Please find a way to control the smell mostly around seafood area. Everyone is always nice. The large bank of self checking is very oddly placed but they keep the staffed checkouts open pretty well too.

The store is usually poorly stocked, employees overworked and sad, and these are union employees who just negotiated a raise in March of 2024. I guess money doesn't buy happiness. The store really needs to be torn out and rebuilt. Really quite filthy. I shop here because there's not much else. Really quite filthy. I shop here because there's not much else.

Don't buy your produce here. It is usually on it last legs or rotting on the shelf..also the management there is horrible, anytime after about 330 to about 6 it is packed and they have half the self checkouts closed..I don't k own if they are broken but the rush is predictable

Much of their produce was rotting and there were tons of fruit flies. Not to mention the insane prices they charge and the hoops you have to jump through to get the listed price. You can’t just go in and buy some thing for the price you see. You need a membership. But beyond that you also need the app AND need to spend time to clip the digital coupons. And EVEN THEN they are more expensive than other options in the area. Why anyone shops here is beyond me

This Kroger in Sabraton, is old but the staff are typically friendly. Shopping carts are rusty and wheels don’t work well. These things are forgivable. But a dirty store is not. Old produce is not. Minimal selection is not. Mold on produce for days is not. These pics are an example of the poor produce selection at this store. These have been sitting awhile …where is the produce manager ? Who’s checking shelves? I see something like this time every time I go. Very sad store.

Deli was closed at 6PM (prime time rush hour sale time), meat department was almost wiped out (especially sale items) and Grocery wasn't much better. They need to hire more help to get the job done and get better leadership. This store has gone down hill in recent years due to this. At least they're still decently reliable in terms of the fuel center.

Multiple items were rung up incorrectly, sales falsely not applied, and when I go in to talk to them, the only solution is wait all the way through line again to talk to the same person at the cash register. Just don't shop here, awful service and half the sales don't charge correctly.

This place is operated so poorly, go ask how long the fish or meat has been out nobody can answer, go look in the freezer section and see how much mold you can find, this place should be shut down it’s sad that this is where people have to go

The employees are usually super friendly, and it’s convenient to where I live. Plus I can usually find some great deals on products. The carts however do need updating though, and the restroom generally always needs more attention than it’s given.

Edit: The staff are always friendly to me, so I will bring it from one star to two stars.Fresh produced stored improperly, the vegetable section should not smell like bacteria; fruits visibly have mold on them, smoothie bottles swelling up which is a sign of bacteria growth inside. Food with cheap seals that you can open without actually breaking the safety seal. Misleading discounts, two for five to save ten cents, really?The only good thing is the road on the way is safer and less busy.

Forced to go through self checkout since only one cashier lane was open. Really difficult to do self checkout when you have even a small cart halfway full of groceries due to lack of space for bagging/no conveyor belt to empty cart.

I only do pickup. Not many substitutions. But substitutes are acceptable and normally cheaper. The people that bring my groceries to me are always hustling and very friendly and professional!!

My family went to this store with our service animal. From the moment we walked into the door, we were followed. My husband took my son to the bathroom while I went down an adjacent aisle and my teenage son waited for my husband outside the restroom. When I come back to my son, he tells me that the employees had been watching him so intensely that it made him uncomfortable. We tell my husband when he returns and we decide to leave. We are stopped almost immediately and asked is my service animal, who is readily identifiable in his vest and tags, if he was indeed a service animal. We answered his questions and proceeded to leave... Where were followed down every aisle by a different employee. I was humiliated and my son was made to feel uncomfortable and criminal.

Terrible parking, but that is mostly because this little store is always so busy any time of the day, that they just don't have enough space for all the people. Typically well stocked the store is overall pretty nice, most of the cashiers are quick and effective but their bag boys could use a little more training as I've has some real bagging disasters come out of there that were easily avoidable if the items had been properly bagged.

This store is dirty and overcrowded, with stacks of items partially blocking aisles. Produce is mediocre at best. There was no one bagging groceries in 2 lanes on a busy saturday and employees hanging at the front of the store, not helping. Drive across town to Suncrest for a better experience.

I absolutely love this store. I shop there for everything. They have great prices, convenient parking, the cashiers are wonderful, and the management is helpful. It's just an all-around great store in my opinion!

This place is flipping terrible. I can start off by saying the parking lot is highly dangerous and very trashy and not kept up with. First thing you see when you walk in is workers on their phones smoking cigs. Once inside , oh jeez , once inside the bathrooms are terribly unsanitary. Questionable if they even clean them? They never seem to have the cart area stocked with carts so that you can go shopping. I have yet to see any supervisor or manager that is overseeing the cashiers ,clerks , or customers. Half of the time they don’t even have what I need stocked in the store. If you want to shop at Kroger don’t go to this location unless you like having a horrible shopping experience.

This is my go-to grocery store, and I am here at least once a week. I think that this store has a good assortment of items, but they are lacking in their selection and variety of vegetarian and vegan friendly items. They used to have a larger variety, but they skimmed it down for some reason. They have self-checkout and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have never had a bad shopping experience here.

I shop here a few times a week. Ths staff is always helpful and the selection has variety. This trip I was given a little misinformation about a gift card that cost me about a half hour of time, however the cashier and the lady at customer service were apologetic and understanding.

I shop here almost daily. I love the store and the employees. I can beat Walmart's prices most times. The only gripe I have is that there are not enough family size portions of fresh meat. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Usually I love this store, but today when I was shopping for a couple items I visited the meat counter to get fresh sliced cheese. The woman at the counter was high out of her mind, I thought her jaw was going to wrap around the back of her head with the expressions and movements she was making with her mouth. She had sores on her face and other tell tale signs of drug use (no she wasn’t mentally handicapped). Not a good look...
