20220723 need to remind the barista to give me the bring your own mug credits. Not only do I save 10 cents, I also get 25 points! This location doesn't have the West Virginia been there mugs, if you are looking for them. Recommend calling all the stores as well as Starbucks located in Target, grocery stores, etc... that often gave plenty comparing to standalone starbucks. Its because people didn't think to check starbucks locations inside another store. Fortunately I already got mine at the Starbucks closer to Maryland... Charlestown, etc...The young lady at the drive thru was very friendly. I ordered the iced chai latte with soy, and it is delicious!!

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks. I go here frequently because it is the most convenient location for me and I usually just deal with the inconsistent quality. My usual order is a shaken espresso, I have ordered this for years and know what it should taste/look like. When I picked my drink up this morning I knew it was wrong, and I took a sip of it and it just tasted like milk. The barista asked me if something was wrong, and I told her it just tasted like milk. She said there was espresso in it, and I said it was gross and made wrong. She just IGNORED ME. I go out to my car and I can see through the window the two baristas are looking at me and talking and laughing, I’m assuming about me. I almost never ask for my drink remade, but this drink was just disgusting and I threw it in the trash.

Always bustling, but the staff here are friendly and helpful, making sure that you're served as quickly as possible.Just today I thought that I had placed an order online, but must have failed to submit the order. The barista I spoke to was happy to check make sure I hadn't sent it to another store by mistake, and when I submitted the order (for real this time!), was kind enough to confirm that they had received it.To me, those small acts of kindness really make a difference.

I never been to his location before and it was worth my time. They were busy but we're able to take my order and get it to me in. A timely manner. They have good parking and a nice seating area where you can wait or get some work done and hang out. Great spot

All of the employees here deserve a raise. By far some of the best customer service skills, attentative listening when making orders, very friendly, knowledgeable about their products and what they have available. This starbucks has employees who genuinely make you feel comfortable and like you at home. Great great great location.

Friendly advice. Greet the customers! Even if you are super busy! Acknowledge them. Say hello! We will be with you shortly. I stood 10min almost without anyone even saying hi or even offering my order. I've worked in food. I get it but just greeting the customer goes a long way.

I gave this location a 5 star a while ago but today after visiting several times this locations and other locations I’m changing my review for 1 reason: other locations give a 10 cent discount for the mugs, this place doesn’t! It’s not the amount it’s the principle and the difference of how the other locations handle the request. I’m no longer coming to this location, even if I have to drive an extra 15 min.

Idk where my last horrible review is but I do Doordash orders and I stood there and waited and waited nobody asked what I needed if I needed help and 15 minutes and 15 customers that have came and gone and I just left and unassigned the order. This happened not too long ago I'm not accepting orders from here anymore I'm sick of this place I wasted time and money I could've delivered 2 or 3 orders in the amount of time I stood there for nothing.

Very friendly staff. I went through the drive thru and my drink took a little bit longer than normal. They felt bad and gave me cash for my next visit 👍👍

guy at the window is just rude . I said hi , nothing back from him . ( mind you he was speaking with the his coworkers as i am pulling up )He grabbed the money out of my hand and I still was nice to him . Told him thank you and have a good day and nothing . Only to pull up and hear him greet other people . If your having a bad day, don't take it out on customer . I get losing my business is nothing to a big business but I will definitely save my time and money.

The Starbucks on Chestnut Ridge Road is awesome! The staff is so friendly and personable, even if the drive thru line is wrapped around the building. I frequently go and my drinks always come out consistent and exactly how I'd like. Their service is quick and efficient. I love going to this location!

The staff was very friendly! Every time I walked in at least two people greeted me and asked me how I was. The store it’s self is very pretty. And when they made a mistake they were quick to fix it and apologized for it. A truly great Starbucks! They even have mugs location mugs they’re collecting as a store! Definitely come to this Starbucks when you’re in Morgan Town!!!

Friendliest workers with the best Starbucks drinks! We love coming here! Also, this is one of the few places I go that every worker wears their mask properly. Super respectful and they always make sure my dog gets a pup cup

Terrible. Waited in the drive thru to pick up a 3 item mobile order . When at the speaker, was informed we’d have to park and wait. Sorry but this is unacceptable and never happened at any other Starbucks in my life. Close the mobile ordering if you cannot handle the orders.

Oh man, I'm a green tea freak. Would 100% recommend Starbucks and this one in particular is so amazing. The employees are well dressed, well mannered and so very very polite. Service with a smile is one of the best ways to put it when giving a review.

My rating had nothing to do with customer service or drink preparation. I have never sat and waited at a Starbucks longer than at this location. It’s a busy location, I’ll give them that, but I regularly spend 20+ mins in their drive thru. If Chic-Fil-A can get 60 cars through their drive thru in 10 mins, Starbucks can get 10 cars through in less than 20mins. Absolutely. Ridiculous.

I originally posted this review about 2 years ago. I meant to go back and revisit the issues if they ever got dealt with. The folks working there at the time are no longer there from what I could tell. As a result service greatly improved experience was overall greatly improved the coffee on the other hand is starting to taste kind of ...eh.That however is Starbucks messing with good tasting drinks and deciding it doesn't taste enough like a dead buffalo's taint thats been dragged through a swamp then sprayed it down with skunk juice just to be sure....I haven't experienced that specific item but after what they did to mochas flavor I'd imagine that's what it would probably taste like. I'd give more stars but Starbucks Corporate needs to stop messing with stuff that works for the sake of changing something and fix get on that the flavor issue they got happening nationwide

Typical Starbucks but the staff really make this the one you want to go to. Always friendly, always got a smile on their face, and show up a few times and they will quickly get your order down. I'm usually not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee but this location's folks keep me coming back for food and cold brew.

We go here everyday, (seriously) my sister has a huge addiction to the “strawberry açaí with peach juice,” and knows all the employees by name! The staff is always very friendly, they work hard to get your drink done quickly, and make it taste good! Definitely recommend going here, but I would highly suggest going in because every time we’ve went through the drive through there’s been loads of cars, (which isn’t their fault) but definitely try this place out.I recommend the “pink drink,” however I normally get it without the “scooped strawberries (if you like strawberries this is definitely a good choice!)Also recommend the “strawberry açaí with a lemonade base and peach juice” (I sometimes don’t get the peach juice but it’s good either way) (if you like strawberries!)

Baristas were super busy when I came in. Lot's of customers and only 2 employees out front. One came from the back to take my order. They were all incredibly friendly despite being slammed with drive thru and mobile orders. Great team spirit at this location. Keep smiling!

They didn't make my requested drink so good but they had no problem replacing it, my daughter loves the dragon fruit drink, even though they could add alittle extra dragon fruit than they do when I pay for extra, an they treat my furr babies like people n always give them pup cups!
