I went into the store to place my order and they were rude when I asked a question. It said I had to use the kiosk to order. I had a gift card and it wasn’t allowing me to do that. So I went back up to the counter to ask. Both the gentleman and girl working were very rude and the dude literally got smart with me, rolled his eyes and walked away. What kind of customer service is this???? You can’t kindly show me how to figure it out or be nice about it. I will NEVER return to this Dunkin due to my experience. I felt very disrespected. Do not go here. I don’t leave bad reviews but this one deserved one. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Literally every time I come here I am completely ignored. Go inside, no one acknowledges your existence. I went through the drive through today and said good morning at the window with zero response. They handed me my drink. Never said a word. I said thank you and they closed the window. Never made eye contact. Nothing. It wouldn’t bother me so much if it wasn’t like this every single time. And the internet never works.

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried this location 3 times since it’s on my way home and convenient. They never have anything I want. Always out of munchkins or the donut I want. Then I manage to get at least a few of one I like and they seriously give me ones that barely have frosting on them. This location is a joke and I’d rather go through town to a different location who can actually serve their customers.

Staff outside smoking while customers sitting in drive thru. Staff then tells us that they shut latte machines down at 8pm as per management. So they can't make hot coffee at all..Then ask if they can give us espresso leftover from cleaning the machine.I don't think so......gross!And no we didn't show up at 8:55 pm. We were in the drive thru at 8:20pmNever again to this Dunkin'Donuts.8/3/2023. Very disappointing.

Great donuts as usual. Sadly, there are no coffee k-cups for purchase, no thermal cups for purchase, no water or sodas for purchase. Bag for 2 dozen donuts was not big enough and held the boxes sideways.Sadly, this looks like poor management. Employees were doing the best they could. It's not horrible, but it's definitely not up to normal Dunkin' Donuts standards. I will be back sometime, and hopefully, they can have this business turned around.

Remember the commercial of the guy waking up at 4 AM to make the donuts. Well, the donuts I bought this morning at Dunkin up near Bass Pro, must have been made 4 o’clock in the morning two days ago. Without a doubt it’s one of the worst donuts I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was so tough I couldn’t cut it with a hacksaw. 3 different flavors and all old. Won’t stop there again !!

I have a journal 🤦🏼. There are so many problems at this location. They need training on what's the purpose of the drive-thru. They get 1 order at a time, and don't ask for the next order until that prior person picks up and leaves the window. I've been told as early as 7:12pm that they will not cook anything for me in the kitchen because they stop cooking 1 hour prior to closing (they close at 9 pm). For several days, about a month or so ago, this location wasn't accepting online mobile orders. I asked why or 3 different occasions and was told each time that they were short employees, so they turned it off (there were 6 in view on the 3rd day). This hampers Dunkin members to get online mobile-only deals. Today marks the 6th week that I've been told I can't get a Frozen Macha Latte because the frozen/ice machine is broke. My regular Baltimore Dunkin makes a call each time an item breaks. And a new is delivered normally with 48 hours. Sad because the staff that I've met and talked to are wonderful. I just think they are lacking guidance and good management.

Everything we ordered was wrong/bad. Literally everything. We did a mobile order and ordered the valentine’s day limited edition donuts, and were told they were all out of them when we arrived. Very disappointing, but they refunded it, so whatever. We get home and our avocado toast is just toast. Practically no avocado, so we paid $6 for 2 pieces of toast. We got the bacon, tomato, & avocado sandwich, which had even less avocado on it. The last item was a brownie batter macchiato which was all types of wrong. I probably paid extra for oat milk and didn’t even have any. Extremely disappointed by this trip to Dunkin, as we were not satisfied by a single item in a $22 order.

My experience today was a poor one. I have never stopped at this location before. We stopped in about 4:30pm. I asked for a Cresent sandwich they did not have them, so I decided to get a glaze donut and an unsweetened tea instead. My husband got a lemon donut and a coffee. The tea was terrible, I'm not sure if the water was bad or tea not very strong, but it was terrible. The donuts are honestly just okay. I have not had great experiences at Dunkin recently and honestly I would go to local it has to be better!

