My experiences have been mostly negative, some neutral. There is frequent miscommunication, especially when using the app or getting text notifications. This has happened multiple times: I'll get a text saying my medication is ready for pickup then when I arrive I have to wait for 20+ min while they fill it. I've asked them about why I'm getting the text saying it's ready and they don't know. Today I tried to call ahead to make sure it was ready and I waited and waited and waited on hold then finally drove over after work. I was still on hold after driving over here and waiting in line. My medication was supposed to be auto filled today and they didn't have it on file for today. Now I'm sitting here waiting for a script that should have been auto filled, having already spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get in touch with them. By the time this is done today, I'll have spent over an hour working to get this filled. Isn't the point of auto-refills and text notifications to save time? I keep coming back to this location because it is on my way home from work but now I'm reconsidering. I'd be quicker to go anywhere else in town.

This is the worst pharmacy. You can never talk to anyone except in person after standing in a long line. They were delayed in filling a prescription and then the order was lost and never filled at all.

This is the WORST pharmacy in this town. I understand being understaffed but that is no excuse for not getting prescriptions filled, or NEVER answering your phone! Terrible customer service! I’m just sorry that my insurance co switched me from Kroger pharmacy to this one! If I could give it zero stars I would.

You will sit on hold for hours, days at a time calling sitting on hold they will not answer the phone if you cannot show up in person. Tried to refill on the app, it says in process and never gets filled.Finally called and went in on the doctors call option and they answered, asked my why I did that and all I could say is at least you answered if I was a doctor. So then it got filled.They say they are short staffed, if it’s that bad just close down!!I’ve been coming here for years and the last year has been a nightmare doing business here.

I have never encountered a worse-run pharmacy. They do not answer the phone at all, literally. So I went in in person to have a script transferred from out of state and they took all of my info and said they would take care of it. After repeatedly trying to call (three times I sat on hold for 20 min before hanging up) over the next week I went in person and when I told them the situation, the woman went looking around at loose piles of documents all over the place. The whole time I was there a message throughout the pharmacy kept saying “three pharmacy calls” and no one was even looking at the phones. She eventually came up to me and said “we don’t have it” offering no solution or apology. So I said “ok I guess I’ll go somewhere else?” And she just looked at me blankly.Their corporate office should take better care of them and get them some help over there.

In-store pharmacy was closed, and the drive through line was wrapped all the way around the building. Waited 20 minutes and only 2 cars went through. Felt like a dystopian nightmare watching so many people struggling to get medications they need. Store should be shut down. I can't urge you enough to pick a different pharmacy.

I’d give zero stars if possible. Will be going to a new pharmacy. Don’t waste your time with this one! Non answered calls, lost prescriptions and will wait in line for 45 mins at the drive thru because the inside is closed for no apparent reason.

The pharmacy is extremely slow and NEVER has/can’t get in any prescriptions. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and are rude. I truly have never experienced a worse pharmacy.

Never have prescriptions ready on time, long wait times,been given the wrong prescription, nobody answers the phone to ask a question that a automated system can't,bad experience every time I have to get prescriptions.

Lady locked the doors at 9:54 PM and there were no less than 6 people including myself trying to get in . I get that it's close to 10PM closing, but don't close until the posted time! #rude#lazy

They don’t start filling prescriptions until you get there now. No idea why. You have to sit and wait for about 30 minutes, even if called in DAYS earlier. Changing pharmacies.

The WORST pharmacy ever. Drive thru is never open and when you go inside, the line is a mile long and the script is never ready. I swear, I think they do it to make you browse the store and buy other items.

Emily Braham the pharmacy manager is ridiculously rude and unprofessional. I went to pick up my breathing medication and she started off with a very poor and condescending attitude. Made me cry actually. This has happened the past 5 times I've been to pick up my meds I guess I'm gonna change pharmacies. I've never seen a pharmacist have such dangerous and undeserved rage directed at someone that literally did nothing wrong. I'm shook.

How can you be a pharmacy and not be open so often?! Try to pick up medication and either totally closed or the inside is closed and the drive thru is backed up to the road. This is crazy!

Won’t let me pay out of pocket for my medicine because it’s a narcotic, and state it has to run through the insurance (even though they denied it). They state it is their pharmacy’s policy, but I’ve never had this issue before with ANY other pharmacy.

Sale 40% off $45 or more Neutrogena products. I bought $89. worth they tried to give me $12 off I said that’s incorrect she said that Neutrogena products wasn’t on sale I said go look at the shelf stickers she said no we’re too busy I don’t have time. This will be my last shopping experience at CVS(and yes the sticker was on all the products I purchased). Plus all I bought was Neutrogena products so where was the $12 discount coming from!!!

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST AT THIS SPOT. I have discovered that the TRUE address to this CVS is 1608 Earl Core Rd. Go to that one. All prescriptions and vaccine appointments end up at that one. The address is wrong, which is why it sent you to the middle no where. Photo for attention.

As others have reviewed before this place doesn't exist at this location. The real CVS location is 1608 Sabraton Ave, Morgantown, WV 26505 and it's literally just right down the road from there. I've already tried reporting the wrong address and also reporting that this place never existed at this location, but apparently they still have yet to remove it from Google maps. 🤷‍♀️

I come here all the time to load my card with money, I came by today and the lady claimed she couldn’t load my card. Idk if she was a manager but she was wearing dark clothing? Anyways, she showed me the screen and i noticed that she just swiped the card, she didn’t hit the correct buttons. I know this cause I used to work for cvs and it’s not rocket science. Obviously this lady either didn’t know how to do her job, or she lied to me. Either way, it was disappointing and I’m not coming back

Terrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes to checkout at the pharmacy counter after failing to find any employee to check me out in the front registers. After seeing the pharmacy tech was having a lengthy conversation with a customer, I went back up to the front to be checked out. The store manager, Joseph failed to acknowledge my dissatisfaction and lacked customer service skills when he checked me out. CVS will never have my business again. 0 stars if I could. Avoid this particular CVS.

Takes them half a day to fill a script that other pharmacies do in 15 minutes. They took my wife's script on a Friday afternoon after making sure they had her medicine but said she'd have to pick it up the next day. When she returned the next morning, they said they were out of her medecine until Tuesday.

VICKI- with the management team is absolutely horrible. She is rude, condescending and berates customers. I went there and she was rolling her eyes at me, sighing loudly and loudly announcing to myself and everyone behind me in line that she was the only person working that day. She horribly needs an attitude adjustment. I can't believe she is a manager.

Kroger's had told me to go to CVS that they will fill my prescription . .so I went ...the guy at drive threw window was so rude ?? He was asking me who sent me I told him he asked like I was a lier ..why would I lie ? I just sit a half HR in drive threw!!! Never going there again !!!

This is the worst pharmacy in Morgantown that I have seen. Staff in the pharmacy are very rude at times depending on who you are speaking with. Would recommend Kroger pharmacy if you want to keep this area.

Worst pharmacy! They need new pharmacists because they have to dig through every scrit to find yours like they didn't fill it themselves! So slow! I waited in the drive thru twice for 20 minutes!!!!
