Love this store and the variety of selection. However, when a young lady is working the register and is too busy chatting with another worker, things went wrong. I purchased 12 items and got charged for 16. All because she was not paying attention and talking to another worker. Unacceptable.

The store is tidy but clothes are not sized well on racks. The staff is not the most friendly you have met but not to the point of rude or anything. Overpriced is how I would describe most items. You can get new items for less at Gabes.

Manager was very rude, had no customer service whatsoever, ive worked retail for 7 years and never once have I spoke to a customer the way she did. A lady infront of me wanted to know the price on some boots, the tag said $34.99 for some worn used boots so she thought they was priced wrong and the manager kept on stating “theyre $299 boots brand new, they’re $34.99” she kept repeating it with an attitude. She told that customer that she felt threatened by her all because the customer said “thats a ridiculous price” I know she doesn't make the prices but she could have went about this way different.

I have reached the end of my support of this store. Last night my son was arrested for possession of marijuana and prescriptions pills which DID NOT belong to him. After hearly three hours of my husband and i begging him to tell us where he got these things from he finally said "goodwill". He didn't need to say anymore. I had taken him to this store several times to meet up with a "friend" who lives across the road. I would often go shopping and would see my son speaking to one of the managers and this "friend" outside in the parking lot. He told me they were going to "train" him so he could work there. I discovered today that no such thing has or would have ever happened! He's supposedly been getting the marijuana from two male employees and the pills from a female employee. I was going to go down to the store to confront these people but my daughter stopped me and said that she had heard employees have been reporting drug activity for a while but the company doesn't care. I spoke to the arresting officers about this and they said without proof they cannot do anything. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager to try to get a phone number so i could report this to the company and the woman refused to give me any information and then hung up on me! My son is 17. He has never done drugs in his life! These employees beed to be held accountable!!!!!This is despicable behavior and i cannot believe that these things are allowed in this company.I plan to hire a lawyer and will not stop until they are held accountable.

This store is great! They always have a wonderful selection of items and they try their best to only put out the best of their donations. Their employees are awesome and always willing to help you out. Many people complain about high prices because this is supposed to be a store for low income families, however, it's always full of people trying to make money off of the things they buy. Those are the people who complain the most about prices. Thrifters are 100% the reason why prices have skyrocked. If you research goodwill in other states, you'll hear the same thing.Putting out items without testing them is wrong also. To me it feels deceptive. Yes they have a plug to try everything but some people don't think to do that or are too naive to try before they buy. Also it's a safety hazard. What if a customer plugs in something and it catches fire or god forbid it injures them?The theft is crazy since they stopped putting expensive things behind glass.The store is more worried about employee theft than customer theft.They then cut employees hours when they can't make sales and yet they do nothing to about customer theft.The biggest problem I have is the employees pay. This is supposed to be a business that employs disabled individuals and gives them the opportunity to have a job with a livable wage. Instead, they get paid less than you get paid to wash dishes at McDonald's.Rent in our city is too expensive as it is and to not get paid enough to even buy food really sucks.I know this sounds like a less than 5 star review but the people and the store itself are great.

I don’t like to complain but this took the cake today.1. A lady was helping another worker as he was on the ladder putting things on the top shelf. She was a loud mouth. She said she didn’t make mistakes among other things. I was so impressed by the young man because with the utmost respect he kindly told her that no one was perfect and we all make mistakes. She continued to be arrogant to him. I felt bad for him. Then she went to unlock the dressing rooms for people speaking loudly that she’s got it. Theres others wanting in too. So then we get to the checkout and the boy running the register was just down right rude. I was trying to help by taking things off the hangers for him. He took a hard breathe and look at me and said Just hand the stuff to me. No smile. No thank you. No anything. We were the only ones in line so I don’t understand what the problem was. We spent $135 there today and after these episodes today we probably won’t be back. These 2 people do not need to be working with the public.

I love Goodwill ! This Goodwill had too much stuff in too little of a store. Very hard to look around. Now I will say this; the day I was there everything was 50% off; so I was very happy about that ! I got this motorized Tow Mater for $5 for my 2 y/o grandson !

I have always shopped at this Goodwill . I was there last week and found the perfect pair of jeans and bc they didn't have a tag I was told I couldn't buy them , I asked the cashier if he could retag them I would gladly pay what the other jeans were being sold for and he was very rude and then ignored me .I will not be returning to this location.

