Sam's club is my new favorite go to. They have big bulk items that are good prices. Plus the gas station is always good prices too. Overall really nice.

Always a great place to buy in bulk and save! We tend to visit every few months to get medicine, can and frozen foods. Plus some snack items. We save a good amount on medications. Example 3 bottles of children's dye free motion for the price of 2 at Walmart. Kids prepackaged snacks are a better price. The Bakery and Meats department tend to offer a deal most times. The price isn't always cheaper but the quality is. If you can buy in bulk Sam's club is worth checking out. Great holiday deals!

I found myself one late Tuesday afternoon, heading to Morgantown. As it sometimes happens, I blew a tire - a bad scene since I had both time and distance constraints on me. The good folks at SAM's got me squared away at the end of their day and saved me from further damage as another one of the tires was also in bad shape. I hit something, maybe some construction material that damaged both tires. Excellent work from the afternoon crew at Sam's!!!

We like shopping here because of the fresh produce and bakery items especially the cookies 🍪Most products here are cheaper than other stores.Staff here are so helpful and attentive.

I have a cosco membership as well as Sam’s club. Started using the Morgantown Sam’s and was great at first. The pot pie they make here is the best you ll find. We purchased our membership here and was given a receipt instead of a card. She said take a picture of it and you can scan that with the scanner at the self check out. There was a male manager that is VERY unprofessional and ignorant. He started about how we can’t do that and we are stealing a membership. I pid for it… then continued to mouth my son off about how he can angel the card holders membership for allowing this. Again, I purchased it!!! It’s mine!!! It will. W the last time as they are the closest Sam’s I can use which asked about two hours to get there. I will not be renewing the membership after we have had one for years. They can thank the unprofessional manager for that. The prices arnt cheap enough for the hassle anyway.

Made the mistake of buying tires here. Never again. They push the "lifetime balance and rotation"... but somehow I always end up paying for it somewhere else. If you can't make an appointment through their "foreign" phone line, then they never have time for walk-in customers. Funny how they make time for that initial purchase when you are spending the money, but then service (that you paid for) is non-existent afterwards. Yes, I'm venting as I head elsewhere (again) to get a simple tire rotation done after being told they might find room for me in 3 hours...

Great Place to Shop. Been coming here with my wife for a couple years & it never disappoints with their constant sales. Their Produce is always Fresh, store is clean, Café employees are always helpful, and the samples are amazing!

Always a super long line after you’ve already paid…..to be checked at the door….after you have already paid…not just to be a member but also for your items…if they are so afraid of theft, maybe they should hire cashiers.

Shopped there last night from 7:10 p.m. until before close. It was a stressful annoying experience. They were operating a SkyJack near the center of the store that was continually beeping precisely to signal caution to shoppers. I called the store while shopping to ask them to stop the noise and continue after closing. The gentleman that operated the phone told me that the noise-maker was fitted with cameras to count the inventory and could not be turned off before closing time. Luckily at around 7:50 p.m. after hurriedly finishing and self-scanning to escape the noise the security scanning person was busy questioning someone about an item(s) that had not been paid for and we (all of us in the queue) could escape the noise without delay by just walking straight out. I've never had such an awful noise in a store that was deliberately caused by the store itself.

Store was decently stocked and clean. Waited 15 minutes for food. A manager came up to employees ahead of me waiting for food and had them order through the app which caused the ONE worker to focus only on their orders. Ran out of items and the singular worker couldn’t tell me if they were going to make more. An additional 5 minutes later he decided to take my order and check in the back and tell me they weren’t going to make more food. If the manager doesn’t prioritize paying customers, no wonder the staff doesn’t. Probably won’t renew my membership as the prices of the items here are close to store prices. I used to keep it for electronics and paper products, but doesn’t seem worth it anymore

Got what I needed quickly and self checked out my 2 items. Went to the snack bar and my pizza got cold waiting for my 4 berry sundae to be made. The employee was busy talking to the only other customer, who was behind me with the cashier, and continued talking while slowly making my sundae once he asked what I was waiting for and realized he started it and hadn't finished. Then had to stand in line behind about 12-15 customers to get scanned to get out the door. Not the first time that has happened with 1 person working the door.

Love shopping at Sam's club. Its stocked well. Clean. They have a great bakery section and meat. Their associates are friendly and its staffed well. You get in line and they get u checked out fast. They have the best sheet sets called hotel. They wash well and soft. They have the best deal on pizza/soda. The pizza is good. Just like everything else you can see the prices going up.

I really enjoy being a member at Sam's as well as online. We walk every aisle so we don't miss anything. Sadly enough I guess because of COVID Sam's no longer has some of those occasional WOW items. You could always find an item that couldn't be purchased anywhere else but that. Is gone. We have our standard items we always get but those neat items were fun to find. Also would be nice if they would stop rearranging the store... LOL Just when I have my bearings.

I have been a plus member for years, but the low class treatment from the pharmacy is disgusting, instead of helping me, I was never called back, even though another Sam took care of me with no problems, the pharmacist said “ I have other important customers so I don’t have time for you” I hate having to fight for basic fair treatment. It maybe subtle by bias and hateful behavior is present at this sams. Customer service agent once snitch an unloaded gift card from my child, few months later he was promoted.

Great place to shop. I especially like the meat selection. Most are cut in house. The butchers will cut meat however you like. I also prefer to buy thing in bulk so I don't need to buy as often.Another note, I have had great success purchasing tires from the Sam's tire center. Great service and they go the extra mile when balancing my tires to get them just right.

Fist time ever here. They didn't have everything I wanted but the best thing about it s, if you can't get it there, Wal Mat is the next building down. I wasn't really that impressed with the place. Its good for bulk cleaning stuff but I don't see anything else. But I'm keeping an open mind for the year.

Great deals, money back option for Sam's Plus customers, easy, quick self checkout, and within a minute of waiting, had someone there to assist me in loading my truck with 110pds of dog food and kitty litter!Great place for prepared dinners and absolutely 💯 % ready for tailgating folks...from grill to lemons...love it here!!

I always love Sam's Club's. They have so much stuff we use and yes it is in bulk but at times it is worth getting it that way. One problem lately just like all the stores they are out of thing also and when you are really hoping they will have it being a warehouse and they are out of stock YOU KNOW THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!I STILL LOVE SAM'S CLUB!!! Go check them out. They have just about everything. Get your cases of water it cost less here then at the stores. Also your tissues and toilet paper it is that allergy season time.Food of all kinds, clothes, personal care products, your pet care needs, some tools, beds, entertainment needs of all kinds, flooring, cleaning supplies. You name it they have it. GO SEE THEM!!!

This location does a great job with curbside pickup. True contactless experience, and they have pretty short waiting times. Normally you can get a slot the next day after your order, maybe even same day if you order early enough. Just be careful before finalizing order, cause there doesn't seem to be a way to modify an existing order after it is placed (other than canceling the whole thing). Orders are fulfilled accurately.
