Normally I love this store, drove across town 30 mins to return some stuff I didn’t use because I need the money, and their system is down can’t do returns or take cards at all. Waste of a trip and gas ….. don’t go there today :/

This harbor freight was not nearly as stocked as the others I frequent. They also made you feel as though you were stealing something as the worker kept following us around and watching us and asking if we needed anything. If we were dressed rough or acting weird I’d understand, but now how I want to walk around a store.

Female manager was very rude and does not know her inventory. Was told they did not have what I was looking for, after finding it and telling her that we had found it she acted like I wasn't there and completely ignored me.

Harbor Freight can’t be beat not like the discount stores like Walmart etc. where you can get tools that are of subpar quality for discounted prices.The tools at Harbor Freight are built tough and will stand up to the abuse that shade tree mechanics like myself dish out on a regular basis and for prices that beat the many times one and done quality of the box store’s my only advice besides going to Harbor Freight the next time you need to stock or replace items in your toolbox I’d leave whatever money you have set aside for bills daily expenses etc at home because you’ll find no end of great deals at Harbor Freight and end up walking out with much more than you came for Because let’s face it Mon Power isn’t going to go bankrupt if you miss a bill payment but they may sell out of those Air compressors that you always wanted but couldn’t quite afford

I was trying to make a purchase using a promotional offer and it wasn’t working. The manager did an exceptional job rectifying the situation. I also took note that they would make sure to great every customer as they entered the store and were very helpful to anyone in need of assistance. I have a choice of 3 different towns to go to Harbor Freight in and I will always go to this one from now on. I wish I could remember the manager’s name so that I could give her a direct shout out but my name recollection is horrid. But you know who you are. Thank you.

I could absolutely live in this store. They have everything for any kind of job. By far one of my top 3 stores of all time. Good thing I dont work there or I'd never get a paycheck. If you need any kind of tool check with harbor freight first. Almost guaranteed to have it in store or in their catalog and for a much better price than anywhere else.

I want to start off by saying all the staff here that I have interacted with are friendly and great people. Jordan, she deserves a special appreciation for remembering me, the product we searched for and talked about, and the price it is. We're talking a month or so prior is when I was there looking for a specific thing. She helped out, was super friendly, and kept her word. That's hard to find these days.

Mediocre products at low prices. Which is fine if you don't need a quality product, and just need something cheap to get the job done. Terrible customer service. God help you if you can't find what you're looking for on your own because Lord knows the employees won't do anything to help. I was just in the store, and after making four complete laps looking for something their website said was in stock in my store, I finally saw someone with a name tag. I asked if he could help me and he very rudely said "I'm on my lunch break." I said, "okay can anyone help me?" and he again rudely repeated, "I'm on my lunch break. I'm off the clock." His rudeness really upset me, so I loudly said "is there anyone here who can help me?" I've worked in retail I don't care if you're off the clock if a customer asks for help you say "I'm off the clock, but I'll let someone know you're looking for help." If you don't want to interact with customers on your break, get off the floor. A black woman then came over because I had raised my voice loud enough to finally get attention. She also had an attitude and did nothing to diffuse the situation, only upset me more, and only vaguely pointed in the general direction of the item I was looking for. I won't be back any time soon.

Went to check out Harbor Freight for the 1st time. Great selection of tools and excellent prices. There was confusion about a price on an item I was purchasing but Tre (great employee) took care of the issue promptly.Will using Harbor Freight for all my tool needs in the future.

Love harbor freight only bad thing is i always see cool stuff i want and spend more money on things that i dont need at that moment but they awesome and have great deals and for they average diy home repair guy or self mechanic the tools are quality and last

This is a new store, so I don't expect the world.That said, the only person who's ever treated me like a customer and not a nuisance, is the kid running the register. Otherwise I can't figure out who I have to blow to get a hand. And for as much as the employees on the floor love to ignore customers to mess with inventory, they keep screwing that up too. They have separate displays for the 4- and 5-drawer tool carts, for instance, and put the side trays for the 4-drawer carts under the 5-drawer carts (they do not fit). So yeah, clearly ignoring customers is at least paying dividends there (sarcasm).I'm considering if it's worth my time to drive to Washington or Uniontown or Lavale to not have to deal with the frustration of this store's staff. If it's worth the drive to you to get better service, then don't come to this store.

Dalton and the Morgantown Harbor Freight manager were great talking care of my tire air inflator exchange just at store closing! Awesome service and friendly staff! Also had lots of things I needed at good prices.

Come here to buy gloves for cleaning. There were no size mediums on the shelf so figured I'd have to settle for large. I asked the guy @ the checkout what the possibility was of getting some mediums in the near future. He said there might be some mediums in the back. I think it was close to their closing time but he took the time to look and he found them. So grateful!

I asked questions I wasn’t sure of. Gave me false information didn’t inform me of restock fee. I asked multiple question about the product went home and was what I asked about and didn’t work. Returned it and lost 20 percent of the total. Was a 50 dollar lost… never going to this location again

The cashiers are soooooo slow!! We stand inline for ever & they have three cashiers open. The stock is never correct either. We've went several times because online says they have the item. Once we get to the store, they never have it.

I'm a WV and Marion county licensed handyman. I get 99% of my tools from Harbor Freight. The store in Granville is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
