I rated this store five stars a couple years ago when it first opened - but now, wow they are changing all the name brand stuff to a different color each Sunday and week . I try not to judge but I’m very observant. I still go here hoping it would be like it would when I first starting figuring this out! Other than that staff are very friendly and it’s definitely not their fault !

I must change my review at this store. Always been my favorite place to shop but the new manager Tom, I believe I heard them refer him as, was very rude at closing time. I had just came out of goodwill, in which my purchase exceeded $75.00, to find myself with a flat tire and no pump. I rushes back in and asked if I may search for a pump. Instead of being a gentleman to help a gal that lives 2 1/2 hours way out, he says if u haven't found a tire pump u need to leave! I asked if I may purchase another item I seen (which was a speaker for $15 and a pop and water since my dog and i are soon to be alone stranded, and dont get me started on his pricing of items good gravy this rant would be way over my efforts! He replies, "No you must put down that box and leave. As I left I told him it was 3 minutes after closing and he could helped me five minutes ago when I needed it and BTW I believe if I had found a pump I couldn't of purchased it cause he done shut it all down and they were counting out! I haven't gotten to visit this store in 9 months I had planned the visit around this very store and hours, unfortunately due to my old tire getting a flat this morning, I had to wait for Walmart to replace my old tires, which made my shopping trip behind and my tire flat and stranded one more time for the weekend. Walmart can't help til tomorrow offering me a tow to their establishment

This Goodwill has all sorts of great items, my entire family enjoyed shopping here. Staff is super friendly too, I would highly recommend stopping by, you may find that one thing you haven't been able to find.

For some reason its not the same anymore? They dont have the stock like they did in housewares. Their associate s are friendly though. Maybe the new pricing they have gets confusing in prices? Shoppers do put merchandise in the wrong place for pricing issues? Just a thought? I do shop goodwill. They need to watch their pricing. Its getting higher in price for a donation to them? Instead of throwing the glass in the trash price it too sell! Keeps the inventory changing

Keep in mind Goodwill is a great place to shop. I think it's a shame that they Capitalize on the donated keyword DONATED items to the amount and tune that one can not repeat CAN NOT Afford to shop there. It used to be you could take $10 into any Goodwill and come out with a complete outfit.A top, pair of pants, maybe a pair of shoes or a purse not both but one or the other. Now $10 will get you one thing (if you're lucky). This Goodwill is asking $5.79 plus more if name brand for just the top plus taxes. Shopping at Goodwill used to come with the old standard "she shops at Gooooodwilllll! She's poor!" Well Heck not anymore, it's"She shopped at Gooooodwilllll is she crazy??? She can get that cheaper somewhere else!!!!!"Today I was there and I waited in line for 10 minutes while the guy cashier slam banged around the person in front of me selected items until he actually broke one of them. If you don't want to work buddy, join your friends unemployed....the lady was so upset because she really wanted that glass dish.The other cashier (girl we will call her since no name tag) just stood there repeatedly counting her drawer. She kept making eye count with me knowing I was waiting. I had 10 expensive tops in my arms. This went on with upset customer complaining about him breaking the glass and he just slammed it into the trash...you could have heard a pin drop it became silent.I told my daughter if that girl doesn't hurry up I'm going to scream. My nerves were shot from the commotion. I counted out loud to ten and then put my items back on the rack.As I was leaving the store the girl looked at me and smirked....I thought yeah Girl you're right. I didn't need to spend my hard earned money in your store. This was One O'clock on Thursday July 28th if you want to see what lovely employees you had at the register representing your over priced company!!! I won't be back!! But I realize that I don't matter to you, your employees or your company...but I did want to share my experience!!!!

Very unhappy with all the stained clothes this past visit. This was my favorite location, but the condition of the clothes and lack of the usual variety of brands will keep me from shopping at this store for a while.

I always walk in here but almost always walk out empty handed. Overpriced and not very good stuff at that. The environment also feels a bit chaotic so I always feel like I need to leave asap

I wish I would have seen this store thru some of these other reviewers eyes. What I saw were dirty clothes, filthy shoes (still had dried mud on them), even a couple critters. Not sure if it was a flea or what but I wasn't trying to stay and inspect. I completely understand the concept of second hand but what I saw from this store/dontation centre would not be acceptable for anyone. Were trying to slow the spread of viruses, bacteria and such if you're going to donate follow the rule if you wouldn't buy it because of condition dont expect someone else to.

Super nice staff, and the clothes are phenomenal! Spent a solid $60 on clothes here (never spend that much on clothes at Goodwill for the pure fact that I never find cute stuff) and everything is well organized. Love it!!

Westover site needs to have clerk training for the same white guy every Sunday.I feel He's inappropriate. I like that Goodwill has a 99cent sale 1x a week - although I am pretty sure , some tix are changed from week to week. I still enjoy going , w exception of that particular cashier.

It's a thrift store. Sometimes you can find $69-89.99 worth routers for as low as 5.99. (and they work). Also other stuff, some funny things like (see pic of a note of love from someone in 2015 -wonder how long the sentimentality lasted 😂).

I think the prices a ridiculous considering the stuff is donated to them and the prices just keep going up and up this use to be my favorite goodwill now it's becoming the worst so many people in the here complaining about the pricing issues they need to realize it's not a retail store it's a s cons hand store...shame on them!

Im a big believer in supporting thrift stores when i feel the money hopefully is going to a good cause, you never really know anymore, i go to both goodwills , sabraton and westover, the westover goodwill has a friendly staff but the store itself isnt very clean, the sabraton store is cleaner but the employees arent very friendly, the prices at both stores in my opinion are too high, not on all things , but some, i mean i have seen things that really need to be put in the trash and they have a high price on them, and some of this stuff i have seen at walmart or the dollar store brand new, for a lower price , whats up with that????

Goodwill always seems to be a good place to get cheap replacement keyboards and mice as well as other household goods that are still usable but others have no use for. It saves me money and also helps the environment through reuse! Thanks Goodwill!

Stopped by the Westover store today. As always it was a disaster! The one in sabraton is almost as bad. The cleaned..neatest goodwill is in Fairmont. You can tell that manager cares what the store looks like..even smells good!

It's a great place to shop you find everything you're looking for but you can't find it you ask someone their they're more than willing to help you friendliest place I've been in a long time being a senior that helps a lot saves me a lot of steps thank you people for being there they got a great team every time I've ever been there more than helpful go the extra mile for you I appreciate it

Was looking for some speaker wires and found speakers as well as wires for $4.99!! Can't beat that! However CDs are overpriced! Nicely organized and clean store.

Enjoy going here they have a much larger Electronics selection than the other Goodwill in the area granted it's not organized at all. Enjoy the staff they are very nice.

Prices are high like most other Goodwill stores these days. I think the prices at this location are now lower than across town, though. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Not only did I find an awesomely made pair or camo shorts, but I also found a like new Pioneer cassette tape deck just like the one I wore out almost 35 year s ago.
