Noel and I was in Morgantown WV for my doctor's appointment and we stopped at TJ Maxx to shop around and check things out.The store was semi crowded but it was clean. The staff was very sparse and only 2 registers open. They were having a few really good sells. I would go again to shop here.

i was in the other day and store was very unorganized and messy. i had troubles finding anything and couldn’t find anyone to help me. when i did find help, she wasn’t helpful at all. i didn’t catch her name, but she was older, blonde, and had glasses. when i went to check out, the cashier was nice and friendly. disappointed since i’ve been here before and haven’t had any issues.

All the staff were very courteous and friendly. Overall, it's a good store with decent selection, but the aisles are cramped and some sections (like bras) have no organization and it's difficult to find things. To be fair, I was shopping at Christmas so that may not be how things usually are. I do wish they carried more food items. I love those interesting and unusual items :)

I walked into this place with my wife as she was looking for some cook ware. We found a very unique multi colored pan. One of the best things about this place is there is usually something different than you would find anywhere else. I also enjoy places that let me pay with a chip card. I always like experiences that are fun and easy. Paying with the chip is both.

Clean store. Great location. Always has fresh new items. Everything is always neat and organized. I've been to a few TJ Maxx stores and they have been a mess. Glad we have one in Morgantown.

Not enough cashier's for the amount of customers and I found a top on a clearance rack that had a minor spot and some snags where nothing was over $10 that had no tags so the fitting room attendant told me to ask at the register and the cashier tried to tell me that it was $19 and she could discount it to $16, no thank you! I still found some great buys.

Store has slid in recent years with the store looking more mess than upscale or put together. Many parts of the men’s department are so poorly put together you wonder if the associates or the company actually cares about its male shoppers. The other areas of this store are in bad shape or cluttered too full. Store used to look great and very clean now just a big mess. Checking out is pretty good but the staff is less than eager to do so.

Always find something I love in that store! However things keep going up in price, there's literally nothing for men anymore, and the dressing rooms attendant girl is extremely rude and unpleasing. She definitely needs a reality check.

This store is an addiction. New items in the shelf daily, so it's a new exploration each day you visit. I generally always find what I'm looking for, as well. The kitchen section is stocked so well there are items you buy that you didn't even know you needed!

I had a pleasant experience. They have dividers separating the cash registers, which is nice if you’re still worried about social distancing I guess. However, I will forever recommend Marshalls over T.J. Maxx

Love love love this store! When I need a shopping fix, a gift, to refresh my decor or wardrobe or realize I forgot to bring socks for the gym, they have it all! I can also bring my mastiff to get him out of the house when it's bitter cold outside and he can pick out a toy in the pet section. We had a bad experience with a patron there one that left us frightened to leave alone and my daughter and I were escorted out by the manager. Literally my very favorite store.

I love your store...I shop there alot. Today I was checking out and the young gal needs to be better trained...I purchased at least 5 glass pieces.. She asked me each time she rang up a piece of glass.."Do you want this wrapped?" I answered yes each time..then finally said...Don't ask me again if it is glass... wrap it...Either she doesn't have a clue or she needs better training...Common sense goes along way...Hopefully you will look into your front line...They are the face of your store..Fix your face..Thanks...

Guy's section is literally a 1/3 the size of the women's. Great store if you're female, or if you want some nice home-decor items. If you're a guy that isn't XL or larger it can be slim pickings. However, the tie and belt section is great.

Good place to find deals. Kind of busy all the time, but worth it. The employees are always nice and it's kept clean. Stock changes daily so if you see something you want better Git it that day

Most of the T.J.Maxx places that you go to have lines to get in, which is a pain but once you get in they have really nice prices on most of their items. And a nice selection of items depending on what you're looking for. Shoes, beautiful, soft throws, kitchen items and more at pretty reasonable prices.

TJ Maxx is one of my favorite store chains. I always buy my dog's beds there. I also buy a good bit of my cookware, clothing, purses and linens there. I've never been disappointed.My latest trip was a bit of a let down as they no longer offer as large a selection of mens and womens fragrances. One of the employees told us to try Marshalls for a greater selection. Maybe these two stores are owned by the same parent company?

Decent experience ruined by a cashier that berated me for not getting a TJX credit card. I was about to punch out the plexiglass window if she asked me one more time. Honestly, pushing your credit card ruins the shopping experience.
