Placed order through mobile app and once again received wrong sandwich, no chips and wrong drink. Would be nice if you had a way to correct this other than calling the store only to be told “oh we’re sorry”. Getting old and tired of paying for items and not receiving them.

They collect personal information when scan IDs,and refuse to sell when customer just show ID. By doing so they violate privicy protection law and discriminate customer right by refusing to sell items customer have rights to purchase. On top of that store manager Dawn is rude and did not provide sanitizer on customer request after holding ID in her hands. This is how they treat loyal customer.

Super disappointed in the fact that after the store redesign, they have cut back on the number of gas pumps at this location. Getting in here to get gas now is a joke unless you come very early in the morning or at midnight. And the pumps are so slow today it's ridiculous. There's always a line just to get to a pump. I don't come here just to eat. It's a convenient location to my work, but that's about the only thing convenient about it.

Waiting on an order. An older man with long hair in a pony tail comes in. Asking if im Waiting on someone and I say excuse you, what are you talking about? He says he's Waiting on someone. He asked if my name is Ron I say nothing and he says, "Screw you." I then reported this to management. Nothing was done about it. So goes to show you if your an older man supposedly you can insult people and get away with it

Skip their burritos!!! Taste is fine but you pay the same as Qdoba down the road for 40% less food. Rice and beans must only be a tablespoon each.

Andrew is a rude individual who raised his voice at me in front of other customers this evening. (he was running the register). I'd give 0 stars if I could. Poor customer service! Do it again Andrew! Sheetz messed up to begin with with a wrong food order day before. Called day prior and was told they wrote it in a book just to let them know the next time I came in. He gave attitude about it because I didn't understand I had to do the order on the machines instead of him just doing it from it being written in their book! Even if they were short staffed or him just being in a bad mood, you don't talk to a customer the way he did me. My 11 year old was about to tell him don't speak to my mom like that!

I've ordered here over 30 times since September 25th, and been happy customer at this store since late July. I have ALWAYS been met with a smile and NEVER an incorrect order.I work at the Holiday Inn across the street, so it's very convenient to order online or on my phone and have my food ready to be picked up when I leave on my lunch break. Some of the employees recognize me and bring my order to the front before I even say my name. I really appreciate the customer service from this Sheetz and will continue to come back here again and again. Thank you, Store #254, for a consistently wonderful experience.

Ordered online ~5 minutes before I got to the store, showed up to pay before they had the food finished. They told me it would be about 15-20 minutes. No problem, I was fully expecting it; headed over to the counter to waitWaited about 20-30 minutes and watched every other customer get their food, so I asked about it. The employee just pointed at the pickup shelf. when I asked why they didn't call out my name, The supervisor stepped up to the counter and condescendingly explained that the ticket came in 15 minutes before I got to the store (it didn't) and they just put it on the to go shelf without calling my name so I could pick it up and go, to which I explained that I had shown up to pay before it was done & was waiting for it with the other orders getting made. That was effectively the end of the conversation; She was entirely dismissive, and I wasn't interested in being there any more.All in all, nothing major, but it's just such a stupid situation that could have been easily avoided by calling out the name of somebody waiting for their food, or even after the oversight with the smallest amount of customer service skills.

I am a huge fan of sheetz typically and have been to this one a couple times when I’ve been local. And although the service is typically quite splendid I specifically had a young blue haired lady (who’s name I won’t mention for privacy) question my religious beliefs and belittle me when I defended myself. I wouldn’t have issue with this typically as people are entitled to their opinions but in this particular case I had my daughter with me who was quite upset with her harsh demeanor. All in all, the service is still excellent but that particular employee needs to learn to watch her manners if she wants to be the face of a company.

I was having a bad day, and thought to myself, why not get 2 hotdogs from sheets and 2 for my younger brother. After the abysmal service and long wait. I drive all the way home to find that the employees didn’t give me any of my 4 hotdogs at all. Instead I got curly fries and a pretzel. This event was so traumatic I have yet to leave my house and am contemplating what my next move should be...

10/30/20 - It was 3 in the morning and packed, way over capacity during a pandemic. There was no way to socially distance in any area of the store. Even worse, more than half of the people didn’t have masks on. The manager on duty should have had people wait outside. The company should have a better plan in place. Very incompetent management. Didn’t buy anything and may never go back!

Gas pump areas are always a mess... trashcans are always overflowing and they never have any rags or windshield cleaner.The food service is painfully slow and the inside of this store is routinely filthy. The restrooms have been so bad at times, they make Nebraska truck stop bathrooms look clean.Not sure why every other Sheetz I’ve ever been to has been far and beyond better than this one...??Only redeeming quality is the location.

So my pregnant wife is in the hospital. She asks me to go to to pick up the food she ordered. I do, get back she opens up the bag no pretzel but had the cheese, got a 6 inch sub had wrong cheese on it, not toasted and did not have the dressing on it that she asked for.

I frequent all the Sheetz locations in the area, especially this one as it is located by one of my best friend's houses. Last weekend, I was in this Sheetz in line for some tobacco products and when the cashier took my ID she laughed and said that it was a terrible picture and asked if I was having a bad hair day. She did this loudly and in front of several people. Granted, my ID photo isn't the most glamorous, but her conduct was totally inexcusable and I will not be back to this Sheetz location.

If you stop in late at night, be prepared for delays. Tonight was busy, but staffing could have been considered. Already on a 40 minute wait for my food and there are a bunch who have been waiting for longer than I have.

This sheetz is almost always slow when it comes to getting food. I place an order and generally its 10-15 minutes before it is ready unless there is no one else waiting. A couple hot dogs and some fries shouldn't take that long.

Sheetz is awesome, who doesn't love Sheetz? They have everything, and this one is no different. Service is usually good here too, depending on how competent the current employee on shift is.

How do you manage to mess up 2 hotdogs? With ketchup and mustard plus chili?!! I asked for two with extra mustard and extra ketchup and chili. There was 0 chili and barely any mustard or ketchup. This is the last time I come to this location. Not the first time with missing the ingredients

Terrible service, unorganized with food orders and after two visits and two single item orders that took far too long i was met with much rudeness at having even a slight issue with it and without even confronting the problem. Always out of coffee or the soda machines are out of service. More often than not our food orders are messed up. And the store is filthy at all times. Don’t stop unless you have to.

I hate going into this store. There us always a long wait to check out. I matter what time of day you are there. The cashiers are always so slow. I see people walk out disgusted about it everytime i have ever been there
