This is not a store this is like an outdoor adventure city or something. It was massive We got some fishing gear Roamed the store, it was the first time in a Bass pro shop. Loved all the decor and of course the fish tank. Would love a pontoon boat! They just stack boats from the ceiling.

Very clean and spacious store with a huge variety of equipment including clothing. Nice facilities and nice associates. They sell very good named brands. We visited during Christmas time and they had a Santa and free pictures. It’s just a very nice family oriented store. There’s also a huge fish aquarium!

Visited yesterday while out of state. Awesome store! Similar to Cabelas. The kids Loved it!! Great selection of hunting, camping, archery, firearms, clothing, gifts, and so much more!! Staff is very helpful. Be prepared to spend a couple hours to see everything. Don't forget to get your hat!!! 5.99 each

The service shop is amazing Justin went out of his way to assist. They make you feel as your the most important person there. I don’t mind paying for service when you get it. I wouldn’t take my boat anywhere else. Thanks guys for everything

Were surprised to find this location! Didn't even realize they built one. Husband was happy. Kids were entertained by displays of the animals and fish tank for long enough for him to do his shopping. I call that a win. Haha

On 2/06/2024 Order a 9.9 pro kicker efi from them allen garlow was very nice and helpful with my order.on 2/13/2024 i got a phone call telling me my motor was in. Dean chen took me to the shop where Justin pescetto showed me how it works and that it ran.i would like to say thanks to a great bunch of guys.

Do not buy a boat from them if you are a PA resident. They botched my registration forcing me to correct their error. I was forced to contact the SW law enforcement division of pa fash and boat to try to get the problem solved. BPS..this is 2024..why would you submit a HANDWRITTEN document almost a month after the transaction to secure the title and registration..with the wrong fees calculated only to have it rejected 10 days after submission and then ignoring it when it was brought to your attention?

Originally gave them 4 stars because of the work pants situation below but I am updating to 5 stars. Still disappointed on the pants but very excited to say that they have the best changing room experience out of every bathroom my baby and I have visited. They have the changing room in the bathroom by the entrance and its really nice, the area is large if you have a stroller, the changing table is tall so I don't have to slouch but the best part is they put a sink in there right by the changing table! I have never seen that before, thank you outdoor world you have done your research and gave mama's a wonderful place to change a baby !----------------------------------------------------------------This is a big store. Really cool fish tank, you could get lost in here for hours.Had lots of selection for anything you could be looking for except women's work clothes. They had the smallest end cap available, no plus sizes or different lengths of pants. Really thought out of all the places, they would have them.

First time boat buyers here. Had a few bumps along the way getting our boat. But, Casey, John, Joe and Allen all worked hard to get our boat ready for us to enjoy some summer time with it. We finally picked it up yesterday and put it in the water. 1 hour in and the motor shut off and wouldn’t start. We were stranded with 3 kids and had to get towed back into shore. We brought the boat back down first thing the next morning and it went straight into the shop. Everyone, Joe especially, worked very hard to get us a brand new motor, since ours was shot, and put on so we could take it back home the same day. 6 hours later, after numerous calls and all the hard work from the guys in the service department, we are traveling back home with a brand new motor. They also fixed some felt that had ripped on our trailer and gave us a $100 gift card to spend in the store while we waited patiently all day. The customer service from Joe and his team was phenomenal. We were given step by step details of the process and they all went above and beyond to do everything possible for us to leave the same day with our boat. I would highly recommend dealing with Joe the manager, John the financial advisor and Casey and Allen the sales guys for all your boat needs. Two VERY happy customers!

Whoa this place is massive. I mean out of control two floor Walmart of outdoors huge. Went on a Saturday night and you had to circle the lot to find a place to park. They could probably charge admission and people would pay. Inside, it’s like a giant outdoor theme park gift shop. With guns and crossbows. I suggest you caffeinate and nourish yourself before you attempt a visit.

I recently purchased an outboard motor. It looked fine on the outside but once I got it home and took the cover off I discovered a gash on the back of the motor. I thought this was supposed to be a brand new motor? The store refused to refund my money or to even exchange it for a different one. I am not happy about paying full price on a product which immediately needed repaired and since I did not see the motor in a box, I’m left wondering if this was even a new motor at all. Their service department refuses to even give me any sort of timeline when I can expect my motor back. “The part is ordered” is the only response I get.Be leery about purchasing from here, you may be getting a used or damaged item. Outboarddirect.com has these motors in stock and has free shipping. I know some satisfied customers of theirs, I’d order from them if I could do it over again.Update: they still refuse to refund my money even after the manufacturer contacted them and informed them and I that they aren’t honoring their own return policy. Horrible buying experience.
