Gino's is a staple in our area. As for the food, it really is a hit or miss kind of deal. Some locations do an excellent job preparing the food while others forget to do the small things such as putting the garlic butter on top of the calzone (which is a big deal flavor wise). We will continue to go there. The pubwich is pretty good and very popular. They offer a deal on Tuesday, which is a BOGO deal. Also sign up for the rewards points to earn free food.

Don't get your hopes up. Customer service is okay at best. Food is okay. Pizza hut is better, has better customer service and is cleaner. Normally when I order Ginos for my family it's take out and when we go to the window to pick it up, there is almost always someone on their cell phone in the kitchen handling food at the same time.

Was a regular whenever I lived in the area - the pizza was always FANTASTIC. Service was always pretty quick, and the staff was always friendly. Whenever I drive through, rare as it may be, I try to make a point to stop by and grab a pizza on my way to wherever I'm going.

I miss this awesome pizza place! Miss the Stromboli‘s! I more or less grew up on the Jersey shore(Spent a lot of time there during the summers) & put this up against a lot of places on the south Jersey shore(Wildwood NJ) Very fair prices and a lot of food for your money spent 😀 I got to go here a couple of times when visiting my ex’s family ❤️ That 3.8 rating is way to low!

Pizza was awesome! I came all the way from columbus Ohio and wanted some pizza. So I stop and ordered from there. The employees were friendly and patient. I recommend anyone to go to gino's. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS

Ordered two pizzas for thier 2 for tuesday special. Checked the first pizza before I left the store and everything seemed to be fine. Got home and opened the second pizza that had been unopened since I had left the store only to find a large winged bug pressed flat and partially stuck to the pizza. It was clearly made into the pizza. I called the store and explained the situation. The first person answered and gave me to the manager. There was no apology made. No refund offered, or credit for another pizza offered (not that I would ever consider eating there again). I was told to drive the pizza back to them and they would decide if anything could be done. Done with this Gino's for good I recommend you think twice before eatting here.

Last 4 orders haven't been correct even though you repeat the same info over and over again. Really incompetent. Apparently unable to read or write, I guess. No communication???? However, we don't have a choice of delivery options in our area. Daggone shame. Agree with other posts that the food is burnt or under cooked plus the ingredients are wrong.

Love their pizza but the last time I was there, there were very odd people working there. It was disorganized and slow. The workers were goofing around and the manager was yelling at everyone. I felt like walking out but I was in a group.

This is the second time I have eaten from here and I will never eat here again. The first time we called in an order and it was awful. Pubwichs had no meat or cheese. I came from oak hill for a doctor appt. And stopped in for lunch. Fayetteville Gino is excellent. I wanted a Sicilian sub, told they had no bread. How do you have no bread? Next time I'll eat Mexican

Gino's in Montgomery has Always been one of the Best franchises in the State!! Along with Ansted and Guakey Bridge!!!!!!! Malden is another good one as well!!! I think most are TRULY Great!!! Malden, Montgomery, Gauley And Cross Lanes are TRULY the Best!!!!!!! 💯💯💯💯💞💓👍

We ordered our food in montgomery wv and was told to be there in 45 minutes, we got there in 50 minutes. We waited in the drive thru for another 15 minutes and was told there it was going to be another 15, I asked why so long for 2 spaghetti and was told they only had 4 people and I told them to cancel my order, because waiting this long was unacceptable.

My Grandson is absolutely CRAZY about Gino's pizza. While @ WVITmany years ago my friend's and I indulged pizza several times a week. Brain food for the soul. Those good times I share with my grandchildren and they certainly love Gino's Pizza to this very day.

Worse place ever! They can’t get your order right then they overcharge you for stuff they can’t get right. They wouldn’t refund my money so I promise I’ll not go back. Choose a different Gino’s if you want good food!!

Gino's food is great when it is made right and this visit it was made absolutely GREAT I mean i have ate at at several different locations over the years and this was by far the best I've had you couldn't ask for better give them a try you wont regret it.

Awesome pizza! It's a small shop, so you might have to wait a bit, but it's soooo worth it. This Ginos takes pride in the food it turns out. Yum, yum, yum. 🤩🤗😍

Make sure to specify the way to have your food cooked, well done etc. Otherwise you're going to have to go through a drive thru or home to cook.
