I love the Suncrest location but tried this one today while I was in the area. I ordered the same smoothie as I do at the other location but it was different in a bad way. Also the workers were not friendly at all. The floors and counters were kind of dirty too. If this was my first experience with GetFit I would not have come back. I'll just go to Suncrest in the future.

Ok so I come here almost every day because I have been working in the plaza. But the owner was here today with his dog .. I hope he’s the owner .. either way he just made me the best smoothie in the entire universe. I totally recommend everyone to come here because their smoothies are 100% affordable and they taste amazing all they way down to the last sip. But this guy. The guy who listens to good music and brings his dog. He made my smoothie in less than 3 minutes and I didn’t even pay until after the smoothie was made . Very nice guy . And the rest of the staff is the reason why I ever come back there. Sorry for blabbing away but oh my goodness you have to come here!!!

I'm really disappointed, because I want to love this place.Two or three times it has been great, but six or seven times it has been awful. Nothing seems to be consistent, and when ordering on the app, more than once, the order went unnoticed until we got there, and was then started.Maybe there is a lot of turnover employee-wise, because the faces never look familiar.Today I ordered a melt and sweet potato fries (which I have previously ordered), and received soggy regular fries, and a melt that looked great but couldn't even be picked up. It was a soggy mess 💔 I hope they get it together but won't be back for a while.

We had an awesome 1st experience here today. The employees were kind and knowledgeable about all the menu products. And understood we needed extra help since my daughter has braces. The food was delicious too, and the shakes were tasty. Thank you all again so much! We will be back 😊

When I'm travelling down 68, I always head here. The new management is fantastic, and I adore their melts. All of them are excellent, but my favorite is the chicken bacon ranch. Sweet potato fries are served on the side. If there has ever been a problem with my food, I've simply told the staff about it, and they are very understanding and take care of the problem.

UPDATE: Because of the quick owner response about the situation, I have changed my 1 star review to 5 stars since the food itself is always great!Here is the original review:While ordering, I informed the person taking the order of a dairy allergy, NOT preference. She offered almond milk in the açai bowl, but apparently forgot that the typical protein powder used is NOT dairy free. I spent the night with hives and on a nebulizer treatment so I could breathe, followed by severe eczema shortness of breath, and general discomfort the next day. So, while the food was healthy and tasty, the people working there need to be more aware of their ingredients when asked and informed about allergies.

A fine choice for a real fruit smoothie or protein shake after visiting Planet Fitness next door. We have tried the leafy salads, while a only few have more than 4 ingredients they are as fresh as you could assemble from Sam’s Club produce. We considered the juice cleanse services but the owner is not very friendly and the rates are exorbitant. Still, the girls are always usually welcoming.

I arrived almost 30 minutes past opening time to pick up an order for GH and all lights were off with no employees inside. If you can't adequately staff this location, at least change your business hours.Editing again--the time is now 7:43 and I was once again sent to pick up an order to a closed restaurant. You need to change your business hours on delivery apps. Facebook is not adequate to tell people from grubhub that their order is going to be an hour late because the restaurant actually opens at 8 instead of 7.

I came in after driving past it multiple times and I gotta say I'm blown away. The service is excellent, super friendly staff, large menu and tons of interesting protein and pre workout options. I got the cookies and cream shake and it was amazing! I'll definitely be back in as often as I can!

I purchased a flower power acai bowl 20 minutes prior to picking it up. I went into the store to pick up my food and they said they didn’t have the order. No biggie, things happen. I waited another ten minutes for my acai bowl and the fruit in the bowl was scarce. I got this same bowl last week and it was filled to the brim, very abundant and satisfactory. Today, there was a third of the amount of fruit than there was last week. There was no granola in my bowl and there was no honey on the top when there should’ve been. The base has chunks of frozen fruit in it as well. I usually like to come here to treat myself to something good yet healthy, but I don’t think it counts as a treat if what I ordered doesn’t align with what I received. The only upside was that the girls were very nice and communicated with me about when my order would be ready.EDIT FOR OWNER: This was at the Pierpont location.

Definitely disappointed. I've been here several times and always get the same drink, but I haven't been for a couple of months. Went today and the drink tasted much different, very watery and the consistency was very odd. I'm not sure if a recipe was changed, or maybe different people make a differently or ingredients were forgotten. Very bummed regardless, really liked coming here especially after going to the gym. This is by far my favorite place to grab something fast and healthy. They have vegan protein shakes which I think is AMAZING…try the banana berry booster with peanut butter. Great food (the melts are to die for). The staff are all so welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a nutritious place in Morgantown, especially before or after a workout.

Today was my first experience. I ordered the strawberry shortcake shake and the banana oatmeal. Super tasty! Loved the atmosphere and music that was playing. The place was super clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back more often!

Gave this place 3 chances, 20+ minutes for toast and a smoothie. First 2 times the toast was not toasted. This is poor service and quality. I do not recommend going here if you are looking for a good morning breakfast.

Love that I have a place to get a healthy meal or snack. Bonus... I can get a protein shake with ice cream flavors. My teen even loves it. Love the cookie dough and cookies and cream and still need to try the Resees peanut butter cup. I do use my own protein because I can't do sucralose or stevia. No big deal to me. My favorite meal is the pizza melt. I'll sometimes substitute the pepperoni for Buffalo chicken. Definitely recommend! Bonus! Two locations, I've been to both, and they have an app so that you can order and pay ahead. Everyone I have encountered that works there is very nice, courteous and helpful.

I've been having juices and shakes from here for months now. They've all been delicious, but I really love the protein shakes. I especially love the extremely large flavor selection and the choice of making them "skinny". I highly recommend stopping by here. Did I mention how close it is to my gym, Planet Fitness? It's so easy to stop here after a work out.

Closes down grill before 7:40pm. This disappointed me because I wanted an egg white and turkey sandwich. The outside doors advertise 9pm as their closing time on the weekdays, yet the worker told me they close in 20 mins at 7:40pm.

First time customer- The actual ingredients taste super fresh but the consistency of the Acai was like soup (would have been easier to eat with a straw) so it saturated the granola and coconut and the remaining toppings just sunk into my bowl. For the price ($11+), I also thought it would have been a slightly bigger serving compared to other spots like Playa Bowls, Zest Juice, etc. The kid that waited on me was nice but there was no urgency to get the order completed. I have been excited for a spot like this to open in Morgantown so I’m going to try again and hopefully have a better experience.

I had the hardest leg day and needed a pick me up. Came in and was faced with such a doll, name was Travis. He was such a sweetheart and had good conversation! Made my order in a timely fashion. Overall such a great experience, loved Travis’s spirit!
