Headed to Florida from Ohio for a family vacation and got a flat tire in a rental with no spare. Called Mineral Wells and Linda directed us to an amazing towing company-Pifer’s, who arrived within 15 minutes. Linda fit us in 1st thing when we arrived at the shop, put a new tire on for us and we were back on the road within 30min of arriving. Excellent customer service! Thank you Mineral Wells and Linda!! Highly recommend!

Linda's is the best place to get tires in this area. I love to price compare to save money.. I had a couple other places tell me they couldn't beat her prices even with coupons and etc. So this is where my family gets their tires. I stick by this in 2022! Best place to get Tires. Had a slow leak and they fixed it yesterday. They are always there for me.

I have been there twice now to drop off new tires they ordered and both times I walk inside to get my paperwork signed and the lady is always very rude like it's the end of the world because she has to sign a papers hopefully I will never have to go in their again.

Mahone's USED to be my go to place. Until today... And let me tell you why! Not only were the tires I wanted $50 cheaper a piece, they fixed my constant problem of all my tires losing air slowly for over a year! So they saved me $200 and fixed a problem that Mahone's couldn't figure out after 3 visits asking why new tires were slowly going flat. Also I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Linda and crew! You have a new customer for LIFE! 5 STARS!!

Another tire place in Parkersburg had “fixed” my tire and took my money. Still wasn’t driving correctly still a month later! Took it to Mineral wells Tire because she was recommended to me by a customer and they got the problem fixed!!! Thank you soooo much!! I will be back again AND again!!! Employees aren’t drugged out of their minds like other places and can hold a conversation!!! Best place ever!!! A++++

Terrible customer service! Took fairly new car to get new tires put on for the first time and they scratched all 4 rims by their machine and or tools. Won't agree to accommodate their mistake. Will not go back and I know several that are with me!
