Don’t order an ice cream cake from here I am so upset about my sisters birthday cake. I asked for black and blue icing and lettering. Candy skulls. I told them I had my cake made there and it had sugary mermaid tail candies and I wanted the shakes into skulls. They misunderstood me and put the mermaid tails on it. The candies were also made of ice. ICE! AND IT WASNT EVEN FLAVORED! Just colored iced shaped into mermaids. I took them off so they wouldn’t melt bc she didn’t want pink and purple in her cake. They started melting as soon as we touched them. It would have ruin her cake. I also asked for flowers on it. Not a single flower on it. This is by far the worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had.

I understand how short staffed everything is right now with COVID, but my boyfriend and I went for ice cream tonight and won't be back. We waited in line for twenty minutes.... we watched our ice cream sit... the guy handed it to us and walked away from the window when my boyfriend asked for napkins. We waited. Nothing. I'm glad I had a tshirt in my car to wipe the mess up with. Close or change your hours if you're that short staffed. Spare all involved.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. I placed an order, and it was read back exactly right, but when we received our food 2 of the 3 orders were correct and the 3rd order was totally wrong. How does the order get read back exactly right, but when you get your slip and your order; 1 out of the 3 meals are wrong. Also all of our blizzards had no lids. When it's 80 degrees and you are in drive thru, you need lids. The ice cream is melting and evidently in drive thru you are taking elsewhere. The manager gave many excuses, for my $40 waste of money. The food also wasn't that good. Super dry burgers. Pathetic. I'll drive to Waynesburg for a top notch Dairy Queen, this one is a joke.

I come here as this is now the only Dairy Queen near me. As someone who has worked in food service, this restaurant is always dirty with trash and spills all over the tables and the trashcans overflowing. What has really pushed me to make this review is the fact that either "they can't make any food because the broiler, fryer, etc., is broken" or they are closed early for whatever reason. I don't completely blame the employees as they always seem understaffed and they need to keep up with orders and they are usually nice. Upper management needs to start doing thier jobs.

Cashier was so rude to my friend and I. I ordered fries and a blizzard, and once the blizzard came out I waited for the fries that had been sitting behind the counter for 10 minutes. Once I was handed the fries, I had told the cashier that I ordered barbecue sauce with them, and she asked me for 50 cents. Then, as I was eating inside, she went to the door to write “no indoor dining”, and asked my friend and I to leave.

So as I do a good podcast for some yrs I decided to go to DQ in suncrest town center.Let me tell u the store is dirty from the front door to the tables the seats and the bathrooms are wow.I stood at the men’s room for 10m waiting after no1 came out I had to use the woman’s.As I stood at the front to place my order for 5m (and no1) in the store 2 boys which work there came out of a single use restroom.My food get done sits in the window as 5 works walk around wasn’t till I asked for my food I got it. Asked for honey mustard in which I was told u have pay for hat u can have ketchup (did I ask for that) told them I didn’t eat hat and was told O well. I could go on and on and on but I’ll send with saying I will not return EVER.

It's always SUPER dirty inside so I started just going through the drive thru which didn't turn out to be any better.. The workers are never very nice and they take forever and they never put any candy in the blizzards, I always ask for extra, extra toppings and boy do they charge me for said toppings but I basically get just vanilla ice cream.. 🙄

I’m not one to leave a review but after my experience this evening I am… waited forever to even order, out of gravy (and said they could make more but wouldn’t). Since they were out of gravy I got ketchup… never actually got it. I ordered a Sierra Mist and it tasted like carbonated water so I asked for something different and the guy working the window had terrible customer service since I pulled up to the window WITH AirPods in his ears. My fries were way too salty, no bread with my chicken strip basket and TERRIBLE customer service!!! 0 out of 10. Not worth your time or money with that service.

So bad. DO NOT GO UNTIL MANAGED PROPERLY. NOT SANITARY AND FOOD AWFUL. Went in with my mother who ordered a blizzard. I refused to order because the place was so filthy. Food all over the floor as well as storage containers for food. As we waited a few minutes to order I noticed an employee at drive thru sitting on a milk crate on her phone. As we ordered we heard her use multiple f bombs about how much she hates cleaning and then 10 minutes later heard her say "oops, I forgot I was drive thru and had my headset off". Mom's blizzard was the wrong order. They remade it with almost completely vanilla ice cream. Then an elderly family came in and said they waited in drive thru for 20 min with no answer. Girl at register said they were slammed earlier but I explained the true reason that the girl was on her phone and could not be bothered. DO NOT GO HERE UNTIL IT IS MANAGED PROPERLY. NOT GOOD FOOD OR SANITARY visit was around 16 AUG.

Ordered a birthday Oreo cake. Got there and they gave me an Easter cake. I asked if it was Oreo and they said yes. Got home and it wasn’t an Oreo cake. Very disappointed in this place these days!!!Update: this place still sucks a year later!! Worst employees ever!! Not very bright.

Awful customer service skills!! The girl handed me my messy milkshakes with out a carrier or even napkins. She did not say a single word to me, didn’t smile, and wasn’t polite at all when I was taking my order. This place has always sucked and is under staffed.

This location is understaffed and the employees are running around working their tails off which causes backup in the drive thru line. My blizzard was straight liquid and the employee didn't flip it because she knew! Waited around 15 minutes at the window for my blizzards just to get them and have them be the consistency of milk. Get more staff on a Saturday night DQ

I know I went here late at night, so I do cut them some slack. But I didn't even really get what I ordered. Ordered a 6 piece basket, only got five, my food was cold, and I didn't get the toast that is meant to come with it either. Plus I'd already waited a long time in the drive thru, so I'm just really disappointed. Don't mind long waits as long as I get what I ordered.

This is routinely the worst managed dairy queen I've ever visited. It's regularly understaffed and last night they closed early for that reason. None of the other DQs in town seem to have the same issues, so I'm not sure why it's limited to this one.This is the first time I've had to wait more than thirty seconds after paying to get my blizzard. They gave us a number and it took ten minutes after that. A friend took even longer to get his freeze, and another friend's chocolate banana milkshake was only chocolate. There were maybe six people there. Go elsewhere for your Dairy Queen fix.

I understand that places are understaffed.. but that shouldn't excuse the fact that orders have been wrong the past 2 times I have gone there. I'm officially done with this location. Like how hard is it to make a cookie dough blizzard??? It's especially frustrating after waiting 20+ mins in the drive thru

Kind of a disaster to deal with the employees here... The manager said that their scanner they use to scan customers' mobile apps "hasn't worked in more than a month," the cashier who took our order left to do something else for five minutes without finishing our payment until another employee noticed we were just standing at the counter, and when that employee returned, she asked us not to use our coupon to make it easier on her. Couldn't attract the attention of the manager after she slammed her office door saying she "had other things to do."
