I drive 120 mile round trip 5 days/week for work and have to fill my gas tank every other day and this gas station is right on my route. I will stop using this place for gas. Every single pump keypad needs serviced meaning I have to walk inside and give them an amount over what I expect to be charged on my card just so I can get gas. None of the pumps will accept my debit card or credit card. Embarrassing that a company this large will not upgrade their keypads, even when it is required for gas payment at the pump.

Staff is really friendly. The store is very very dirty. Large amount of bugs in the lights. Went to use the bath room. Looks an smells like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. I do not recommend using the rest room here. Floors are sticky an Coffee is cold. There's a sheetz up the road I strongly recommend using restrooms at sheetz. It's hard to believe little Caesar's is still in this building.

The worst public restroom in Morgantown! Thank goodness I had a mask on as that probably saved me from passing out with the stench/filth. BFS management, please take a cue from your competitors in the area ... specifically Sheetz. You can learn from then how to manage your disorganized store!

Hi again! Bfs in Morgantown below hobby lobby isnt enforcing masks with its employees. Right from the offender as he got more irritated and began pacing back and forth. " my manager will back me all the way, you want my name! "Honey I won't be talking to your manager I'll be calling corporate. I sat in the store and watched your remove your mask while talking to an unmasked customer (right in front of a sign saying to have to be wearing one to recive service 🤣), I watched you walk over and spew your nasty spit all over the cigs and stuff while talking to her. And not only that, when I chose to ignore you and not start anything you got confrontational and tried to start stuff . Your boss might not care, but I bet their boss will care that they dont. As well as care about your behaviour

Slow pump 3 and broken hold open latch. Fails at most basic gas station needs... The reason why I stopped

Worst place ever, employees are very rud, no manners, very disrespectful, also they are very racist. They do not pay attention to customers and after they made mistakes they have the guts to yield us. The employee even advised me to never come back. LOL if it this was the only gas station in the world.

Worst cashier I've ever dealt with dude tells me to go to the sheetz down the hill right off the bat then was just rude. Used to go here twice a day but looks like I'll just go to sheetz
