Absolutely disgusted. I’ve never expected all that much from a drive thru wash, but the last two that I’ve paid for from this location have been pitiful. I paid $35.01 to come out the other end with just as much road grime down the side of my truck. But the real icing on the cake is the half application of tire shine. Way to kick a person while they’re down.. Thankfully there are two brand new car washes being constructed within a half mile of this one. Definitely won’t be returning.

Wish I had read reviews before going here again. The first time I went, many months ago, I got the $10 wash and was disappointed, but chalked it up to it being the "cheap" wash. I have been in desperate need for a wash for some time and finally had time so I popped in here. This time I went with the $25 wash. Before even leaving the dryer, I knew the wash was complete garbage. It didn't even properly clean the windshield or any other window for that matter. Extremely irritated for spending that money because I still need an actual car wash. This place is the equivalent of a scam.

Probably fine if you get the cheaper wash but the $25 wash is not worth it. You still have to hand dry it after. Only about half of the vacuums are adequate. Also, the tire/wheel cleaner feature on the more expensive wash only covers about half of your tire. Very disappointing for a $25.

This car wash used to be great. After they raised their prices because of the unlimited membership I stopped going as often. I went through tonight because I was in town and I shouldn't have bothered. The bottom of both sides of my car are still dirty with a few streaks from the water running off the windows. For $20 I expected more.

I paid over 150 for detailing along with shampooing carpets, and seat cleaning. I just bought the car, and it was super dirty inside so I wanted it cleaned up so we could use it. They did clean it up a lot, but I was surprised to see many spots that were not clean, or even dusted throughout the car. I had them fix up some spots, but there was so many more spots that they obviously did not clean and I did not want to stay there for the rest of the day telling them what to do, so I figured I would just go home and do it by myself.The customer service was great. They were all very helpful and kind. I am sure they would have continued cleaning the car as I pointed things out... I just think they need to be trained to pay better attention to detail, so they don't have to redo their job in the first place.Also something else that bothered me, was that Halloween was playing in the waiting room, and the TV is in clear view of the children's area. Maybe the kids area needs to be placed at an area where the adult TV is out of sight.

The car wash used to be way better when it was owned under expressway and they had the detail shop. Ever since Mr magic took over you can hardly find a working vaccum anymore I tried 4 one day and gave up because they all had bad suction or wouldn’t turn on. The old owners cared more the new one is more of like a corporate based company. 2 new car washes are opening up on the town centre and the new one by Dunkin most definitely will give Mr magic a run for its money. They need to get on the ball here to not get hurt by competition. The biggest thing that hurt that car wash is one they got rid of the detail shop.

The Mr. Magic team here is amazing! This car wash gets my car clean, whereas most of them that are drive-through do not. Additionally, I have had spinal surgeries and can not dry my SUV, but this car wash works so well, including the air dryer, I don't even have to worry about it. If you do choose to dry your vehicle, it takes literally 5 minutes and done. Other car washes in the area leave so much water on your vehicle it takes forever to dry but that is not the case here. I love that they started putting out towels, and they do not leave lint, and dry very well. The monthly package is very reasonable and you can wash your car as much as you would like Which I love because I'm OCD when it comes to keeping my car looking beautiful.

This place really needs to fix their vacuums or at least label the ones that don’t work so that you don’t play musical parking spots thinking that it does. Since Mr Magic has taken over, this has been an ongoing problem. With the new washes opening up, this place will lose business

I can't speak to the interior detailing as I didn't purchase that package this time. I did however go with one of the 45 minute exterior packages. I added on a paint sealant add on to prep for winter weather and road salt.The guys inside worked like a coordinated group and my exterior looks fantastic when it's all said and done. It was interesting to watch them work from the waiting room. The sealant package that I got had them doing a little extra work but they had a spotlight that they could use to see if they missed any spots.If I had any complaints it would be there were a few water spots in the end left over from all their work. They buffed right out so no big deal. I'm not sure if I'd go with interior cleaning but I have no complaints with the work they did on the exterior.One thing that is annoying is that the prices and more so the packages on their website don't match what's on the touchscreen menu. I was interested in getting Aquapel applied to my windows and that was listed on the website. However it was not available on the touchscreen options. Clear up the website issues and I'd probably bump my rating up.

They blasted off a large chunk of clear coat and didnt say anything. On top of that, we spent $20 and it's still a dirty mess.

