Wonderful, helpful pet store. Have been so good to suggest healthy treats for my puppy and dog food that keeps her healthy. My dog loves coming into the shop as the owners are friendly and kind to her. Totally recommend! Both locations are fabulous! Here’s my puppy celebrating her first birthday, all thanks to Petworks.

My family and I love PetWorks!! The grooming is great, they do a wonderful job on our Yorkie and Shih Tzu. They have great quality food and treats, we’ve noticed a big difference in our pets after switching to their food! The staff and owner are so, so friendly. Love the new location as well ☺️

Petworks grooming is the best in Morgantown! Jess always makes my nervous doodle feel so safe & Arya always leaves looking like the princess she is! Can't recommend Jess & Petworks enough!

Took my boston terrier to get his nails done and couldn't of ask for anything better , she was great with my puppy. While I was there I purchased his food and bought a few toys. It was around 140 dollars. 3days later the Kong chew toy is falling apart . I was told by the store employee there's no warranty for the 16.99 I'm out now . I could see it it were a month or so but 3 days and it was a CHEW toy it should last

super friendly service every time i’ve gone out there. i went this evening to pick up treats for my dog who has difficulty chewing and the nice young lady at the counter helped me find some perfect products. i’m so happy to have a place close by for pet needs.

This place is so awful lol. I can’t say it enough. They’re fake and they’re crooks. The owner is a young girl, whose parents handed her a bunch of money to start this business and she has no clue how to provide customer service. It’s a joke and so are all her employees. Shop elsewhere. They’ll rob you eventually. We shopped here for months before we had an issue because they won’t stand by their return policy or any other for that matter.

First time grooming with my Lhasa Apso they got me in next day for an appointment and did an amazing job. My dog is high strung and doesn’t care for strangers and she came home looking great and very happy.

My GSD was in need of a nail trim. I called a couple days prior to schedule the appointment and the lady was very friendly on the phone. We arrived for the appointment and was met with the same kindness. During the nail trim, I spoke with an associate regarding long-lasting chews. The lady was helpful and assisted me in finding a few options. Although the items seemed pricy, I believe they are of good quality. They did a great job with the nail trim. Overall, I was very satisfied with our visit.

They really care about animals here and take such good care of my pup! I started out getting his nails trimmed and now I'm getting him groomed here regularly. They really listen to what you say and take the time and effort to make sure my elderly pup is comfortable and don't just rush through it if he needs a little break from standing because of his bad arthritis.He's got wiry fur that easily gets dirty, sensitive skin and has always hated getting baths, but they knew just what products to use and what to do to best groom him. He comes out looking happy and refreshed with an adorable new bandana every time. His skin and coat are so much better now and I can tell he feels better because of it!The staff are always super kind, helpful and most importantly really love animals and are great at what they do. Highly recommend!

They did such a great job with my pup! He came out calm and at ease, which tells me they treated him really well because he's usually anxious after grooming. He's soft and clean and adorable :)

Very loving and caring place. This was our puppy's groom so we were anxious how he would respond to it. Luckily the groomer was very patient and spent a lot of time with him and gave him plenty of breaks so he wasn't so stressed. Now, Enzo smells fresh and am ready for the summer!

Everyone I spoke to when I called to book the appointment and then when I dropped her off was incredibly kind, understanding and thorough when discussing how to handle my anxious dog’s appointment. I think this has been the best grooming experience my dog has had!! She looks amazing, smells great, nails are very tidy and when I picked her up she didn’t seem stressed. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and gladly booked another appointment with Jessie as her groomer.

I had my little buddy groomed yesterday and he looks so much better. I can’t remember what the groomers name is but I want her to know how very much I appreciate her tender loving care she gives him since he is 18 years old and almost blind.

I've taken my dogs for grooming over the last several months. Rhonda is always so helpful, years of experience, and so knowledgable. This time around, we booked Sidney for a groom. I found her to be thorough. She paid attention to my dog's needs. She used a probiotic type shampoo to help my dog skin. I appreciated her communication, really above and beyond anywhere I've went before. In addition, the store carries unique, healthy food options, treats and toys for your pet. The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful. This store is a hidden gem. I won't go anywhere else.

My first experience there was great! The staff is so nice and helpful with any questions that I had. And my pup left there looking and smelling so good! Their pricing is very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Pet Works to anyone who wants quality care for their pets!

I have a new dog.... a Bernese Mountain Dog and he’s a year and a half. At 125#, I was nervous that he might be a challenge. They were SO wonderful with him and he responded perfectly to them. Kelly is amazing! We are set for once a month now. And my dog looks and smells wonderful! Thank you!

Rhonda has taken care of our Charlie girl for 14 years and we would never go anywhere else. She does such a beautiful job on her. Charlie is starting to become grumpier as she is getting older, but Rhonda is always so patient with her and makes sure she is well taken care of. All of the girls are so kind and caring and you can really tell they really do love their jobs. I always look forward to bringing her to Petworks. Petworks is excellent! They are always quick to respond when booking an appointment. Staff is super friendly and great with my dog. This is the cleanest grooming salon I’ve ever been in. There is no urine smell or pet hair all over the floors like most places. Would give 10 stars if possible!

Terrible service. If you buy anything and it's broken when you open it good luck. They won't return anything open even if it's defective.
