The associates that work at the dollar store and Benwood and McMackin are very friendly and helpful. The only issue I have is the shelves are a mess and the aisles always have stuff laying on the floor as if it just got raided and it makes it difficult to maneuver carts through the aisles.

A lot better than they use to be. The store use to be flooded with stocking carts and shopping carts full of stock. It's not been like that lately. Quick checkout and always seem to have what I need. Don't let the name fool you. It's a store for convenience not for cheaper prices. However they do have a digital coupon program that is easy to use.

No room in the isles,if your elderly,or use a walker 8r hoover ROUND forget about shopping here !! Sometimes even using a cane is impossible. When it first opened it was clean,safe and handicapped agreeable,but it has gone to the Dogs !! Employees are rude,not helpful at all.

Love shopping here for the deals but the woman who works there with the long dark hair older lady probably late 40 s is so rude. Makes shopping uneasy. She awalys talking about the customers to the other co workers not in a nice way either. I'm disable n have a bad leg n I heard her talking about me one day. But other employees r super nice. Takes one bad person to ruin the good experience.. She the only bad thing about this place

These stores surprise me at times, there is a decent chance they have what you need , if you're too far away from a big store chain. I needed a cassette adapter for my junker to play mp3s on my old school Delco on the road, and they had one, it might not be the best brand but worked just fine so, thank you General!

Overworked and understaffed and employees. General managers that don't know their own you know what from a hole in the ground. If they would come in and try to work what they expect out of their minimum wage employees maybe things would change. Nothing stocked. Shelves are always empty and products are never where they're supposed to be or priced correctly. And theft runs rampant!

I love Dollar GENERAL. I mostly go to the one in Benwood, WV. It is well organized and prices are great! Great bargains on household supplies. Check Dollar General out first before you buy! More like you will find what you are looking for at Dollar General.

Dollar General is my little krogers in Benwood. I just wish it had a meat and vegetable area. There is nothing between Moundsville and national road for people to go to. I am happy that we do have this store to get the basics.

Great store, great employees, only one lady always checks everyone of bills to see if it's real, but I don't see her do it to white customers. Now this looks like racism, because I'm black she is making sure my bills are all real.

It is right off of route 2 in McMechen. It was nice when they put this store in cause it gave the residents more then just one choice of stores that were close . Especially for those who don't have a vehicle.

You always have to walk around the stock that they leave in the middle of the floor and getting a cashier takes forever. Then the cashier has an attitude like you interrupted their work day. SMH.
