Tonight my family and I went to this Dairy Queen for ice cream after getting back in town. We immediately noticed there was 1 young lady working diligently to complete the orders pending. There were people in the lobby as well as the drive thru. The young lady greeted us and said she’d be right over. As she tells us this, another staff member comes back and loudly says “sorry, I was taking a piss.” goes behind the counter to finish a drive thru order. A third staff member comes from the far back and takes our order and walks away. This leave the young lady by her self with our orders, a grub hub order and drive thru patron. Meanwhile, as we’re standing there waiting, we can see the 4th staff member on the other side of the wall smoking his vape and playing on his phone. He did this the entire time we were there. I asked the young lady “do you always have to do everything yourself” and she reluctantly nodded yes. This Dairy Queen franchise owner should be proud of her for work ethic and determination while maintaining such professionalism. She was wonderful. Now, for the other 3, yikes. Being there just for a paycheck is one thing BUT TO ACTIVELY VAPE IN THE KITCHEN… WHILE PLAYING ON YOUR PHONE..Come on man. We stood there watching every puff. I finally asked what the guys name was that was doing it and his name is Brandon. The sanitation concern I have for this is through the roof and I will be passing the video to the health department. This action violates the common courtesy of every paying customer that comes in and it makes me question the ethics being permitted in this establishment. Vile. Do better, Dairy Queen.

First of all I LOVE all Dairy Queen’s. They all have hot food, good blizzards, and the best overall customer service! Except this one. This Dairy Queen is constantly out of vanilla ice cream, has employees who seem to hate their job, and the food takes absolutely forever when you are inside. Not to mention the driver thru speaker that the people speak out of is so quiet.Last week, the drive thru worker was this boy who sounded like he just did not love his job at all. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and I got chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips. I was so mad and upset I went to a Dairy Queen across town!Overall, I suggest you make your workers happy, get fresher food, and fix all the broken things that I have stated previously.

The first day me and my boyfriend went there, the red head girl in the drivethru was very rude. I got a cotton candy blizzard and seemed to taste with some peanut or something in it when I started eating it. Once I got to the bottom there was peanut butter mixed in my cotton candy blizzard. The next time we went there the same girl was rude in the drive thru. I got cheese curds and watched her hand them to the car in front of us. We told her we can’t take those after they were touched by everyone. They supposedly made fresh cheese curds but they were cold when I received them.

I apply for the job. I have the interview i call over 10 times. They tell me the boss was busy. They never email me. They never call me back. They block my number like was disconnected. I call today. They tell me have a problem issues because i made a report. About they are unprofessional. If they are in short staff, they should put more effort to the new applicants. 3 days pass i never receive anything from them. Unless i call. If was me i definitely fire the top bosses. For they start to care more about the company. I definitely prefer decline every dairy queen job. They pay $12 is not enough. Shame of themselves. They don't have enough ppl they put them to do extra work and they don't get pay for replace ppl. Employees deserve better and definitely the Fast Food is going to collapse. The ones over there do there best but for is not enough. Shame to the bosses above. Food is no fresh. Frozen food is not the best quality. Is unhealthy. Means bas taste and bad reviews. Who knows most of the equipment are broken.

First I want to say that I love Dairy Queen blizzards! But this blizzard was the sloppiest mess I have ever seen. The ice cream was 2 inches above the top of my cup. I didn’t make it 100 yards before I had 10 steady drips coming from all around my cup. My tongue couldn’t t keep up with all the slop that was cascading down the cup onto my lap and seat of my car. I happened to be driving so I couldn’t do much. I had to pull over at the next gas station so I could take about 7 scoops of ice cream off the top and clean up everything. Over all the blizzard was 5 stars but I had to knock a few stars off because I ordered a cup of ice cream not the mess they gave me.

Terribly slow, the manager must be trash because they almost never have enough product to make things you ask for (I once spent like three days trying to get a seasonal blizzard only to find out they had run out a while ago, and doordash is a nightmare because they dont make your order right pretty much ever. The amount of times they have forgotten toppings or side sauces is somewhat crazy. If it has happened to me this many times, it has to be regular. I just got doordash and my medium might as well have been a small. I only come here because I happen to live nearby but honestly thats about to not be enough.

I ate in, but the food was luke warm at best. Ice cream was melted. They let us know when the blizzard was done but never notified of the other orders. I only noticed them when i went up to see why they were taking so long. There were no condiments. I was notified when I went up that ketchup would be 50 cents. 50 cents is not a lot, but the fries were already cold. We won't go back to this location.

Just like any other DQ, with some extra decor.edit: it looks like the owner responded but didn't read my review. The owner said "sorry you didn't enjoy your visit." But I never said I didn't enjoy it. 3 out of 5 is a good rating, and I expressed that they are comparable to other DQ's. So maybe read the review before responding with a link that sends me pretty much nowhere.

This was our second bad experience at this DQ. We decided to give it another chance, and the experience was the same. Cashier who acted like she didn't even want to take our order, loud rude yelling back and forth in the kitchen, we waited a long time for cold food. It seemed like a bunch of kids there playing "restaurant". Maybe having a responsible adult on staff would help. It was a weeknight at around 6:30 pm. We will not be back to this location.