Stopped to have our truck washed. Staff were nice .. however the wash job was HORRIBLE .. when we got home noticed that only the top half of truck was clean from windows down was dirty. Was the BIGGEST waste of money. Plus hardly foam was administered ... shame shame

So so expensive, never paid that much for a car wash and then my car was still filthy! Do not recommend at all. My car was left with lots of dirt, only good thing was it was fairly fast, but so fast that nothing got clean. Complete rip off

Agree with other reviewers. Car was not clean when I exited. Rear windshield still was covered in dust and there were serval large areas lower down that also were still dry

Horrible... paid $15.00 for a wash and an extra $5.00 for attendant spray only to come out with a half clean truck... Dryers do not dry thankfully we had an extra towel handy. How does a carwash not clean tires and running boards?Vacuums are worse than my grandma's old Hoover from 1972!!!! What a joke... don't waste your money.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

The car wash is amazing. I pay for the subscription so I can wash my car in the mornings before I go meet with clients. But far too many mornings at 10 to 15 minutes after eight the car wash is not open. Please open the car wash on time so that I can utilize it as intended.Edit: this car wash is going downhill quick. It’s now closed in the middle of the day, the last 3 times I’ve stopped. I’m going to cancel my membership.

They are pushing monthly subscriptions hard. Paid 20 dollars for a single wash and the prep attendant was there, but literally gave my car a few squirts despite seeing the hood and windshield covered in bugs. Their excuse for “doing away with the prep attendant” is because they want people to pay 30 dollars a month for unlimited car washes. I guess they want you to go through 3 times rather than pay an attendant to do the job right the first time.Totally disappointing. I’ve given this place hundreds of dollars for interior details that used to be amazing. That closed as well, likely because they couldn’t find anyone to work or pay them enough. Not entirely the business’ fault, but I truly miss what this place used to be.

Went through the car wash today with hundreds of other people. Got back home which is South of Morgantown and the car has a white film all over and is streaked all over. I have used this service before and was satisfied but for some reason today's service was really abysmal. Will need to run the car thru another car wash. Not happy.

I would highly suggest you do not go to this car wash if you want to leave with a vehicle that is left undamaged. I took my car here today and after leaving realized they scratched the interior window button. When I went back, they basically tried to blame me and say it was my nails. I drive this car daily. It was not like that. They would not pay for the button and only refunded the wash for $44. Now I will have to replace this for $130. The owner just walked off from us to avoid what he knew he did since he is the one that brought me my car at the end and even left a rag on the floor. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR AUTOMOBILE!!! Way too expensive and not a single one of their vacuums work. Most of the vacuums didn’t even have hose heads and the ones that did have absolutely zero suction. They need to fix this asap cause this place used to be nice.

When there is no line waiting this wash is quick. I find that some other users struggle with the kiosk for selection and payment. More users the wait is obviously longer. Otherwise it's a great quick wash.Recently I brought a vehicle for the interior detail service... we own a German Shepherd and the rear seat was rife with dog hair. I asked the wash attendant if this was an issue. He said no and just tell the attendants at the interior detail building. I did and was told that they DO NOT attend to pet hair. When I came back for the vehicle I was very suprised to find that they had removed almost all of the hair. Needless to say I will return for service again and again.

I have used this car was since they opened. I have 2 cars and use them regularly. However today is the last time I will go there. I went last night and they closed early so I went ahead and washed my truck took it home and went back first thing this morning to have them detail the I inside and they refused. He said I had to go thru the car wash again then come up to them. I already paid and washed the car $16.00 the truck was not dirty I just wanted them to do the inside. It was not my fault they closed early the day before and in the past they offer inside detailing only. But my truck was clean went home and came back that was it. I was going to also bring my other car over to be detailed today but won’t be back now. Terrible customer service for a good customer. I’ll go elsewhere. Couple weeks ago I visited this place for (15 minutes detailed interior and exterior) and it was kind of reasonable service compared to the price. But this time I paid $59 for (45+ minutes detailed interior) and they finished my car with less than 30 min!!! When I asked they said they car is small and does not require long time (although I noted on some spots that were ignored), when I look inside the car I swear it is almost the same, if not less cleaner, than the than service I got for 15 minutes, which again wasn’t fantastic. In fact the place was busy so they had to get rid of the cars faster.My point is, if I had a garage I would buy all necessary equipment (which won’t cost me $40 and could be used more than once) and clean my car myself.If you really feel you want to go their, don’t have high expectations.

Not happy. Not sure when they took out the rubber scrubber machine in the car wash bay but this time it didn’t do a good job cleaning my SUV. Won’t be back unless something changes. Used to love going here but I paid for a premium wash and it miss half the stuff on the car. I had to go to another place to wash my car. :-(