I swear this is the most incompetent location ever! They NEVER have donuts, muffins etc it’s always we “don’t have it right now” doesn’t matter the time of day..the wait time for the drive thru is absolutely ridiculous.. you can’t ever finish your order without them asking in an impatient and aggressive manner is that all… when you luck out and actually run into a nice employee they inform you that it’s teenagers who run the store and management is trash… i’m honestly surprised this location is still running with how slow it is, and unprofessional the workers are! For example I went into this location a few months back and ordered a coffee and some donuts I witnessed a lady taking out the trash and messing with the trashcan take my order did not wash her hands and I put gloves on and went over and picked up my donuts then made my coffee I’m not a confrontational person so I walked out I filed a complaint I couldn’t even get a professional call back by the district manager I got an email with so many misspellings including my name. This location is a joke!

Do you want stale donuts? Do want your order to be completely wrong? How about 7 of your 13 donuts crammed in a bag? Wrong drink too? Well look no further! They can do all of the above in just one visit. When I called to let them know that maybe next time letting a customer know you don’t have something rather than choosing for them what you think they should have is not appropriate nor what I paid for I was nicely greeted by an Andy Smith. He said he would refund my order and just come get the gift card the next day. When I arrived to get my refund I was told by someone else that I couldn’t have it that the owner said no. Wow. Why make promises you can’t keep? Why as an owner are you not correcting your mistakes?? Avoid this place. There are other locations that are close and so such a better job.

This Dunkin is so hit or miss depending on the employee that’s working. Sometimes it’s quick and excellent coffee from a nice employee such as JD. Other times, it’s a half full cup of old coffee after a 30 minute drive thru wait.

Would give zero stars if I could. Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The drive through is always backed up, no matter the time of day, and the donuts are usually old. Tried to go inside a couple times since the line is always long, just to find the employees on their phones standing around doing nothing and goofing off. No wonder this place is always so slow, the staff doesn't care at all. Really sad how poorly this Dunkin is run given how great the location is....

Absolutely horrid service. Ordered three donuts and waited 25+ mins. I understand that if you’re rushed it takes a bit, but they worked on orders 18 numbers ahead of mine before working on mine. Once I finally got my order, it was only two donuts. They didn’t even give me the correct two out of three, as they chose to replace my boston creme donut (which they were apparently out of) with Bavarian creme without asking. 1/10

I'm going to give this place a little boost with it's reputation. . . felt like getting a cup of coffee last week at this Dunkin' (near my hotel). The coffee was hot, made correctly the way I wanted it, and cost less than the same order in my hometown. The business did its purpose.

Always distracted, uncaring and unapologetic staff. Have been several times to this location and you basically beg for service. This last trip we had paid and sat at the window for nearly 30 minutes before being handed our two food items. Don't waste your time here, you can go to another location 30-40 minutes away and still get faster/better service

These kids were very rude in the drive thru and it was my first pumpkin coffe of the season they put regular lid smashed whipped cream all down sides of cup no Carmel drizzle and were laughing as they sent it out the window the experience was terrible

Waited over 15 minutes to order, there were 2 people in front of me. At one point 4 of the 6 employees were bunched up and all doing the same thing and one girl was doing absolutely nothing. They also charge for a cup of water. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Why bother even opening if you have such awful service.

I got a large toasted white chocolate latte, signature. And the milk wasn't hot. 2 hours later my whipped cream wasn't even melted. They already had to remake one drink and I didn't taste mine till we got into the truck. I'm very disappointed. My favorite place is slacking in very many places.

Is this even a real Dunkin?Employees are rude and unprofessional, multiple wrong orders, smashing product in incorrect packaging and can't maintain basic Dunkin legacy product stock that they are known most for.I understand being new and just opening but I also understand what brand image means and if corporate sends any secret shoppers your way its gonna be a bad time, don't do it until you can do it right. 👎Update : Andy smith, the manager attempted to make the situation right after admitting that there were poorly trained, new employees working that shift and offered a 20$ gift card as compensation.The owner then stepped in and refused to allow the supervisor to grant any refund in any way shape or form, even after their app failed and the employees decided to give use whichever flavor doughnuts they saw fit (which was later confirmed by the supervisor), not a good way to start a business location, What a way to represent dunkin too! 🤣👏
