Got a new sectional, coffee table and mattress. All of the items are amazing and they give you a number for someone to deliver your items to your home if you need it. They were quick and got it in our house plus their rate was pretty reasonable considering the amount of items we ordered.

Shopped this Big Lots when we visited from Maryland. This store is so nice compared to the one's near us!! Very clean and organized. Everything was stocked. HUGE furniture selection. Awesome customer service. I wish the Big Lots in our area were this well organized!!!

Love the Polish pickles can only get them there I always get two bottles so I have them in stock. very nice staff because they were getting ready to close and they still let us in.

I love Big Lots. It may not have everything you need but the prices are usually reasonable and you can always find some cheap snacks. I go here about twice a month and always come out with a few bags. It definitely needs an upgrade to the building a public bathroom would be great but the people are always super nice and helpful.

I had dropped a glass coffee on the floor and it went everywhere. The shelf stalker in the back made me feel better and cleaned it up, in no time. I was so embarrassed but he was very nice to me made me feel like I wasn't so stupid. Thank you Roger from 246

Promised rebates or coupons for future purchases never materialized. I had purchased over 7000 dollars in furniture...foreign help line had no solution. Just lost out. Most food products at end of shelf life. Ritz crackers were dust. Nuts were like gravel. Most of the time there isn't any body avaliable to answer questions or offer help. Walmart had same salsa for same price only fresher.

While I was checking out, the cashier told me he was out of bags and I would have to purchase a reusable bag if I wanted a bag. At first I didn't think too much of this, but my daughter was checking out at the register next to me and her cashier had plenty of bags. When I contacted the manager she didn't care that her cashier was lying to me. The bag was only $1, but I don't appreciate being lied to.

Another place of wonderful excellent service. In a day and age where everything on the internet is harder to find when you want something unusual, new, and unique, you can bet that I'm going back to Big lots. I know that's kind of why they came into existence was for the purpose of unusual items, but what makes this particular Big lots stand out is the service they provided to me. I went there because WorkForce West Virginia was on their hour long lunch break and I had paperwork to drop off, meanwhile I needed a new TV stand of about 65 in which I could not find on the internet without the internet lying about the size. I came in and they got a TV stand out of the back of about that size and I really hope the young man who assisted me becomes very successful.

The staff here is always pretty helpful. I've only ever encountered one miffed employee from months back, so I think that's a pretty good record. Their prices aren't as cheap on certain products as you would think they should be, but it's still a go to spot for me and my mom, we go there probably once a week for snacks of some kind.

Again this store should have received 5, instead of 4 stars, but everything was disorganized. The employees were super helpful, were always smiling, were very knowledgeable about where everything I needed was and actually went out of their way to walk me to the aisle I needed to go. Fast checkout and above and beyond customer service!

Items priced higher than they should be. Poor management. And employee was arranging shelves and mopping the area where the line should be to check out so people are backed up oddly and some people were still going the correct way because it wasn’t blocked off and cutting everyone. The manager came up to the front looked around and left and didn’t do anything. Won’t return

LOVE big lots, one of the best places, if not the best, to come across amazing uncommon stuff for CHEAP. I've gotten black garlic, manuka honey, t shirts, lamps.. it's not usually super busy so you're not going to keep running into people in the aisles..It's easy to maintain social distance

Great Big Lots! There are generally some good bargains here. You have to price compare now and then, but overall good deals. This is usually my first stop for furniture and whatnot. Today I picked up the mattress set I paid for and ordered a week or so ago. The staff were awesome - from the time I paid for the mattress set, to the time they called me to let me know it arrived, right up to today when they helped me load everything on my vehicle. Thanks, Jared, Roger and the "Tall" guy (sorry, didn't catch your name). See you All next time!

Friendly staff. Recently changed layout of store and added clothing so it took me a tad bit longer to find my items. Cart pickup/return due to covid restrictions not totally clear and i saw noone sanitizing the carts ppl were just dropping off. Saw noone counting customers either.

Shout out to Karen and Chris! My wife and I came in looking for a very specific table, both Karen and Chris helped us find what we were looking for and then let us take the table right then and there. It was great to have such a fast and easy time getting a table, especially after moving across the country and not having anything.

There are some good bargains in store but you need to search for them. Store is not laid out well for new customers to find items. Service people are nice but few in number. I go there for specific items only.

This is a big store with a wide selection of items for sale, including a furniature showroom. This used to be a store that you could get a deal at but prices have really gone up over the years. They have basic food items including some frozen stuff, sweepers, small appliances, basic tools, light bulbs, holiday decorations, outdoor lighting and furniture, laundry, and some basic electronics. There is something for everyone here.
