Really good ice cream, however I stood in line to pay for about five mins after my ice cream was made. They were not short of staff they had 3-4 people on shift just no one wanted to let me and other people pay for our food and leave. If they work on that then everything else would be fine.

I haven’t had an ice cream cake in years and decided to get one for my Son’s birthday this year and i was impressed by the one I got at Cold Stone Creamery. I was able to pick out any flavor I wanted and in fact picked out a different flavor for each lair of the cake and could have as many crushed topping mixed in all for no extra cost.The overall cost was high, but the ice cream was rich (which is a sign of quality ice cream) and both my wife and I found it to be much better tasting than any other place in town !! We ll definitely be back !!

Worker at the front had terrible customer service was awkward and seemed irritated she should learn how to smile. When I asked for the rest of my portion she told me “she didn’t think that was allowed” when I asked her to get the manager she wouldn’t and had an extreme attitude over a lil bit of ice cream that was headed to the trash. She needs new staff training I was treated as a burden rather than a paying customer. Only had this problem with one employee but she is consistently doing this every-time I go in. Will not be ordering from this employee anymore.

I ordered delivery...created my own order... half gallon of the most delicious ice cream I've ever eaten. All the ingredients tasted fresh, and perfect amount of each...Also the 1st time I've ever eaten from here. ..My only complaint is that I ordered a waffle cone but didn't receive it.

We went in with our daughter, who is allergic to tree nuts. When I placed my order I, I told them about her allergy and they were very accommodating and helpful to ensure that our ice cream was made safely for her. This was so appreciated.

The first time I had this place it was phenomenal 5 stars.The second time doesn’t deserve 1$30 for not even a quart of ice cream and it’s melted, hardly mixed, and felt as a burden to get what I wanted instead being treated like I was the first time.Same employees. I’m currently typing my review as our ice cream that was just prepared is sitting in the freezer to “harden” up. I would recommend but I wouldn’t recommend at the same time. Maybe someone can take care of things before they become a problem like they where for me and my family.

Love this place. True it can be a bit hard in the wallet. U spent over 30 bucks on me and my ex at the time. But hey so worth it lol. We got all the fixings and thanks to Uber eats and door dash. We got it brought right to us. So go ahead splurge a little. You will love it.

Hadn't been here in years and it was just as good as I remembered. The employee who made our ice cream was very patient with our kid requests and ice cream was great. I highly recommend Somewhere Over the Rain Dough. 🤩

Great ice cream flavors with tasty mix ins. I recommend if ordering for two that you get a large and have the server split it into two separate cups. that way its cheaper even if you get lots of toppings.

Cold Stone is a easy spot to get ice cream downtown Morgantown. They offer dairy-free and many traditional ice cream flavors as well as plenty of add in toppings. Also have many third party coupons for good deals. Plenty of space to sit inside and enjoy.

I'm not one who typically likes hard ice cream, but coldstone creamery takes the cake with making extremely good ice cream. There is a price premium but it is well worth it for a treat that will satisfy your sweet desires.

First time ever at a cold stone... not a positive experience. Had someone informed me this was an $$$ icecream store I would have been mentally prepared however, it's just over priced icecream and I would much rather have gelato.Service and staff were great though.

Very good ice cream but you're going to pay for. Much like the rest of the chain locations it is expensive unless you have a coupon.
