I got diesel fuel tonight. I noticed that there was some speedy dry around the pump but didn’t think much about it. I got 78 gallons of fuel in just 42 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE! AND THE PUMP DIDN’T SHUT OFF EITHER. I’ve never had that sort of problem before - Anywhere or Ever!

One of the many Morgantown, WV Sheetz locations. This one is conveniently located right off of I-68 Exit 1. This Sheetz has both a drive thru and a decent sized area for dining in. They offer so many MTO (Made To Order) food and beverages. Sheetz also offers a great rewards program. I highly recommend downloading the Sheetz app for rewards! I love Sheetz!

One of my favorite Sheetz it's clean, staff is super friendly. Ample parking, takes Google Pay at the Pump. There's a drive thru if you order to go also indoor and outdoor seating areas. This Sheetz has icecream and cotton candy slushies. 😜 Free Air. And Tesla Charging Station.

In currently standing in line going on minute 7 without anyone coming, people are looking at me but ignoring me. Both self checkouts are singing the "please wait for assistance. All while being completely ignored. This is crazy stupid

Just stopped at this Sheetz for a quick lunch. It was busy but quick service. The dining area was clean. Nice place to sit for a few minutes to grab a sandwich. I've been to this Sheetz many times but never to eat in until today. Quick and convenient right off I-68 Exit 1.

Very cool. Tesla chargers and a wide variety of food and convenience regulars. Loved being here and the Restrooms were clean and smelled fresh.

This was a really nice Sheetz I had not been in before. I believe it is the most recent model of store that there is now. I do miss the option of flavored creamers for coffee instead of the run of the mill French vanilla and half and half. I always like to find. Sheetz when I am away from home because I know what to expect.

This place was always nice and clean and stocked. Today, it was not. The irony of the bathroom being cleaned sign up wasn't lost on me. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Also, is a timer necessary on the bathroom light?

Came through on a Friday evening and fueled up, and all window washing units at the pumps were empty of fluid but full of trash, and all trash cans were full running over. Came back through the following Sunday mid day and garbage cans still running over and window washing units had fluid added on top of garbage and smelled like they were being used as a urinal. Morgantown, you are better than this.

Whoever was working at the drive through window tonight was rude and brought my experience to the lowest it could be. I waited at the first window that said stop and pay here for a bit. No one was there after waiting so I pulled up to the next window as a lot of drive-throughs only use the 2nd window at night. The worker said that I was supposed to wait and pay at the first window in a negative tone. I said I did wait for a bit and no one was there. The worker said that there were only 3 people working. I said I understand and apologize. The worker didn't acknowledge the apology and acted like they were upset because they had to walk to the first window before charging my card. The worker came back with the drinks that I ordered and didn't say a word, I even tried thanking them. The worker still said nothing and walked away.

Sandwiches at this location are always burnt and hard as a rock if they get toasted. Other then that I've had no issues with this location it's always clean.

This is y favorite Sheetz! They have really great food (as far as fast food, that is). It seems a lot more clean than other Sheetz that I've been to, and they've hired a friendly staff.

Really large, nice Sheetz store with easy on / off the interstate (79 or 68). Seems to attract the college kids there a lot. I stopped in around 8PM on a Saturday night and they were quite busy.Update about a year later....Still like this store and go here very often when I am in the area....BUT....sometimes the food isn't so great. Stopped in about a month ago for tacos and ended up with some kind of taco salad mess. I was one of only 2 customers waiting for food so not really sure how it got messed up. Just stopped in tonight (5/24/19) and ordered nachos grande which had to be the worst nachos I have ever had in my life. It was basically chips with a drizzle of cheese that might have covered 3 of the chips and very little else. I would have been more satisfied with a bag of tortilla chips. They were busy as usual so it took almost 30 minutes to get that. I had to take two stars off my rating because I really don't think I will be getting food here anymore. Too slow and the food kinda sucked two times in a row now.

Interesting place. Typical convenience store stuff with a fast food restaurant for good measure. The burger I had was fresh, hot, and tasty. The location we visited had a bunch of pumps and Tesla charging stations. Rest rooms were clean and well stocked. I won't hesitate to stop and eat in the future.

I go to the Sheetz located at 21 Austrias Ln in Morgantown often. I eat lunch 3 to 4 days a week, get gas twice a week and various other stuff. The food is better than many other Sheetz I have visited aside from the times they miss a topping on a burger or getting napkins some days but other days no napkins. Although, I'm fine if they choose not to put napkins in the bag for the greater good just make it consistent. Above all else the employees are the best I've run into. I've had several dealings with multiple employees and those interactions are why I choose that Sheetz before others. I'm embarrassed to say I don't know their names but fyi the 3 managers I've met are very helpful and definitely on top of things. The older lady behind the counter is always charming and very helpful. The few I've spoke with cooking my food have always had great attitudes and been perfectly nice which is why I tip them if I have cash on me.

This is a brand new Sheetz with hundreds of drink & snack options, and better made-to-order food than most restaurants. It is a true one-stop shop for all your needs. Staff is very nice. I've never been disappointed with Sheetz location.

Best Sheetz location in the area, despite the often sketchy clientele. The drive through is nice, and service is fast even indoors. Gas is same price as everywhere else, but easier in and out than many other locations. This one also has the soda fountain with the flavor shots, most Sheetz don’t have this.

Usually not a problem but had an online order that I picked up probably less than 10 minutes after putting it in and when I picked it up my daughter’s fries were half full and wet! I’m sure from being in the bag or whatever, ok fine I’ll just ask for it to be fixed. By the time they got comes to the window and I see it’s what I need and I’ll tell him he is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my entire life! He had to sit and try to explain to me it was just condensation which is fine I still want to replace and I want what I paid for not a half order! I understand that things have it but I also understand there’s no need to be rude to somebody when they do when they ask for them to be fixed. And then when he brought me the other fries He basically drove them out the window before I could even get my hands on them and I just had to pick them up off the green brand they were still in the bag with this guy was super rude!

three times in a row sheetz drivethru. melted milkshake or melted smoothie. 20 minute wait for melted shakes. figured was just a bad day the first time and even gave them the second time but three times in a row. bad employees. trash location. drive a little extra to go get something from the sheetz downtown. at least there your shakes wont be melted

Since opening near our neighborhood...I have always been welcomed by the staff... the drive thru is convenient and the service top notch: I am so pleased to be welcomed by Dada’s (Davina’s) smiling face each weekday and my kids just love her! Thank you for your great customer service and wonderful food!

Love this store. Its in a great location so it's usually very busy. Using the app to order food prior to going cuts on time. I used the drive thru and would skip everyone waiting to order because mine was already ready. Food is always good especially their subs and their prices were great. Meal deals are the way to go.

Stopped because we needed something to eat that wasn't a burger and fries. Made to order wraps fit the spot beautifully. Wait was a little bit longer than I expected given the number of people and the touch screen order system could have better instructions. Clean eating area and restrooms.

I was told their fast food was great, but it was expensive, difficult to order from a kiosk, no assistance in trying to figure out how to do so if you haven't before, it didn't taste that great, really, no better than any other hamburger and the line was so long it took way too long to complete my purchase for a convenience store. Not impressed.

My sandwich was DRENCHED in Italian dressing to the point the lettuce was even soggy, I have never been served like this before and did not appreciate the mess. Not sure if maybe there is a new employee, but this should be addressed..
