Cute gift shop full of knick knacks downtown. I stopped by to pick up a post card. The store is very vibrant and full of unique items like plant hangers, herbal supplements, wallets, candles etc. Very friendly staff.

Recently visited the store while visiting family at WVU. Shop owner was extremely helpful and loved everything on the hoot and howl side. Will definitely visit again when in town!

The cutest gift shop I have ever been in. All items are handmade by local artisans and they are so unique and SO cute. It has a sister store inside also with plants. I could have stayed in there for hours looking at everything. Def recommend stopping by if you are in Morgantown.

Beautiful little shop in downtown Morgantown! Full of plants and goodies that I’ve never seen before that make perfect WV gifts. Their card selection is top tier. One of my favorite stores ever!!I even asked about the plants today and the owner was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

This is the best gift shop in town. There's a little something for everyone, including local coffee, handmade crafts, fragrances and soaps, and a lot more. The interior is vibrant and the staff are so friendly.

Just in town to visit a friend. Saw the sun catchers in the window and had to stop and look. They were so cute! Bought the eyes! :) The store has tons of local stuff! WV'ian pictures, jewelry, soaps, stickersssss, candles, purses, money clips, cards, macrame wall art, etc. Super cute place!!!

I love shopping here. There is always a gem that is great for gifting or for myself. The owner is constantly finding new and unique products and she is carefully selecting the inventory. The shop has won Best of Morgantown awards for Best Gift Shop and the Best Place to Buy West Virginia Products! Southern Living Magazine named it one of the South's Best Boutiques, too! Check them out in person or go to their website. So cute!

This is one of my all time favorite gift shops in Morgantown! I love the featured work and the handmade items. I am thankful for a shop like this that supports local art and business. I am grateful for the option to shop online and pick up in store. I also have 2 air plants I bought from here that are thriving! I always look forward to visiting :)

I got almost all of my Christmas shopping finished at this wonderful little shop today. I got several things that a few very special people I know are really going to love, and I am supporting local West Virginia & Morgantown area artisans, and small business. They have all kinds of things from jewelry, hats, gloves socks and shawls as well as greeting cards, magnets, and all kinds of trinkets. I strongly recommend if you have a few people left by for on your list, particularly the hard people to buy for, you very well might find the perfect little thing at Hoot & Howl. My son and I had a great bite to eat at Gibbie’s afterwards and it really felt almost just like good old Downtown Mainstreet Morgantown again. I’ve missed that.

Hoot and Howl is the best shop in town - BY FAR! It has something in it for everybody. The inventory is always changing, so it stays fresh and exciting. If you love to shop local and purchase some goodies made by local artisans, this is the place to be! As a bonus, Stephanie is absolutely lovely.

Love this shop! Every time I go in, I see about 30 things I’d love to have. There are a lot of West Virginia-themed items as well as displays and collections from local artists. It’s one of the few places I shop that I feel good about supporting. The prices are reasonable (I feel like a lot of gift shops ask ridiculous prices for things; Hoot & Howl doesn’t).And I have to say, as someone with social anxiety, I HATE it when you’re in a shop and the owner seems to be just staring at your every move, so you feel awkward and like you can’t really look at anything—the owner here thankfully does NOT put out that vibe. It may sound silly, but it’s something I really appreciate.

My wife and I stopped at this eclectic shop downtown because we were interested in some of the items they posted to their Facebook page. This shop takes in unique antique and decor items for consignment. The style seemed to gravitate toward hippy and industrial with a dash of Victorian.The prices were a little high, but I think the shop is trying to establish itself as a 'high-end' store for antiques and unique items. The staff was pleasant, and the store was clean and easy to peruse. Parking for anywhere downtown is a pain, but it was a short walk from the nearest available pay-lot.

First of all, Stephanie, the owner, is a wonderful person. She makes every visit very enjoyable. Hoot and Howl is an amazing addition to the Morgantown community. I went to Hoot & Howl for the first time today and I loved it so much that I just needed to come here and sing my praises. As someone obsessed with local and handmade artistry (Etsy is my kryptonite) and vintage finds, I was absolutely enchanted by everything for sale in this shop. All of it was reasonably priced, too, in my opinion! I picked up a stamped leather journal, vintage button hair pins, a vintage pearl cluster ring, a delicate silver knot ring, and some adorable painted knobs to DIY myself a nice little jewelry carousel. :')In addition to curating such an adorable collection, the owner was incredibly sweet and excited to hear what DIY classes her customers were interested in. I already know I'm going to be back in the next couple of weeks!

Got alot of my stuff here. Worth every penny. The popclox in the back are awesome and cheaper than the websites ive seen them on. They seem to have something for everybody. High quality and good service. Love the atmosphere there. Definitely worth checking out!
