Immediately greeted when I walked in to pick up a new laptop. I showed the young gentleman what I was thinking of getting and he shared some additional info. He was friendly and easy going. He quickly grab my laptop and helped find a case to fit, checked me out, and I was on my way. Easiest $1500 I've ever spent.

Had to get a remote starter for my grandma installed. They said my parts were fine to use until I arrived at the location, took a month to get me scheduled and then once I get there the technician says he can’t do the job because he’s “behind” on another car, terrible location, go somewhere else if you need your vehicle worked on. Technician's name is Danny, Danny find a new job loser.

Staff is helpful up to a point of getting you to the thing you are looking for. Assume you know the store and point and hope. Has many items often missing so can shop locally without website games. Understand the Locke behind products up to a point, but missing cards to get item quickly to alleviate that issue so have to wait more than needed.

I can not believe this place. My son irresponsibly forgot something in the store. I am about 2 hours away, and there is no way to get in contact with the store itself. That really shows you how much they care about their customers.. I just went and spend over 1000 dollars and can’t even talk to someone at the store to see if a 2 hour trip for a Christmas elf pet that my son adored. I will never in my life support a company again that has no way to have actual contact with the stores. They do not care about quality at all.

Went looking for a radar detector.... They have 1, only 1 in stock they don't seem to be inclined to stock any others in the store. When I asked about it I was directed to the website, to which I'm the forced to wonder why bother with a physical store if you are just going to direct me to a Web site. If it were just one item ok but this was the case for several items I had hoped to get on this trip into town.Left empty handed but found what I needed elsewhere.Otherwise: store was clean, employees helpful if hard to locate in some departments (so typical best buy fair.)Deducted 2 stars for inconvenience and improperly advertising something as available when they don't actually stock the physical item much of the time.

Had to wait a solid 30 mins to pick up an online order. The entire point of doing an online order in advance is to grab what you need quickly. They don’t seem to understand that some people are on a schedule and don’t have time for one little old iPad to be put in a box…

Ordered apple car play and scheduled an appointment. Then I come to my appointment and they say they can’t do it because the people at the front messed it up. Now have to wait another month after already waiting for a month in order for to get my car play installed. Stupid

Bought a radio online, tried to call to set up an appointment, you can't do that. If you call you get thier home office call center. Not only did the call center not make an appointment they placed my call back from a store in Gainesville Florida. I had to go to store to set up an appointment, tech was supposed to call to make sure he installed radio, ne never did. I showed up at my appointment next day after driving 45 minutes to get there. Tech refused to install radio as he deemed it as cheap chinese junk after doing nothing more than opening box and not even looking at the radio i had purchased. However if I bought the Chinese junk radios he was selling he would install one. After insulting my purchase had the audacity to give me his card if I knew anyone that needed anything installed. Long story short it took me an hour to install radio and back up camera. Tech here is totally incompetent I wouldn't recommend you to get anything done here. If they had done the same installation I did myself it would have been over 300. It's sad the tech who does this for a living couldn't do his job .

Great customer service, several people asked if we needed help. Looked around at first. Several items on display from phones, watches, tables, computers, refrigerator, washers, dryers, ovens, headphones, etc. We came in to look at Lenovo tablet. They only had an open box in stock. But, it was still new. We found what we wanted and we're happy with our visit. Update made a return on hoverboard that would not charge. It was very easy to exchange!

Lots of parking and very friendly greeting at the front. There was initial intent to help us out. Some associates, about three at once, came over and gave us some help. They left us alone shortly after, we were only buying a printer. But if I were a person with less tech knowledge I would have felt abandoned. As I was walking out a cell phone associate grabbed us and offered us some help. Very friendly folks.

Could not be more grateful to the cell phone team. They were knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated in helping my father replace his phone. They were very focused on making sure that they did all they could to help him as his phone was on life support when he arrived. They got everything they could from his phone and he is incredibly grateful to have a new phone that has everything he needed off his old one. Thank you!

Went shopping and picked a tv that was within my price range. Started to check out and they said it was much more than the price that was posted and wouldn't sell it for that price. Had to go back and pick out a different one of lesser quality. Total frustration. This one better last a long long time.

Pre-ordered the new Mamba Forever edition of NBA2K21 through Best Buy in Morgantown WV and hafta say I'm happy all around! Had the game ready for me at customer service and in my hands within minutes of entering the building. Also got some work on my laptop from the Geek Squad and all at a low price, can't beat it!

They have everything you could ever need but trying to get help for any questions is something that needs work. No reason why a customer should have to walk around to find someone to answer questions or help in any way. Then at checkout the cashier couldn't get me out of the line any faster. They were more concerned about their phone and the younger people in line. Couldn't bother to answer my questions or even smile. I always say have a great day and thank you and I get a nose in the air. Would be a five star if they improve customer service and better cashier's.

Staff is always helpful and very respectful. People that work in their assigned departments are very knowledgeable when you ask any questions, and if they don’t know the answer they will find the answer for you.

The place is clean and well staffed. Having said that, the staff that are here, are ignoring customers, purposefully going out of their way to ignore customers. The one man at customer service had a line waiting, while 4 others between the entry exit doors stood and BS'd the entire time.

Waited almost 30 minutes at the phone service area. Saw 3 employees look at us and walked away, 1 employee said she would contact someone to come help me then disappeared.The employee that "helped" us had no idea what she was doingWent to check out, another girl standing at the "CHECK OUT" area said i can't help you here and walked away.Waited another 5 minutes for another employee who was standing around doing nothing to eventually walk over and help..Very unprofessional. We saw 1 employee "male" actually working and taking his job seriously!.Management needs a complete overhaul if this is how the store is ran. Very poor service.

Customer service was excellent, and under so much pressure on Black Friday!! Kudos to Natasha and Joannie! You two never buckled, never flinched, and held that respect for all. Elsewhere in the store, associates were dodging customers questions and were nowhere to be found when help was needed to load an item or when customer service needed them!!I will return cause they really do have a great selection of electronics and fair pricing!

I was greeted at the front door and helped to find a laptop that works for me extremely quickly. I expected to spend a decent amount of time there, but it ended up being fast, easy, and painless. Added bonus, the laptop is gorgeous and high quality... much better than the one I bought online from a different company.

Had a remote car starter installed here. Placed the order & made the apt online (be sure to check that your vehicle and all the add ons are correct/ each vehicle may need specific extra parts.) Arrived around 1:15, was done by 4:45. The apts were about an hour behind, so I’d recommend doing this on your day off. The average install is a few hours and will require some patience on your end. The Auto Tech Ashly was very knowledgeable and kind and did her best to speed along the process, providing updates throughout. The starter works well even from a good distance. Would recommend this service!

I recently bought a phone at this location. Dan and Michael went above and beyond in offering awesome customer support. Dan spent a great deal of time researching that the phone I was interested in had the features I wanted. He explained and answered all my questions in an easy to understand manner. Michael transferred the data from my old phone to my new one because it was not going seamlessly for me. Without his help, I would probably still not be able to use my new phone. Thank you Dan and Michael.

I only gave one star because I didn't have the option of no star. Live and hour away made and appointment to have my daughters phone fixed. Hour an a half later my mom calls me n says there is a 24 hour hold on her phone i said I'm calling them. The tech said that Apple had put a hold on her phone n the phone hasn't been fixed yet after playing phone tag with best buy n apple, apple was completely lost and was very apologetic for how we had been treated. If I call and make an appointment and give you all info needed on the phone than they should have had everything verified b4 the appointment. If I can I will avoid never going back. Not to mention not sure y she needed to change my daughter apple ID and password just to turn her phone off 😑