We are literally sitting in the drive through at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night, all the stores lights are on and the y already have the door locked and won’t come to the speaker to take our order. Drove through the drive through twice just to be sure. Employees are inside cleaning and refuse to wait on customers. This Dairy Queen sucked 7 years ago, dirty practices and I see very little has changed. Calling corporate. This place makes the old Dairy Queen in Westover look bad.

After waiting around 20 minutes. The one with the sprinkles is a “large” while the plain is a small. When you go to DQ at Suncrest the large actually is a large and not barely over the cup. Plus the sprinkles were stale. Second time we have came here, and for sure the last time. Two stars because we actually got the “right” items this time.

Worst DQ I've ever been to. We've given this store multiple chances. From incorrect orders to horribly unreasonable long waits to always out of everything for a store that isn't seemingly that busy to disgusting inside. This DQ has everything you don't want.Today, "chocolate ice cream only".Waited 15m for 1 car to get a single blizzard, waited an additional 5m and still didn't have an employee even talk to us.Worth the wait to drive 15m to the other DQ in Suncrest. This one blows.

This Dairy Queen is the worst. Horrible customer service and rude employees. Waited in line for 35 minutes, got to the speaker at 9pm, with four cars in front of us and we were turned away. Will never go there again. And don't listen to what the owner posted below my review. Reached out to BFS, who runs this Dairy Queen, by sending them an E-mail and they never even tried to reach out to us. So they don't care about their customers at all. They just try to save face so people still go there. All they care about is money and big houses!!!

The food was ready quickly and was all hot and the order was correct. The lady working was very polite and friendly. She made sure that we got the food we wanted when we ordered incorrectly. She should be commended for her hard work and for making our visit so pleasant. We went through the drive thru at noon and didn't wait long at all.

Waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes before getting to order, store was empty/no one else had ordered. Waited at the window for almost 10 minutes for two chicken strip baskets. Foods cold, fries are very old and stale. Worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to yet

Went there this afternoon ordered a meal deal and 3 sandwiches for my family and sat and waited for about 15 min waiting for the food to be ran out to us and husband started driving away as I always check the bags to make sure everything is there...my husband was missing a burger so he ran back in and told them and overheard an employee asking where it was to the other employees and they said "oh we ran out of burgers" the manager was like "what?!" ...go make some burgers... why they think it's ok to short someone $7 is beyond me. And they want more money this is crazy. So we sat and waited for another 15 minutes for the extra burger. Poor customer service PERIODTTT

This place is better then it was a couple of months ago! That have a new manager, Harley, that I believe. She is very nice and sweet! The employees are amazing! Better attitude then before! My food came out correctly and they even brought it to my husband and me at our table! My husband is allergic to peanuts, so they made sure when they made our blizzard to clean everything that peanuts have touched! A+ to this store! Will be returning!!!

Dont order a banana split here. Hot Fudge and Caramel only was told to the cashier 5 times and remade 3 times. Still was made wrong. I ate it anyway. The whole dining room was laughing at how pathetic it was. Worst DQ ever. I will NEVER come back even though I live 3 mins away. Id rather drive to Fairmont or Sabraton

Wait was long, cost was higher then expected (per order board) and order was missing items. Went back through drive through (walk ins not welcome) had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to ask for what was missing. To my surprise, before I said what was missing, I was told to drive around front and they would bring it out...amazing that they knew it was missing items when they gave it to me to start with.

This is literally the WORST Dairy Queen ever. I gave 1 star because no stars is not an option. I have never one time come to this location and left with out my order being incorrect. Their blizzards are never made correctly. For example, today I ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard and there were NO pie pieces! Not a single piece. I have orders cookie dough blizzards and they left out the fudge, the royal peanut butter blizzard and they left out the peanut butter filling, and when they do put all the appropriate ingredients in the blizzard it is so sparing you can barely it is more than just plain soft serve. The staff never seems to know what is going on. They will leave out napkins, utensils, and won’t put lids on to go orders. We affectionate refers to this place as the “reprobate” Dairy Queen. Drive the extra miles to west over!

Stick to the blizzard here. The food is poor. Cashier was very friendly, but the pork sandwich was lacking in flavor& quantity & they didnt even have the proper bun for it. The chicken "strips" were stripped down to roughly the size of a "nugget" and the honey mustard is rather gross. At least the water tasted decent.

Very unfortunate. Only 2 employees that day, training another. Asked for plain burger catsup mustard only. Burger was horrid hockey puck with melted cheese which I indicated 3 times-no cheese!! I usually don't get burgers anywhere but a steak place. My mistake. BLEH!!!

This Dairy Queen is the worst. Please do not apply to work there, eat there, or even come near it. Two employees are sick, handling food and taking orders without gloves. There’s no hairnets in sight, it’s unsanitary and disgusting. They don’t give breaks to their employees because they’ll “lose money”. This Dairy Queen is just horrible. They started the week with 14 workers and ended the week with only 6. They’ll be real nice to you at the beginning but then screw you over in the blink of an eye.
