I quit coming here even though i literally live half a block away. I only ever ordered hot dogs. They forget to add the onions about 50% of the time. I don't want them without onions, so i guess I'm just done going to sheetz.Honestly, they're not even cheap like they used to be. Charging $.50 for chile is lame. Even still, I'd probably be buying them if they could just get my order right. I've given them so many chances because they're literally right next to my apartment. I'm done now though. That place is a mess.

Sheetz is the poor man’s WAWA. There isn’t a Sheetz you go into where you don’t feel dirty. Outside is never well kept. Trash over flowing. Inside just had a very dirty feel to it. WAWA is leaps and bounds better from the menu to the service.

Do NOT pay for any kind of extras whatsoever at this Sheetz because you will not get them. This is like my 10th time of this happening in a months timespan and its like they don't even read the order tickets. I have no problem paying for toppers, i just want to know I'm not wasting my money (I am).

The station on South University is horrible. Filthy, surly boy cashier, most of the coffee-prep machines out of ingredients or broken, lunch area closed and refused to open…. Certainly the worst Sheetz I’ve ever been to. I’m done there !

This store in particular needs to get its homeless problem in check. You can’t enter or exit the store without one - or multiple- homeless people asking you for money. Went to use the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING. I felt dirty because of how gross it was in there- so much so that I chose to not even use the bathroom. The few times I’ve gotten food here- all I hear from the employees working in the ‘kitchen’ area are complaints about dealing with the customers and the orders. Like either speak quietly or find a job you don’t hate or where you don’t have to deal with people. Sorry to inconvenience your staff by having them do their literal jobs.

Well dont come here if u ever need to use the men's bathroom or get any food took over 15minutes for a cup of frys and all I got was sorry for the wait when they had full staff as for the bathroom I heard from someone eles its been like this for over a week n a half I've been staying out of town and I can confirm 4 days

I’m never one to leave reviews and complain, but whoever the cashier/manager is with the lip ring has a serious attitude issue and should be fired. She was so rude to me (for absolutely no reason at all) that even her coworkers apologized…

Filthiest Convenience Store of all time. How bad was it? It was so bad from very early Saturday morning to Saturday afternoon (3-25-17) that I personally decided to pick up trash and cigarette butts myself for about 1 hour at this store. I was embarrassed for Sheetz as a brand. I have been picking up trash around the perimeter of this store for about 6 weeks. The floor of the food preparation was filthy. (Enlarge this pic). The pics of the cigarette butts in the parking lot shows that they haven't been swept in months. After I told the Supervisor early Sunday morning that I was going to corporate with this on Monday 3-27-17 I did notice a flurry of cleaning around the store today.

Service is getting worse, worse at this location. Do well to get or out with out the homeless asking for money. While being allowed to loiter on property all hours of night, day. The manager Candi spends more time standing around then working or helping her employees. Then after 10 mins waiting on food order. Claims she never heard the beeping going off to tell that there is a order. This has been a multiple time issue on early morning stops with her. While usually she is standing 5-10 ft tops from the screen, vats. Yet claims she had no clue

I give the only star to the staff that has to put up with Miss Ebony's attitude! If I'm a customer having such a terrible experience from a snotty, dismissive, and out-right rude manager, then I can only imagine what it must be like for her employees. Never in my life had this kind of experience as a customer speaking to a manager!!!!

There was some issue with kids knocking over a shelf while horse playing and the staff acted completely irrational. They closed the entire store over something very minor and were very rude to the customers that were still there waiting for food and check out . The kids even offered to pick up the shelf . Bottom line is there was no reason to close the entire store and absolutely no reason to be rude to remaining customers … I will never go into that store again .

Good place for small crew and good food just as good as a commercial chain gas station goes. I love the cleanliness.Update: my girlfriend just received the wrong change and now we are waiting for a phone call to see if the change is in the cash register.

Just went to order food here. not only did I have to wait 15 minutes over my pickup time. But the French toast sticks my daughter were so soggy and mushy that when I picked them up they fell apart. The app sampler I got with mozzarella sticks and fried pickles was just as bad. I received cheese sticks with chunks of mushy breading on them. The breading was so gummy and just discussing. The fried pickles had no breading at all. I also ordered a few other items for pickup and they were the wrong items completely. I love sheetz but I will never go to this sheetz again.

How are you able to sell products u won’t replace if u sell broken merchandise you should have to replace it if doesn’t work this was ridiculous they wouldn’t even give me a receipt but can pull it up in the system and tell me now we can’t replace it and the only thing I can do it to call the company and see if they can fix it worst experience for sure I would much rather spend my money at a 7 eleven I get better customer service

Went yesterday and the food was good but some man in a wheelchair was swearing and harassing everyone in the store and he reeked of alcohol. Not the staffs fault but that is the last time I stop at that store.

Met my Son and he knows I love lattes so they had I'd coffee lattes there his girlfriend said he drinks it mixed with the marshmallow and vanilla together do I did. If was great. Met some of his friends, all very polite and respectful.Enjoyed my day, they treated me with all kind of love and respect. I Love All My Boys. They are all different in their own ways, they are all Special to me. Thank You Jesus.

The store was clean and well organized, but some of the employees I dealt with have a lot to learn about how to treat customers. I ordered 2 drinks, 2 hamburgers and 2 orders of fries. While my friend and I went to get our fountain drinks and pay for our order a group of college girls came in and ordered food. They crowded around the pickup area busy chatting to the male behind the counter while 2 other employees were preparing the orders. My bagged order was tossed aside until all of the college girls got their food and got done chatting to the male behind the counter. Needless to say my food wasn't even warm by the time I got it. I should have went back in and complained, but the store became very busy by that time and I didn't feel like standing in line again.

I go to sheetz all the time but they messed up my order twice. First they only put half a cup of curly fries in it and didn’t give any vinegar tHat I ordered so I had to ask for it. Then when I got home I realized they didn’t even put any boom boom sauce which came with my app platter. I called multiple times and nobody answered which is why I’m writing my first review. Very upset

Sheetz is great. Great points program. Just be careful at this particular location alot of less unfortunate people hanging around. Stealing ice cream. Playing blue tooth speakers in the parking lot. Over dos... yeah.

For the area it is four stars. I come from city life so this place leaves me wanting. The sandwhiches are small for the price. Their coffee bar needs a redesign. Nice bathrooms and awesome inside outside eating area
