Chaos and clutter. Too much disorder within departments to find anything, the sales floor looks like a warehouse, and there weren't associates on the floor to help.I've been back to this store a few times since my initial review and it's only gotten worse. They should just shut down the restrooms because no one ever steps foot in there to clean them; it's absolutely disgusting. They leave entire departments completely empty, as if they started a new set and just gave up. There still aren't any associates around, and when you do find one, they have the WORST attitudes about everything, like they can't be bothered. I've made my last trip to this store.

I know that it is the holiday season, and things are hectic, ɓut that excuse only goes so far. There were five people in sporting goods waiting for help with none in sight. I went up front to get help, but no luck. I tried the website only to be more frustrated. They seem to have a lot of products, but what good if no one can find them?

Went to buy some fishing gear and got way more than I expected. Very good range of quality and prices on pretty much all fishing gear. You can find something for most budgets. I asked the guy for some help with what is working good here in WV and got an hour long run down of the good the bad and the ugly of fishing in the region. A wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful in getting me a great set up at a very respectable price. Even brought everything to him at the end for his "approval" before buying. Worth it because I caught a decent lake trout on my third cast ever based on his help. Thank you kind sir, and thank you Dunham's Sports for hiring people that know what they're talking about.

Terrible. Items marked as on sale ringing up for 15% more than sticker. Cashier was very helpful manager was no help at all. If this is the store you decide to go to just watch what your prices and what they ring up.

I went in and applied for a gun and in 30 minutes got my rifle. In 30 minutes wow. I will never ever go to the on in ohio again. Ever. This one they were very friendly. Respectful. And as I was coming in they were getting on the phone to call me. Wow. I will drive to this one and do my business all the time. I love this store

Who needs those other high-profile sporting goods stores in Morgantown?? We bought kayaks here today - amazing selection, great prices and sales support and they even carried the kayaks out to the car and helped us figure out how to get them on our car. I can’t thank the crew working today enough! Dunham’s will be our first stop from now on!

The men aren't very nice or welcoming. I didn't like my experience after spending almost $900 also last time I was there and spent a lot of money just 2 months ago the alarm went off and a girl working up front was very rude about it but I brushed it off but after the second visit I had to bring it up.

Pretty nice store, though the layout/navigation of finding things without just wandering for a while, is rather frustrating. Their gun and ammo prices are higher than other local options, and I've never seen anyone at the counter to get info from, but the selection is pretty good.

The store is very nice and have a lot of options from camping gear to guns for a reasonable price. However, the employees complained about their coworkers/ home office THE WHOLE TIME and it took 3 hours for me to buy a gun because no one knew what they were doing (which was absolutely ridiculous).

Well organized. Clean and neat insider and out. Good selection. Helpful staff. Saved a bundle using online sales coupons. But what's up with the $35 ball caps?!! That's just crazy money for something like that. Ok, that was my only complaint. Everything else was pretty good.

Dunhams's is a great store. When they have a sale, they are truly tough to beat. I always find great deals at Dunhams. They have a great selection no matter what it is your looking for. I highly recommend them, they have become my go to store for all of my outdoor sports needs! I have made several large purchases there in the last couple months and they just could not be beat. Fantastic place!

Dunham's is a great place to shop! They have really nice name brand cloths at very affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The store is always organized and has a variety of selections.

This store is a mess from top to bottom clothes and products disorganized and all over the place. Does any one actually work here? I walked in and my head spun, after 20 minutes of trying to find a pair of black women's basketball shorts I gave up. It just looks like something my children threw together on their own. If that's the case and the owners are under the age of 16 I am very proud, now please fix it.

Great store size. Easy access through both in-mall and exterior doors. For COVID-19 pandemic guideline adherence, the employees were in compliance and keeping up with customers, even on Black Friday, 2020.Lots of inventory choices and the employees were super helpful with product knowledge and loading assistance. Managers were also present on the floor.For those who aren't aware: you cannot purchase through Dunhams online, only in-store. Well worth my 1hour one-way trip from Frostburg, MD.

Bought a box of ammo. Went home to find out it was half empty. Went back to see if they could help me out. They couldn’t return it or even exchange it. They gave me a coupon for my next trip. Which won’t be happening. I normally wouldn’t make a fuss but this was the more expensive home defense ammo.

Thank you for wasting my time Dunham’s. Waited in line for 25 minutes trying to purchase 2 kettlebells today. Finally got to the register, but neither kettlebell had a price tag and they were the last 2 available in those sizes. I had asked a girl working on the floor if she knew the price, but she said they would help me up front. I talked to 3 different employees at the register, none of which knew how to price the items. One employee then went back to an office location to ask a 4th employee for help. The employee working the register then came back out to inform me that I couldn’t buy either item. They were part of a set in which the rest had already been sold individually so the 2 items that I wanted were now marked defective. They also informed me that they were going to track down the previous people that had bought those items to get them back (hahaha sure). That was my first time at the new location and will likely be my last.

I love this store! I've been coming here for years for guns, ammo, and sporting goods. Today I bought a Kayak here. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

We called the store ahead of time to make sure some would be there to assist us with drilling a bowling ball. This was at 8:30 PM. We were told to be there by 5:30 the following day and he would be there. We drove an hour to the store to find out no one was there. He was not working that day. What a waist of my time. We wont be back. We were lied too and treated terribly. The manager on duty did nothing but tell me I misunderstood he worked yesterday. I called late at night. He was not referring to Thursday. Now I am a lier???

My husband and I use to shop here all the time. Until one day, this cashier was needing help, and this manager, (a very older man) treated this boy/cashier like garbage. My husband and I both spoke up when the manager was treating the boy like garbage. I even called the Corp. Office. No one, and I mean no one, deserves to be talked to or treated the way that manager did that boy.Now I see why you never ever see the same cashier twice.
