I always go to this McDonalds because it is reliable. My only complaint is lately, the sweet tea has had a LOT of ice. Basically, the whole cup is filled with ice. The McDonalds app is great because there're deals on the app, sometimes there's deals like $1 for 10 piece nuggets.Other than too much ice, this location is fast and efficient at serving.

I guess when I asked for no egg on my steak egg and cheese bagel they thought I meant only egg and cheese. SMH like literally payed almost $5 for this? McDonald’s do better!

If I could rate everything a 0 I absolutely would. This is by far the poorest customer service I have EVER received. Placed a mobile pickup order at 11:30, sat at curbside until 12:29, called the number on the sign multiple times and was greeted by a very rude and ignorant employee. If I could recommend anything I would go to the McDonald’s at Suncrest before ever coming here. 100% have lost my business.

After getting yelled at by the cashier and manager, stepping over sticky floor messes, and searching for a relatively empty trash can, I have to say the service here was sub par. Not to mention the store smells like animal feces.

Go through here once or twice a week because it’s convenient. On my way home from work. Order has been wrong every single time for the last five times. Can’t even get a read back on an order or have it displayed on the screen. You have to check the receipt at the window when you pay and then let them know because they don’t listen to everyone to be laughing and having fun and looking high AF and $15 an hour to fook my order up

Ordered at the kiosk at least 20 minutes ago. No coffee or food so far. Woman at counter keeps telling us people r waiting for 30 minutes, but another customer got his food before we did. All the tables are dirty. Will never come here again. Would give 0 stars if I could! When my husband asked about our order the woman was very surly. Finally told us our order had timed out, whatever that means and gave us 2 free pies that we did not want.

Went to this location in the early evening for a large Coke with extra ice, I got a large Diet Coke and it did not have extra ice. When I asked for extra eyes the young man in the window started to give me a small cup of ice when I told him I drink was diet and I ordered regular he then filled the small cup with regular Coke and tried to give it to me I told him I ordered a large Coke with extra ice, he immediately got an attitude and started mumbling under his breath and he handed me a large Coke with extra ice but it was Dripping and I mean dripping with Coke all over and I asked for a napkin and of course he gave me an attitude I then asked to speak to a manager and the manager came up and as I was explaining to her what was going on the young man that's served me my drink mumbled under his breath and said well then you shouldn't have came here and I said excuse me what did you just say to me and the manager was standing behind him and she immediately started yelling at me telling me not to speak to her employee that way. I asked her if she heard what her employee said to me and she said yes as she continued to tell me to stop yelling at her employee, I can assure you I was not yelling at the young man because if I were everybody in the line behind me would have known it. I asked her if she was going to allow her employee to speak to me that way and she just avoided my question continuing to tell me to stop yelling at her employee! She then told me not to come back to that McDonald's. I was very upset I visit this location at least two to four times a day since I'm an Uber driver and I have customers that asked me to stop at this particular McDonald's and I have always accommodated my customer. Day shift at this McDonald's is excellent very polite never had any issues. I would recommend not going there in the evening. I don't know what the problem is why I can never get a drink with extra ice from this location in the evening without it being an issue. I feel like I ordered one thing and one thing only and they can't even get it right and then they want to make a big deal out of it when I ask for extra ice a second time

Ordered two large fries and both were less than half filled. Couldn’t believe it. When I told the employee she told us that they were full. We said there were no extra fries in the bottom and she went back to grab us more fries. We waited 15 minutes. She never came out. 💀💀💀

Stopped by roughly 1:30am on Tuesday and the drive thru was closed. I walked in and could see that all of the the kitchen touchscreens were in the middle of a software update. The manager ran up front to communicate the orders to the kitchen and I got fresh food in no time.

Got here around 5 am. Ordered a blueberry muffin and an oatmeal. The muffin was very moist, sticky, and tasted like depression. My oatmeal hardly had oats and wasn't mixed all the way through, as the bottom was still dry. My fiance ordered a sweet tea and it's been more than 10 minutes, and still haven't gotten his drink. Horrible service over all. Not worth the time and energy to come here.

Was told that they do not have adult happy meals even tho they are advertising it at this McDonald’s also, then I ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra pickles, where there was no pickles What so ever and my cheese wasn’t even melted still cold. They asked me if I just wanted they to give me extra pickles on the side or if they had to re Make it for me, I just took the extra pickles and left. Me and my friends come here all the time and have never had problems and sadly Bc of tonight I won’t be back.

Ordered one of the "Deals" on my app and went inside to pick it up. Everything was correct and fresh. However, the tile floors were so slick that I slipped 3 times.Parking: Tiny parking spaces. I have a full sized car and it was a tight fit.

Sign on the door said closing at 11. Arrived at 10:30 and the doors were locked. Order was already paid for. Also the food quality here is straight garbage compared to other McDonald's. Will provide receipts to keep this online

First and last time at this dump. I used the mobile app and got a "deal". The big Mac was the free item so I guess that's why my son got 2 junior burgers on it instead of the big Mac burgers. An overabundance of lettuce was even overflowing outside of the box. I also ordered the pumpkin pies and wasnt told at the drive thru that there wasnt any, i was told when i went to pay and was offered cookies. Ugh if i wanted cookies then thats what i wouldve ordered. I called to bring this to the managers attention to no resolve. The other McDonald's down the road would've been worth driving to bc I would've gotten my order rite the first time. It's not like it was packed, and from the food and service, I could assume why. Just drive by this McDonald's and go the next one. Don't be mad at me bc you work at McDonald's and hate your life. Most people in customer service really shouldn't be working in customer service.

The food at this McDonald's has been hot & fresh every time we have eaten here. We eat here quite often because we work very close to this McDonald's Location. The staff are always polite & helpful. They ensure you have a good experience while in their restaurant. This is my favorite McDonald's to eat at. I would have Rated 5 Stars but sometimes the line to order is extremely long inside the store & generally there's only one cashier. We get a 30 minute lunch break & sometimes we wait at least 15 minutes in line waiting to order & another 5-10 minutes to get our food & we are late getting back to work from lunch. This McDonald's Location needs at least two to three cashiers during busy times so everyone's orders are taken quickly. Also the seating outdoors is directly in the sun with no shade so they need to add an awning or something for shade for outdoor dining. Other than those two issues, this is an exceptional McDonald's to stop at for a quick bite of fresh food!

While my husband was in Ruby memorial we ate out a lot. Of course we got breakfast hear and the hash brown had a hair in the packaging pushed up against the potato. I went in and told them, they gave me a new one but really no apologies were made and I threw the other away because the guy just looked at me when I tried to hand it to him.

I've always had great service at this location. The lines will get ridiculous at times, but that should be expected as it is surrounded by college dorms and shares a close proximity to the football stadium. Even so, they always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and they have an extremely high order accuracy rate.
