Cool Ridge is one of the OG hippie shops around Morgantown. While they do have a lot of smoke supplies, a good amount of their stock is also focused on incense, tarot, and other alternative items. The owner is a super chill guy who's always friendly. While they've moved twice, I hope this new location serves them well. 💚

An awesome, cute little shop. We had a great time looking around. We were so excited to see the well-cared-for bonsai trees. The owner is super nice and friendly. Overall, a great experience. 10/10 will visit again.

This shop is hires Garbage!! If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I walked in to pick up a bit of incense and perhaps a stone. Left on the point of tears!!!! Don't get me wrong, i do understand the policy that asks for bags to be left at the counter. However as a 35 year old young professional who has not only purchased something every visit, but often bought high priced items, I don't know how I could have deserved the dressing down I received from the "gentleman" employee for not wising to relinquish my purse to an open rack of bags within a crowded store.Case in point, if these people are unable to ensure their own inventory among their customers, what would possess me to trust them with my personal effects?Having said this, no innocent patron deserves the verbal nastiness I was subjected to!!!!!I won't be returning, and would go so far as to say, I'd prefer to open my own LLC rather than spend good money on such persons. Someone should illustrate, it's possible to treat your customers with respect. It would serve them right!!!! Bottom line, don't sell metaphysical merchandise and treat those who patron such shops with the intolerance and suspicion that you chose to show me.

The owner knowingly Sells counterfeits, overprices everything, he's racist, a prime example of a *insert favorite descriptive noun here* of a human being.. do not give him your money to buy more counterfeit wares, he can resell to the community.

Stopped in earlier today to check out CBD products. Didn't realize they have such a wide array of cool products. Adam was the gentlemen working and he was super knowledgable with all the different questions I through his way. 5 star customer service, I will be returning!

Primo shop, awesome staff, low prices for heady glass art, an all around exelent experience I had.with only a few detailed questions, They found me a great piece for a super affordable price. beat out the competition's prices by a huge margin. I love the nag champa inscence and everyone had an answer for the questions that I was asking. Just for fair warning though the drinks that are supposed to get you clean and the pills too don't work my husband tried it and still failed. Pieces in the basement are awesome and some not all are reasonably priced.

Morgantown staple still going strong. Usually a decent amount of bum traffic in there though which makes it annoying sometimes. Prices are what you’d expect from a spot like this but you pay for the variety and convenience.

CoolRidge has totally been the best place in town. The prices are all according to quality. Brownies person is very rude and ignores u if u dont buy anything.. the people at coolridge are very knowledgable and really know their stuff!

Horrible prices. Complete rip off. Head to Brownies or the Smoke Shop. Better prices with better quality. I also don't have to trek into the dungeon to look at their cluttered,overpriced, limited selection.
