I have no problems giving these guys 5 stars. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me find anything I needed and had no problems answering all of my questions. Sportsman's Warehouse has everything a guy needs for the outdoors and more.

U can't get any service there the staff ignores the customers. It's like they don't want to sell certain items. It's fine for ammo or other hunting stuff or boots and clothing.

From a customer perspective this store is amazing. From an emotes perspective they need work. Too much drama interference with an employee trying to buy what they need. Employees are treated as 3rd class citizens. Customers are treated like gold. When one is an employee and a customer.... they get the shift. I will not return as a customer after being an employee. I do appreciate the work history. I do not appreciate the reason for for my termination. I will not tolerate my future patronage being treated according to this store's opinion of mine or my husband's personal conduct or beliefs. Sell us our guns or not. Fine. But don't play games or tell lies.I loved working for the company. I love the services offered. But not a fan of the things they do or say to prevent one from making purchases.

There is so much to choose from. My husband liked the side by sides, of course. Good prices on their boots. Go check them out. Just so much to check put, and the kids will love the animals.

Wish they'd get some reloading supplies. I know there is a shortage everywhere, SW always had the best selection of powder around. Hope the old days return, but I won't hold my breath!

They were really friendly and helpful! It was one of the most genuine and friendly first impressions I've ever had. Excellent customer service skills for the 4 employees I interacted with. Customer service desk associates were what I would hope for efficient and polite but still sincere. Cashier friendly and quick. Associate that assisted me was knowledgeable about his department and products not to mention to be aware of my questions. Great first impression!

I usually go to the one in Washington Pa, which by far is way larger than this one, and I'm not sure if this store is new or what was going on but there were so many employees stocking shelves and moving merchandise every where. Super small, and very disappointing compared to the one in Washington Pa.

Was in the Morgantown store today. Got to the counter and the girl answered the phone, totally ignoring me, a paying customer right in front of her. I kept asking for someone to help, she ignored me and kept talking on the phone. I walked around, asking out loud for someone to help me. Finally Josh came out and checked me out. Highly discusteded with the rudeness. I should have walked out and ordered off Amazon, but was trying to support local store. I've worked customer service, put phone on hold when you have a live customer in front of you and assist them, then go back to your talking. I was the only one around, not like a line of customers. Very disappointed. Usually no problem.

Easily seen from the Interstate but getting to the hilltop site requires a little pre-knowledge or willingness to navigate. A nice fishing tackle section. I did not visit the rest of the store.

Always a great experience for us here! We were shopping for work boots yesterday and had the best help to find my husband's size. We give Vicki management over footwear 10 thumbs up.👍She total went out of her way to help my husband find exactly what he need. At the register was also a great experience. A young man named Kyle was extremely helpful and beyond professional and nice!! Kudos 👏👏👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful store and shopping experience. They seem to have a very good selection of all things hunting, fishing, and camping. Also sell pellet grills from Camp Chef and several others. Very large selection of firearms from handguns to rifles & shotguns. They also have a good selection of ammunition. It's my new favorite place to buy gear. Much better than Dick's for hunting and fishing gear.

Its seems to be mostly hunting and fishing oriented so if you're looking for that then this would be the place for you. They didn't have as much camping and hiking equipment as I had hoped and what they had was a bit pricey. EDIT: they did contact me and said they could order requested items and would price match competitors, and that was really cool of them.

Great selection, friendly service! Gold quality dog toys & accessories, they are also very dog friendly. Everything time I buy something for my dog they encourage me to bring my dog with me next time. Great selection of Hunting & Fishing gear & accessories but not so big that you can't find things. Very happy to have access to such a nice sporting goods store locally 👍👍

It's nice. Clean. Large selection of everything. Very pleased with prices of ammo. But I feel this store is way out of my league price wise. Cabela's and Bass pro seems to have cheaper prices for what I personally look for. But I will return....probably round Christmas.

I went there to purchase a gun that was on sale and they had sold out. Jason was very helpful in explaining to me how I can order it from the online and have it delivered to the store. He also took the time to show a girlfriend if mine several guns she could conceal carry with. Jason and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The prices were pretty decent too. I will return.
