BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went into Lowes completely indecisive about which refrigerator to buy- Chris. B made the decision super easy. He spent a lot of time with me comparing refrigerators, what I wanted/did not want, went over all the features and what would fit best in the kitchen. I am so happy with our purchase and honestly I couldn’t have done it without the help of Chris. Super nice guy and knew the products very well! If you’re needing a refrigerator ask for Chris. B!! You will not be disappointed! Also-the delivery guys were super nice, very quick at installing, and cleaned up their mess!

Do not get flooring installed here. Damaged my house in an obvious and open way, yet the flooring manager passed the buck. Lowe's manager was to come see the damage, of course that was only a Lowe's verbal promise and no one ever came. Expect the run around, missing floor outlets, smashed dishwasher mount, obvious seams and white trim put on a dark sink. This is the Lowe's on Mall Road in Morgantown, WV. Let's just say there is a lot of drug use in WV.

I cannot leave zero stars or I would. I filled out the application for a generator, it took 3 months for anyone to even contact me. Ben from the store, the person I had to deal with was completely hands off and incompetent. I took the day off from work and made arrangements for my wife who works from home to work elsewhere. The installer never showed up or called on the install date, installer is Frank from Mountaineer generators in Elkins, WV. I have now been on hold with corporate for an hour, looks like I will be losing $10,000. Do not make purchases from this company especially large purchases. Ben will not answer my texts or take my calls.

Was shopping at Lowe’s on Thursday, March 7 at 5 PM. Purchased almost $500 in products and literally had to check myself out at the self check out while three employees stood by the office near self checkout and chatted the whole time. I’ve been shopping at this for 20 years now and this will be the last time. I would rather drive 45 minutes to Bridgeport to go to Home Depot then ring out $500 worth of stuff and have to myself, while other customers are waiting behind me.

I am beyond frustrated!I n January 2023, at my recommendation, my father ordered storm doors here. At the end of February his credit card was charged the price of doors and installation. Late in March installers showed up, decided some extra trim boards were needed, and left. Since that time I had a long fruitless exchange with corporate customer service, and talks with assistant managers who promised to check things out. But no doors and no refund…..Some days later, the situation seems to be resolved. A full refund is promised. Still, it shouldn’t have taken so longHis credit card statement arrived Nov. 30 with the charges still on it! Installation Services assured us that it was fixed. Why did they lie?

We contracted Lowe's to replace the cabinets and floors in my kitchen back in 2021. They began ripping my kitchen apart in March 2022. Nearly 2 years later and they still haven't finished the job. The management here has been absolutely disrespectful and inconsiderate in the way they have treated me. It's unbelievable that a store can be mismanaged to such an extreme degree.

DO NOT have a dishwasher installed by these people. They will give you a 4 hour time frame when they are arriving and will show up late. Was supposed to come from 10-2 showed up at 3:30. Doesn’t install because of an end cap. Installed an end cap the next day and rescheduled. Took another week for them to come. Showed up again late for the install and still won’t install it because now the end cap isn’t installed correctly. Total joke at this point I’m installing it myself lowes sucks

Update: they just installed it around 6 weeks after purchase. Still not going to be getting appliances from the store.I bought a dishwasher and install package at Lowe’s, with a dishwasher that was in stock. Was told I’d get a call within a week or two of the purchase to schedule the install. 3 weeks went by and I got no call so I went to the store to figure out what was going on. Waited there while the employees tried figuring it out for over an hour and they still couldn’t figure it out besides telling me to call another number. The most unprofessional appliance installation service I have ever experienced. I called customer service to cancel the order for a refund that never happened so I had to call again to ensure I got a refund. I’ve spent probably 5-6 hours just dealing with this situation and will never buy an appliance from them again.

We wanted to thank BEN last night (40 minutes before closing on 12 August 2023) for his help in a new dryer cord (so we don't burn down the house! 😄) & a few other items we needed & he helped us find. We're new to the area & we tried finding the items on Lowes website but the items aren't always listed where Lowes has them in the aisle....🙄🤔🤨 Thank you, Ben! You're an A+ employee! You went above & beyond your job. Your good attitude & sense of humor is appreciated.

2017: Lowe's is going downhill. Few well versed employees. No customer approach, even from GM!!! Home Depot is a little better.2020: Lowe's remains a very poor customer service option. The "online chat" is a joke, unresponsive live humans on the other end. There are very few knowledgeable employees at any Lowes, which reflects poorly upon the corporation and the GM of the store. ONE star. I hate going to Lowes, but at the moment, there's nothing better. I give one star only. As an ex Home Depot home improvement expert, now retired, I can only say that "service" is lost in many businesses today. Lowes is a prime example.May 2023, there are a couple of employees in the paint department that are actually proactive and greeting customers as they walk through.Plumbing department employees ignore me and I am forced to deal with finding the stock I want in areas that have not been zoned. I found it all, finally, and this only took an extra 20 or 30 minutes I guess.Front self checkout attendant was very nice, offered to scan my items, and we found many items that weren't in the database or didn't have readable skus. We were able to work through it together to get everything paid for.So you got some employees that need to learn to engage the customer. This is a cultural change for some folks. If they're shy, maybe role playing would help. But if the customers are looking for help and the employees literally avoid the customer, well you got a problem there.Raising my rating from one star to two star for the employees who were willing to speak and help.February 2024: Raising my rating to THREE stars (meets expectations), as I have seen/worked-with some staff who actually APPROACH ME to offer assistance. That wasn't happening before. Front end staff also are friendly and easy-to-work-with.I know where all the inventory "is," so I don't normally need guidance, but on occasion I have an odd-duck request that needs hands-on. That's where "associates approaching customers" comes-in. Associates should approach ALL customers, not just "some." That's in my training and in my personal habit of "serving others." So I will often help customers, especially the elderly or those looking confused, to give some suggestions.There are trouble spots: plumbing, especially, on my last visit was a bit of trouble. The department desperately needs regular "zoning" to keep things straight, and inventory was disappointing on some of the necessary items. This required me to go to Pierpont Lowes to fill my shopping list.I blame systems and management, not the staff. Just remember: "management is the problem, and management is the 'potential' solution."

This place is ridiculous. I've been a loyal customer for years and I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at this store and now when I try to return items I've purchased they won't take it back because I didn't keep my receipt. I feel they should give in store credit for them but they didn't so from now on I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I typically only go to Lowe's if they're the only ones around that have what I need right now. Their prices are no longer competitive when there are 3 other hardware stores within 2 miles that have better prices, same quality, MUCH better return policies, and for this store in particular, much better associates. Maybe since they have an app that tells you what aisle and bay to find an item they think they can be more hands off with their customer service. WRONG! Those locations are usually wrong or very vague, and most people at a hardware store still need some type of assistance. I feel like the employees run in the opposite direction here.Once again, I wasted my time and gas to go pick up an item, only to return home empty handed and frustrated.

These folks are nice enough but they gave me the wrong freezer for my store pickup. After lugging it back to my house and realizing it was a Hotpoint, not a Hisense, I'm not going to waste an hour of my life repacking and dragging it back unless it literally doesn't work.Come on guys.

I always have positive experiences at this Lowes. I would especially like to recognize Garret and Gabe for all their assistance yesterday. From finding the product we needed to helping us load it into our vehicle, they were positive, professional and friendly.
