I'm very pleased with this vet office. My puppy had parvo. I didn't understand what it was. She was in terrible shape. They were very comforting, very polite. They educated me on the illness and they immediately took action to save my dog's life. Within 2 days she responded to treatment and they are ready to send her home. I won't take my animals anywhere else. If you need a good hometown family vet for your fur babies, I highly recommend!

This place has saved my little Brandy’s life twice. They always take really good care of her. They are her regular vet. They really care about her health and wellbeing. We just had an emergency situation and they called me right away, before they even opened, and told me to get her there. They earned five stars from me!!

Polite staff, affordable, and they don't treat my pitties weird like some other vet offices.. they actually care about our fur babies instead of the money. Their facility is clean and homely. I recommend them to anyone and will continue to do so.

When people love animals it makes a big difference in the care they give your pets. These people love animals. I have a Siberian Husky and everyone knows Huskys are drama queens. My Husky is the best judge and she loved them.

Absolutely heartless people. Our dog was dying from cancer and needed to be put down because he was suffering. We live less than 5 minutes away and they were open for another 30 minutes yet they refused to help us simply put him down. The front desk told my wife that she could transfer her to the doctor but he “wouldn’t be very nice about it.” We had to rush him to Charleston but he passed a few minutes away from the vet. Our dog suffered because of their selfishness. If you want a vet that cares about animals look elsewhere.

super friendly n super helpful sits down n takes their time with u explaining everything n they get your pet in super fast id recommend this place 100percent n will even work with you on bill n there so good with the animals i thought when i would take my cat it would be a nightmare he would be upset n stuff he was calm never hissed or anything ty mineral wells vet for being so awesome

Friendly staff. They took their time and did a thorough exam of my furbaby & gave her medicine that is healing her up good as new. She's been on antibiotics 2 days and the redness & swelling are going away.

I recently moved back to the area and had not taken my dog to the vet yet. He was having seizures and in pain. I chose them because it is where my dad took his dogs. Long story short, they took him in and treated us as if we had always been patients. No wait time at all. Great people!

Oversold us on products, attempted to go back and return unopened flea collar and canned food a few hours after leaving and they refused to reason with me or honor a refund. All my dogs results came back negative, after a $600 bill I’m not sure what we’re even treating at this point.

Awful experience. I took my 14 year old chiuahua last spring for a rabies shot, nail trim, and excessive thirst and urination. She was not treated gently. Her nails were bleeding from being cut too short. I' ve never heard her scream like she did that day. A urine sample was collected. She was diagnosed with demenia! Come to find out she had a urinary tract infection and renal failure. I was qouted $80 and charged $150. DO NOT take your pets here unless you're ready to bury them.

The events are great they look after your animal like it's thirst they communicate to you if something is wrong and not sugarcoat it straightforward answers respectful just a great place all around I'd recommend it for anybody I wouldn't want to take my animals anywhere else

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Elliot and the rest of the staff I met. My dog is towards the end of her life and all My questions and problems were addressed in both the most compassionate and professional way. I have had multiple vets that I've dealt with, over the years. Some were great and some weren't, but Mineral Wells Vet Clinic, was absolutely outstanding. I truly am thankful, from the bottom of My 💙, to know My furbaby will be receiving excellent care, up until she crosses that rainbow bridge. Thank you! (Update) The staff and Dr Elliot, continue to be amazing. I've never felt such professional compassion.

They are great doctors there. Wonderful nurses. Would not take my animal anywhere but there the experience with mineral Wells they were great the outcome to my animal wasn't so good. But they did everything they could and I appreciate everything they did there. If you got a pet and you want it well taken care of I suggest taking it to mineral Wells vet clinic
