Kohls and Eric (manager there) top notch customer service. I’d recommend shopping there! I was very impressed at all the help he gave us. Don’t find that anywhere I’ve been shopping.

They had exactly what I needed. The store was clean, everything was folded neatly and easy to find. It was really nice to be able to run in grab what I wanted and get out. The cashier helpfully gave me a coupon that I didn't have.

called ahead to ask if i coupd make a return on a pair of shoes without the box i bought a week ago. Lady on phone said it was fine, came into store and short middle aged man, management type got attitude and insisted that phone call never happened because shoes without box could not be returned. would not have drove all the way out if it was explained that way, and attitude was never necessary

The store was fine but the staff was very unhelpful and could care less about customer service. One lady in particular (not sure of her name - hair in a bun, white sweatshirt?) was very rude and should not work in customer service. The reverse happened on the Sephora side. It was messy and the staff was pushy and frankly annoying. The Clarksburg location is much better.

This store is smaller than the one at home, however, that doesn't mean that it's bad. The store is very clean and the staff are friendly, especially Autumn. I have gone to this store multiple times and I have never had an issue.

With Sephora taking up an entire wall of this store, the rest of the store felt unorganized and crammed. The selections for each department were small and everything felt really squished and on top of each other. The employees were very nice and the store was clean. But the way this brand new Kohls was designed and laid out is rough.

I really appreciated the great customer service I received at the Morgantown Kohl’s. I had left my card in my other handbag and Tam Tam , the cashier, solved my problem and was so very pleasant.

Clean store, but very disappointed with offerings in Women's Plus department. Very few racks/tables/dresses, and what was available was mixed in with women's racks, which covers a large part of the floor plan. Was excited to have brick and mortar store locally, but will have to continue to shop online. Really disappointed.

Great store very friendly and helpful staff. This store is not as big as I'm use to for a Kohl's bit seems to have all the collections the bigger stores have. I have found some super great deals in this store as far as clothing goes as well as household items. Highly recommend this place if you have neve been to this store.

I love kohls! But this new Kohls they put in Morgantown is rather disappointing. It is so small I can get through the entire store half hour. Which if I'm at almost any other location we are talking an hour to two hours. I still enjoy kohls cash and discounts. The employees were very nice and helpful.
