If you want to work in this location. Just remember, people in charge in here are not excited to new employees. I have interview days ago and they don't have the balls to tell me, they are not interested or i am not a good fit for this position. I call yesterday and they didn't give me explanation or anything they just end they call. 2024 people are more rude and they are not honest to tell you why and the reason. I don't know about you but manager like that i don't want. Make money in social media or online. They dont deserve hard-working person. If they are toxic. Racist. Meaning. Rude. We need to teach them a lesson

Ok Pawn shop with decent items. Seemed small but the workers were ok. I found what I was looking for for a good price. Most things in there are a bit overpriced. I would recommend the pawn shop in Fairmont over this one. Much nicer.

Great customer service. Bought a new gun last weekend. Had an issue with it they had me come in checked it out and sent on my way with possible fix. If it dont work they are willing to send it back to savage to be fixed or replaced.

Used to enjoy doing business with them but they've really gone downhill in recent years. The older employers were friendly and helpful while the newer employees are extremely rude. I even overheard them gloating about price gouging firearms and other items during the pandemic.

Things have gone well last few times I've been in there when they first opened but yrs later they got greedy and don't care to help only take advantage. Lost everything in a house fire so took them what little I had left 4sets skis an poles asked for 40$ apiece offered me 10$ days later took 15items and 10 batteries 3 chargers all rigid 18v tools I asked for 300$ there offer 150$ no negotiating it. Went to another pawn and asked for 240$ they gave me 260$ because it was a awesome deal they agreed

Done alot of business here & everytime I'm late picking up they call to give me heads up few days to pay 95% I have but when it's a expensive item I didn't barrow much on no call no chance which is policy & fair but not how they've always done things makes it seem like if they can't make much off it stuff they try getting u to come get it . But if they can they pull it ASAP to sell just shady because I always pick up or at least tell them I'm not. Just didn't expect it after yrs of business with them.

They had an item listed on reverb and I called them directly about it. They didn't hesitate to negotiate a price and ship it to me in Northern Kentucky. Item was exactly how they described it and in perfect working condition.Friendly service and they wasted no time shipping it out.

This place likes to profile people by the way they look. Based off their opinions they will low ball you as much as they can. They also seem to be pretty racist. They always give minimal effort to assist POC and they refuse to keep POC on staff long term. They also have illegal working conditions that should be reported to the better business bureau. If you want decent money for your items and want to get help from tolerant people, I would suggest going elsewhere. Literally nobody on staff can even speak Spanish because they intentionally don’t keep anyone who can. I went in there and personally observed the manager pushing POC to other Staff because he doesn’t want to be bothered. I will never go in there again. This place is Managed by a Bigot.

The J&S Staff have been nothing but kind and knowledgeable to me as a first time gun buyer. Always available for questions with very fast, polite, professional, and patient customer service. I was certainly no expert and I had to ask a lot of dumb questions on my first purchase. (as most first time buyers do) But they were there every step of the way with the proper industry experience and business insight to help me make the right buyer decisions. If I lived closer to this shop they would be the only shop I would do business with. They have earned my loyalty.

I was offered $25 on an iPad pro, still in the box. I had a few other items and they really low-ball you. Ok place to buy things, but don't expect to get a decent price on selling them anything.

Great staff, always friendly and always happy to help you and treat you in a decent and fair way in regards to what your either selling or pawning. Can guarantee this is the best and only pawn shop in the area that you want to spend your time dealing with! Also, if your late with payments on pawns for a couple days they will always be happy to work with you and give you some leeway. Don’t waste your time anywhere else these are the most honest pawn brokers in town while also selling high quality guns at quite decent prices!

Great staff and great selection of items. Have bought and sold there. The staff is friendly and will deal with you. They don't have junk so don't expect junk prices. They give you fair market value for stuff your selling and don't try to cheat and low ball you like other places. Always friendly and nice staff.

The staff at the Clarksburg location is by FAR the WORST employees I have EVER seen in my life. The fat woman and the the scrawny balding boy with the mole by his eyebrow are two of the rudest and most unprofessional people. The other young boy was nice but his personal hygiene left a lot to be desired. Won’t return.

Went in this place on my way to the hospital. No one ever greeted us or even spoke to see if we needed help with anything. Spent about 15 min in there and walked out. We will never go in there again. Very rude!! Stay away unless you like to be treated like this.
