check outs. There were even multiple staff members helping at the self check outs. Curbside pick up is extremely efficient. The store is always kept clean and has good stock.

We love shopping here especially when there’s a seasonal event happening where new products are displayed such as the 4th of July or candies for different ocasiones.Staff have always been helpful here.If you have a Red card you get 5% plus other offers that makes it a better deal on several products.We enjoy grabbing a drink from Starbucks inside this location before shopping here 😁

Went here last fall with my wife and we were quite impressed by the high level of customer service. Special shoutout to Matt, at least that's what I think his name was, for help with ringing up Catan. 10/10 Target experience all told.

I purchased a Shark vacuum at the Morgantown WV Target. Upon opening it, the brush had red human hair tangled in the brush and white animal hair in the brush and upholstery tool. The canister was covered in dirt and the filter was filthy. Instead of sending me a new vacuum and a packing slip to return the unsanitary mess the store chose to place back on the shelves, I have to drive two hours to return it.

Went here to pick up meds from the pharmacy. Pharmacist and staff personable and know me. That's important to me. I can talk to the pharmacist with questions, about personal health issues, and my family.This CVS has always been this way, and it's why I go here rather than other CVS pharmacies in Morgantown.

Terrible and lazy staff. Absolutely no work is done before the store opens, unlike every single other grocery store, so everything is out of stock in the mornings. Pickup orders are given the lowest priority of any purchasing option. if you make a pickup order at noon, they won’t even touch it until 8 the next day after they let people in to take whatever they want, even if what you ordered a day before then becomes out of stock. extremely understaffed but it’s almost like they want it that way so they have more excuses to do even less work than they already do. Electronics desk NEVER has anyone working it; anytime you need assistance there, it takes about 20 minutes before anyone responds as if they are constantly on break. Pickup department always has maybe one person working, but they finish one order every two hours and that’s if you’re lucky. Regular registers are never open and if they are, you need to buy a lottery ticket because the odds of one being open is much less likely than it is to win the powerball. Something else to mention is while the staff has handheld devices that show stock and when things will be restocked, they either can’t read them or love to lie to people because there have been at least 5 different times when I have asked an employee and guest services when an item is coming out or when their next restock is and they have been wrong every time without fail. Walking into Target now is like walking into Hell (Walmart), just a different color.

I went to grab a shelf that required a 'team lift'. I searched the entire store for an employee to assist because it was heavy and could cause injury if done alone. All I found were the cashiers and no available staff.

Target is always clean and well-staffed, with friendly employees. Their option to order online and pick up in-store works far more seamlessly than their nearby competitor. The Starbucks inside is an added bonus.

I’ve never left a review but I was very annoyed so I’m going to. Yesterday, I was in this store at around 4pm and there was 6 young people (2 of which didn’t even work there) leaning up against the registers by self check out. They weren’t helping customers, if anything they were making us all uncomfortable, and most importantly they were not cleaning anything. It was clear they were just hanging out with their friends and getting paid 15 dollars to do so. 🙄

My go to shopping place. Get the Target debit and get 5 percent off all your purchases, bring your own bag and get 5 cents off. Great prices every day, nice employees. I will say the debit does sometimes take a couple of days to come out of the bank. I have often used the free shipping to store feature and have been pleased with it. I have their app which is nice too.

Horrible....it's all young college kids working there...zero social interaction. Lots of the merchandise wasn't even priced, like the cap stand for magnolia paint, not a price in sight. Electronics was worse, I wanted to register a complaint with Customer service, the store manager took way too long. I told the girl working the area that the manager took to long and I had to go. She just looked at me.... Very bad customer service overall, I worked with the public for 35 years, so trust me, I am an expert on this.

Clean and bright and helpful staff. I enjoy walking into the store and being met with the deal spot. So many neat items they catch you with before you make it inside. Wish the store had the added benefit of the fresh section and it would really keep me out of Walmart.

Nice place, but they don't except my friends international debit card. I'm not sure if that's a common problem but if you wish to pay with an international card the Walmart nearby does accept her card, it might be the safer bet. They never hound me about my service dog, even if he's not in his vest, so that's good. The employees arevery nice also.

The store is nice, staff is okay however they could be more helpful when selling insurance for their electronics. They didn't go by helping me. I filed my claim for my JBL TUNE225 earbuds which the right earbud unfortunately does not turn on after 2 months.They charge an that's it. The girl Emily asked may I help you an I told her I filed my claim I reached a crash during my claim. She says we sell you the insurance an it's out of our 🤲and turns her head in a rudely manner.That's terrible customer service. They don't care about their customers nor the merchandise the customer purchases.What a terrible world 🌎 we live in. To sell product without further help. Their insurance is unfortunately squaretrade.Disregards.

I had to go here twice in one day, on New Year's Day 2020, and each time was a pleasant experience with friendly personable employees and a young woman named Alex who was working at the Starbucks in the Target store, who took the time to make my coffee taste good when the machine was acting up a bit.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always kept in a clean condition and is always well stocked. Unlike Walmart, I recommend this Target if you have any quick shopping needs since they do usually keep more than one register open and you can get in and out fairly quick.

For me, this is only an occasional place to shop. I love the fact that I can shop here with few other customers to spoil my shopping experience. Prices are higher here and their line of generics are not as good as Walmart's. That being said, I much prefer this setting over Walmart's. Its OK for a quick stop.

I returned a Christmas gift with the receipt that my daughter gave me to get cash for the return. The customer service person would not discuss the issue with me and said that the only option was a gift card that I didn't want because of a previous issue or to put it back on my daughter's card. She was very rude and would not get her manager for me to speak discuss the situation. I will never purchase anything from Target and will make sure that I share my story with anyone that ask about Target.

I like Target, but I would like to see more stylish clothes for bigger women. Also, I was there to purchase a baby shower gift. There were many empty shelves in the baby clothes. I felt I was very limited as to what I could pick from the baby registry.
