Only place in Morgantown that I'll get my haircut! Another barber on high street (not to be named) did a terrible job on mine and it took sever months to grow back. I came here and Kimberly saw the error and worked around it and made it blend in so it wasn't so noticeable! They use American Crew products and are cheap and also very very fast (it took the other place 45 mins for God knows why) and I'm in and out in 5 minutes here! Would highly recommend

Excellent barber shop in Morgantown. Always accepts walk-ins, very good price, very good haircuts (at least for men!). The ladies are so friendly, too. I've moved out of town, but will definitely stop in for a fresh cut if I'm in need of one next time I'm in town.

Great Place to get your hair cut, I have experience no problems at all during my visits. The lady who cuts my hair is very nice and does a professional job. The prices are good and generally the wait times are very low.

I came into here because my regular Barber is not open on the weekends and my weekly schedule has been busy. Biggest mistake ever, they got me right in and there was no wait but 10min after she started cutting and said she was done my S#@! was straight jacked up, the front of my hair looked like a scenic mountain top all uneven and the hair was nowhere near blended on the sides.DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a buzz cut which I hope they could at least do for somebody. Now I understand why there was no wait on a weekend...

I've been going to shortcuts for many years, as far back as when it was Maraneys. I have never once had a bad experience there. Kim, has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now, and I cannot say enough about her and the service she provides to the community as an owner/operator of shortcuts, she truly is an amazing person and her main priority is the relationship with her customers and customer satisfaction. Hard work and dedication has what I've always seen from the business, I highly recommend shortcuts!

Best place in Morgantown for a guy to get a haircut! I have been going to Short Cuts regularly for several years now and they are the kindest and most skilled barbers you'll find on WVU campus. And for those with a sweet tooth, they have a candy basket too.Update: They now have a gumball machine and an ATM inside the barbershop.

I've never recieved a better haircut. I paid a modest price for a great haircut that I didnt have to wait two weeks for it to look good. Not to mention the staff was incredibly nice. I also saw a dog. I love this place.

I have been going to Maraney's for my hair cuts since coming to school here at WVU. For a very good price, I have received the haircut I want every time. The entire staff is nice and work quickly and efficiently.

If you are OK with letting someone who does drugs on the job right before you walk in and wanting a buzz cut, this is the place for you. I got right in with no wait, now I see why. The haircut was all of 10 min and the whole time I was trying not to breath. I would not recommend anyone going to this place. ENTER at your own RISK. Waste of money without a doubt.

ABSOLUTELY this is the worst haircut I've had in my adult life. I've been going to the same stylest in Shinnston for 28 years (Celena Price) but missed my appointment because of an oversight on my phone's calendar.My grandson Gavin had a Christmas Concert at the MET in Morgantown so I needed a trim and decided to stop in MARANEY HAIR CENTER. The female working (only person on sorry at that time knew I only wanted a trim, but within 2 minutes took clippers and destroyed the styling that my hair had been accustomed to for that long period of time. BEFORE I could stop her the damage was done.Needless to say I won't EVER step for in there again. If you need a head shaved, peeled or crew cut, then she's all yours!!But if you desire a good styling, don't stop they're if she'd on duty.

Worst hair cut I have had in morgantown. Asked for a fade and ended up with a buzz cut. Didnt even shape the back of my neck up or hairline. Will not ever go back. Save your money there is better butcher in morgantown then these barbers.

I have went to this place for over 2 years to get my haircut. However, today they let the older man cut my hair and he had no idea what he was doing. He totally messed my hair up and gave me the worst haircut that I have ever had. I will never recommend this place or go there again. I wish that I could get the money back that I spent getting this awful haircut...
