I have never had a doctor’s appointment in my 77 years that moved so efficiently from the front desk to the consultation itself…in and out in less than 25 minutes! Also, everyone in the office from the receptionist, the young man who led me to the consulting room and did the intake interview, as well as, the Doctor Hardy were all very professional and polite as always.

I have been going to Dr. Hardy at Pineview Dermatology for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Dr. Kenneth Hardy and his staff take caring for you and your skin very seriously. My skin issues are complicated and have changed not only with the my age, but with the seasons. Dr. Hardy has been up to the challenge each and every time listening to and hearing my concerns all the while searching through his mental and electrical computer file cabinets to find solutions. Our skin is, unfortunately, the first thing people notice; but usually with the proper care and attention our skin can be something we are proud to wear!I highly recommend Dr Kenneth Hardy and his staff at Pineview Dermatology in Morgantown, WV!

A wonderful practice. They got me in next day after I had to miss a scheduled appointment at another office due to a flat tire. That office stated they could not see me for another three months even though I have a history of a Lot of skin cancer and had a few spots I was worried about. Pineview got me in and treated the areas it turns out I was right to be worried about. Everyone was so kind and compassionate from the front desk, nurse, the doctor and at checkout. As an added bonus the doctor I saw brings his golden retriever to the office. Awesome!! Very grateful to have found this office and will be returning here for all my dermatology needs.UPDATE: This continues to be an amazing practice. Dr. Hardy and everyone there is just so compassionate and caring. I had another spot pop up where the margins of a previous excision had been close and again they got me I. Within a day or two.

Check in is fast and easy. I never have to wait more than 5 - 10 min for my appointment. Nurses are friendly and very professional. Dr Hardy is a joy to see. He is quick and thorough and I am out of the door in no time. I wish all doctors offices were this nice.

I live locally in town and I have seen other popular dermatologists. I don't have a single complaint about my visit with Pineview Dermatology. The office staff was cheerful and friendly. The nurse who did my intake was personable, patient, and kind. Dr. Hardy was welcoming and professional. Both he and his nursing staff talked with me and explained treatment options thoroughly and honestly. On the upside too, I got in there in less than a week. Other dermatology centers were giving me 3-5 weeks out appointment times. The urgency to be seen sooner rather than later got met. I recommend anyone to Pineview Dermatology for sure!

Amazing experience. I was very hesitant to come since reviews weren’t all 5 stars, but they were the only office that was able to fit me in NEXT DAY rather than in 2 months. He took his time explaining my options one at a time, asked questions, really listened and answered mine... and took about 25 min without feeling rushed with me despite having a full waiting room! So impressed with Dr. Hardey and his staff. He tried to get me samples of the medication... Will definitely be my primary dermatologist!

Pineview Dermatology is so wonderful!!!!! I walked in without an appointment, expressed my concern, and they immediately had someone take a look at my son’s head in order to calm both myself and my son down until the doctor was able to confirm what we were looking at. He reassured us that everything was ok and gave us our options for going forward. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a dermatologist.