A great group of employees. Everyone here is super nice. I have a large family, so we get all our clothes there. Their clothes are color coded which makes things so much easier to find. The prices are fair considering that most of the money made from Goodwill supports employment, homeless services, housing services, and so on. Thank you, Goodwill for being an important part of our community!

Goodwill is great. Only problem I had was the workers rushing me out the door almost 30 till closing time. They td me when I wked through the door at 7:30 p. M that they close at 8. I said ok. I was then td 4 more times!! Come on people for ducks sake 1 time is all O need I was out the door at 5 till.

It's okay, but prices too high. Somethings have something wrong with them, and still price is high. Employees are very nice and helpful.Some of the clothes should be like a dollar or 2 a piece, instead of 5,6,7 dollars! Seriously. I can't believe some of the clothes, that are worn out, have picks on them, or have those pills really bad.

Been shopping here more and more, lately. I see more people helping others and working with you on prices, or giving you discounts when trying to buy for work or job interviews. It makes me smile to know that people are trying help others during such trying times. Good to know there is still a good and clean thrift store that is willing to help others when they need it.It is clean, smells a bit like a warehouse, but at least it's not dirty. And does not smell like some used stores.

Thankfully, clothing is organized by size. Plenty of space between isles, and there is a large selection. This store is clean (for a thrift store) and the employees are helpful and friendly. Fitting rooms are open.

I say we boycott Goodwill until they pay their employees a decent wage! I hate to see the most vulnerable members of society be taken advantage of and Goodwill definitely takes advantage of their hard workers!!! If McDonald's can pay their workers a higher wage than $12.00 then so can Goodwill!!!!!

Did not find any plus size clothing looks like donations are down..prices are getting raised on donated items will be Goodwill demise. 5.49 FOR A USED SHIRT AT GOODWILL. 3.99 FOR A NEW SHIRT AT GABS. I LIKE TO THRIFT. ONLY REASON I GO. LAST SEVERAL TIMES SABRATON STORE LACKING. WESTOVER STORE MUCH BETTER.

This is the worst goodwill I have ever been to. They sold the large item I grabbed the ticket to purchase while I was still in the store. Then they barely wrapped my glass and two of my favorite pieces broke on the drive home. Save your time and money and go to the Habitat for Humanity Restore down the street (or the Goodwill in Westover). Badwill charged me $3 for something I found for $0.25 at HHR. It’s a joke. 0 stars.

Just your typical smaller town boutique. Nothing spectacular. Prices have really seemed to increase as of late. Especially for horribly conditioned items like shoes. You can definitely see corporate greed at it's finest. On top of that, they ask you to round up at time of purchase. I guess management has to pad those numbers and bank accounts

I have lived in the Morgantown area for about 2 years now and I love goodwills. There are goodwills within driving distance and that is this one, the outlet at the mall and one in Westover. This goodwill is by far my favorite. It is the farthest from me but I choose this over any other one any-day. I always have a cart full of things whenever I leave here and the house wears and basket section are my favorites.

I found a great dress for my daughters homecoming dance that I could afford on a budget and even a couple pairs of capris for me! A lot of the stuff is priced great, however some things are priced quite a bit higher than it should be. Check it out, find an item that puts a smile on your face!

Good variety of clothing, books, furniture, and household items. The toy selection isn't great, but the prices are fair. It's a typical Goodwill and the employees are always friendly.

Everytime I shop here, many employees follow me around the store. They dont think I know, but I do. Because I am black, I felt they perceive me as a higher threat and more likely to steal. While the employees were too busy following me around the store because they were heavily profiling, there were many customers who were not of color stuffing their pockets with merchandise. Train your employees better! Your store got robbed because your employees were too busy racially profiling to notice that anyone can steal. This happens everytime I step into your store.

I was employed with them for some time a very corrupt and penny pitching joke! They care nothing for customer lie to the public and slave drive employers!!!They jack up prices and in general only care about one thing....How to lie to the public to save money and get money!!! They dont save everything they crush alot of things but if there not making money its scrapped then to actually help REAL people if its not a show for the public its a jk what goes on behind close doors is unreal especially under bonnie who has more complaints from customers and employees i know of!!! But she made them a million doller store i hope to seen an article real soon in the paper about how false and fake the store truely is!!!!Sad its name is GOODWILL instead of PennyPinchers!!!!

Great place to donate to. They make it easy with a drive up where they pick up the items right out of your car. The store is large and has a lot of items available. Each week they even offer special discounts.
