Attempted to go into the store at 11:50 pm to pick up some cold medicine. Doors were locked Matthew picked up the phone when I called . I asked for the store hours he told me they close at 12 am. I said ok why are the doors locked at 11:50. He responded with well I have to do closing stuff. When questioned about his inability to follow store hours which are registered and approved via corporate his response is why are we even having this conversation and hung up. Extremely unprofessional oh he’s also apparently the manager.

New update:I still use this pharmacy. They have treated me 1000 times better than this one experience, which involved two different CVS stores. Ever since this one bad experience it has been nothing but good ones. Even when we get new pharmacists, the staff always know me right away. I never switched pharmacies, and I’m actually glad. I’m upping my review to 5 stars because this CVS has made me feel like family, and because of the convenience of being so close and having free parking for whenever I don’t feel like walking.UPDATE: While I still had a horrible experience, I do want to update this review because Erica did apologize to me, and since then she has been as helpful and friendly as can be. I do appreciate that, so I've added a star and updated my review.Never in my life have I had to deal with such incompetence and unprofessionalism!!! The “manager” Erica is EXTREMELY rude and CLEARLY has ZERO customer service training or skills. Be prepared for her to be completely unempathetic and to YELL over you. I work in the medical field and handle angry patients all day long and somehow I’m able to have 99.9% of them satisfied by the end of my call. Don’t expect anything like that here!! If you’ve been waiting 2 weeks for your medication, had it transferred back and forth between two stores, had ZERO communication from EITHER of the two, and still didn’t have your medication, you’d be upset too, right? After this script is filled, I’m switching pharmacies. I wanted to stay with this one since I can walk to it from where I live, but to hell with that convenience. It’s been the biggest headache dealing with these two absolutely incompetent CVS pharmacies!

I have been with CVS for a year or so picking up my meds. They have shorted me my pills or not had my medication in stock at all. I have had to wait a week in between refills when I have ran out because they refuse to fill my medication. The manager Steven has been condescending and rude everytime I have came in or called to work out the miscommunication. I was shorted 15 pills of a 30 day script and he accused me of taking too many or losing them. There have been no efforts to make this right. I called corporate to investigate because I believe they are intentionally not giving them to me to pocket them. This CVS is unprofessional and unserving of their customers. The pharmacy cannot do their jobs or count apparently. I would be wary of getting any medications here if you do CHECK YOUR PILLS! They have given me the wrong count the times and given my partner the wrong kind.

Ok if i could id give no stars, at first i loved the pharmacy they helped me and always had my meds now here recently past 6 months i've been having problems with them they wont fill them on due date and say i can get it on Saturday they will be open they say but its all lies thier not open and i have to wait for my meds and its their fault but will blame me somehow and make me wait even longer next time. They need better service smh

Supposedly when you work in a store like this you can talk to any of your customers however you want. Ashley has an attitude. I asked if there was more honest green tea an she says whatever is there is what we have.It came to 2.24 an the price says 2.09. She says you get that when you buy 2. Well when I payed for it it says 2.09 then she started tapping her fingers on the desk having an attitude. Unprofessional an terrible customer service 😑I even told this to a manager an she says she'll address it. I jokingly said if I work in a place like this I can talk to customers however I want to. She says ill address it. 🤔

Had my son towed because he ran across the street to use the ATM before going into CVS to shop. He had to pay $100 to get the car dropped because he left the lot for 5 minutes. Makes you wonder how much of a cut the manager is getting to allow such a shady low life practice on the property.

BEWARE THEY TOW THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. They have 2-3 tow trucks on standby. Just this morning a guy walked into the CVS to come out seeing his car towed. This CVS runs a very shady towing business. Avoid parking here at all costs.

The Phram techs there do not seem to be interested in doing their jobs. Only playing games with the customers when their refills are currently available. They have piss poor attitudes. And need to do a lot of growing up.
