Mobile pickup of a few items today and get home to find a container full of rotten tomatoes. Why are these even on the shelf let alone sold in mobile pickup? Shoppers need to check the products. And then they make hard to get a refund.

Awesome 👍 the best store I've been in with a wife variety of groceries, hot food, liquor and beer. Layout is great it's a really big store. They have live lobster, sushi and an array of seafood as well. Ahhh and the produce section has morels and many different things that other competitors do not have in the area it was our first time and we're so glad to have found this store we will return. I'll also post more pics of the 🍣 catering. Menu. Soon.

Stopped at the getgo because I needed gas. I suggest advantage pay for the savings, usually twenty to thirty cents off a gallon. Store has a good variety of premade foods. I’ve always liked everything I’ve tried. I used the self checkout, should’ve picked a better cashier. When putting my deviled eggs in the bag, they slipped, the container popped open and one escaped and had to be thrown away.

Giant Eagle has done a fine job with the layout and options/products available at their stores. However I find them to be the most expensive place to buy groceries in Morgantown.

Usually, they have better choices than other stores. It's big enough to have what you need, but not so big that you struggle to get through it. It's worth the extra money to not have to go to Wal-Mart. Also, you can use Google/Apple pay, which oddly Walmart does NOT have, so if you forget your purse at home like I did, you can just tap and go....Thanks again Giant Eagle.

The store has a lot of remodeling being done so it is hard to get what you need quickly however I do understand the need. The products are in weird places though which makes it hard to find what I need. The employees were very helpful and easy to find. They overheard me confused and helped me. The checkout was very efficient and they had what I needed. The produce section did not seem fresh but otherwise an okay experience.

Their prices are getting insane, like everywhere else. Still like the selection and not being around as many people when I go. Most of the people that work there are pretty nice and helpful. Unlike Kroger where they mostly seem unhappy to be there let alone help you.

Great location being at the town center and close to other shopping. Good selection in all the aisle along with deli and liquor store. Prices seem higher then Kroger. But their 5 for $25 typically has lots of options. The bakery has a great selection if you need something in a pinch.

I don't often shop here but it is pleasant when I do. Always appears clean and well stocked with most items. They also have a liquor store inside for your adult beverage needs. The fuel station outside is nice for a fuel up on the way out too. Plenty of parking.

I personally prefer Giant Eagle for groceries over Walmart, I just wish their prices weren't as high in comparison. Other than that, they have the things I need, employees are helpful/pleasant, and checking out is quick.

First time in a Giant Eagle and immediately I am shocked there aren't more of these in WV. I love this place! I am originally from San Diego and this place reminds me of the stores I grew up shopping at. Clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Fantastic produce and meat sections and a very clean store. Just seems a cut above the rest. I plan on doing far more shopping here from now on.

The prices are comparable here with some other larger grocery stores. What I like the most about this place is the large selection. I often will find a new product to try. They also have some chairs and tables in the back to sit and have something from the Deli. There is also a private little liquor section located nearby to shop in. They have some live lobsters for the kids to look at too. Just a fun place to be.

This used to be the best grocery store in town. Now it just feels dated inside. I'm not sure what it is, but the lighting inside seems very yellow as well.Update: I went to Giant Eagle while my dog was at the groomer. Produce selection was great and the employees were all offering to help. This was at 8 in the morning too with barely anyone in the store and they were that nice.

This is an exceptional grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful (consistently every time I shop here). There are so many specialty items you won’t find at Kroger or Walmart. Their prices are excellent... especially for a college town. It is also the cleanest grocery store in West Virginia. I even frequently fill up in their gas station in front of the store as they have very good gas prices too. I will be shopping here for years to come.

The produce department has good fresh produce. The thing that I would like to see improve is the checkout department. Only one regular register open and in order to use the shelf checkout line, you need to scan and advantage card or you will have to wait on assistance to help you and scan their card. Very frustrating

My only complaint is the ladies bathroom always smells fishy (next to seafood dept) and it's super overwhelming. My visit,however, there was a horribly unclean stall.Aside from the bathrooms, the staff was great. Service desk lady checked out my items for me (self check out line) while i had to go select another item,as the one i had choosen had been opened and i didn't notice previous to the check out desk.Pleasantly surprised they have a sale item section,too!

The store is nice. It's clean and had everything I was looking for. However, I do believe that the price's my be a little high, especially, the meats. You will have to shop there and decide for yourself.

Been using carside pickup ever since the problems started. Has been very good and timely with just a few exceptions. Normally never wait more then 5-7m after calling and stating here for pickup. Location of this particular Giant Eagle is good for entry and exit, and its close to i79 for quick interstate access.

The store is very clean and the clerks very friendly. Sadly they won't provide rainchecks on items they have on sale but are out of. Doesn't seem right.

Scott in the deli is awesome. He knows the products and he knows what his customers like. He’s very personable and enjoys interacting with people. He makes me and my husband feel like he’s known us forever.

Let me start by saying I despise a certain discount store starting with the letter W and ending with the letter T. That said, I was totally turned off to Giant Eagle because the exact same quart of Land O Lakes heavy cream purchased at "W" for $4 and change was $7.99 at Giant Eagle. I expected to pay more for quality but nearly double for a like item just blew my mind.I guess I have to reserve my GE shopping for certain higher end specialty items and not for general household grocery shopping. Have to admit I'm disappointed.
