Small store, but has a lot for it's size.. My go to shopping.. I have a Food lion about a mile from where I live, but will travel up rt 45 to go here.. people that work there are super nice.. Bakery is really good..Other customers there are generally nice and good local people..The staff here will always go out of their way to help you.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They have a cashier if you want full service and a self checkout with friendly people around to help and answer questions. Great service and good sales on meats and Weis items. They also source as much produce and meat locally as possible. I love that about this store.

Bought hamburger tonight the outside was fine but when I looked in the center it was rotten meat a grayish brown color smells horrible looked like they have a pile of rotten meat with a thin layer of good meat coverings the bad ive only shopped for meat 2 times at this store and each time the same outcome rotten spoiled meat wrapped in decent looking meat.. another 15$ down the drain and empty stomachs

Called to speak to a manager and the lady that answered the phone at the help desk cut me off before I could even tell her why I was calling and snapped at me. Was very rude and hateful. I would fire her

The prices here are EXTREMELY HIGH!! Literally EVERY other grocery store's prices are cheaper. However, my reason for a full set of stars is your star employee, Alex. That young man is respectful, knowledgeable, hard working, and seems to WANT to be at work. If every business had employees like him,there would never be any disgruntled customers or negative complaints. Thank you, Alex, tall kid with the blond hair and blue eyes that said he usually brings carts in but worked register today, for working the register today because you absolutely made my day!

If it matters to you how a business treats their employees, I suggest you shop elsewhere. Management has a horrible process for employee work schedules; and sometimes will cut hours at last minute or not follow through with promises of cross training.

Since their remodel, the store has taken away the personal touch. Limited amount of gas points a person can use and chose one of the most unsafe areas to use gas points. (Other than new store). They also made most of the checkouts self-checkout, leaving only one clerk check-out. During my visits, the staff usually standing around in groups chatting while customers have issues at checkout. I see managers doing more work than clerks.

It was my favorite place to shop but now with the quarter for the cart thing I find it difficult to go there. I rarely if ever have change on me or cash at all to be honest and most of the month I'm broke. I use a card to shop and that don't pay for a cart to use. It's just dumb in my opinion bc everything is electronic these days. Just blows my mind.

Always the most friendly and well-mannered employees. It's very refreshing! ;)I always leave this store feeling pleasantly surprised!!Unfortunately, I don't feel this happens enough in our lives. ;(I also appreciate the clean store!!!!! This hasn't always been their best quality.Although I am referring to over 8 to 10years ago.Since then I noticed the new upkeep and more cleaning up!!

This location gets worse and worse by the day. I Boycott this location for personal use for prescription and groceries long ago because of the behavior of the staff. I still shop DoorDash unfortunately. This pathetic store has stooped to the lowest level scumbag trash and now want you to pay them to use a shopping cart.

This store started out wonderful. The quality of product hasn't changed but the service has horribly changed. I don't mind the prices when the experience and quality are worth it BUT..the moment your self check out took over cashier option you became simply a high priced Walmart. I watched 3 customers leave buggies full of food and walk out. Only 1 cashier that was placed directly in front of management teams desk. Line went deep into isle and nothing was done. Even staff responses to loud complaints were simply fill out the survey. We are well aware it isn't the staff responsible but cooperate decisions. So until you make better management decisions we will support stores that value customers and employees. Not this location clearly.

The building is a little older. But considering that, i would consider it one of the better grocery stores in the Martinsburg area. That said, the selection is somewhat limited given the some of the items prices they charge (but i believe that is set by corporate)for their products & inventory is lesser than some stores due to being an older building and smaller. Still one of the better picks of store in the area. Keeps produce and meats fresh and store clean. Would definitely recommend this store of others in the Martinsburg area

I usually love this store. 6 months ago I loved all the associates and the food but lately the staff had changed and they don't care aboult their jobs. It took me 25 minutes after I got in line for 3 things. The only bonus is the young man that helps you but the bags in your car. I also don't care about your 10 minute smoke breaks

The store itself is fine, the self check out system is the most awful thing I have ever experienced. I prefer self checkouts but Weis systems are stupid. Telling me to bag items I have already bagged, telling me to remove items I have already scanned from bagging area, and the system requiring assistance from an employee simply because I removed a full bag from the bagging area to put it in my cart because I was out of room. By the time I was done I had a headache from dealing with this faulty equipment. Fix it.

So disappointing that I ended up returning the cart without purchasing a thing. The selection is very poor and the ability to get good quality also poor. Don't even think of trying to buy seafood here.The only good side was friendly staff including bag-helpers outside.

I used to love this store and shop there all the time. But years ago we were in the store at the bakery. My child wanted a donut so I went to get her one. I decided not to, they were dried out and gross but that wasn't the worst part. A ROACH ran across one of the trays. I got the manager to tell them so no other unsuspecting customers got a roach donut. However how he handled it RUINED Weis Market for me. He told me it was ok. Took that tray away even though I told him it scurried in the case and tried to insist we get a donut out of the case! I kept telling him he needed to remove all the food from the case. He insisted no it was fine that it probably came from the back which made it worse. Granted this was years ago I think 2016 or 2017. So I hope they have cleaner and better regulations. But I still can't shop there especially for anything not sealed.

I haven't had a shopping experience as pleasant as I did tonight ANYWHERE in a long, long time. The cashier was VERY helpful and friendly and it felt genuine. She didn't give me the "I'm only smiling because my boss says I have to" feeling that I almost always get elsewhere. The store was quiet, clean, and well stocked. Overall, it was impressive enough that I felt the need to leave a review. I will definitely be shopping here more often.

Love their chicken when it's fresh as well as their sushi. Some times they have good deals on meat as well. Unfortunately when you see a label that says something is on sell then it rings up different. This happens to me every time then they have the nerve to get upset when you complain. I definitely will be going to Walmart from now on. Please guys make sure to check your receipts.

I mostly use customer service to pay my electric bill which is very convenient I don't have to worry about it and I like to know that it's paid and there's no mistakes especially Diamond she is just a wonderful person too get it when you come to customer service. She's always polite always smiling that's what you need in a customer service person I myself work with the public and a smile goes a long way to the people that you're dealing with

It's nice to see Weis is complying with the covid rules. Always been and still is a very convenient and friendly place to shop. It's our go to place for the essentials and comfort food. The store went through a modernization uplift and its seems bigger and brighter. It's very convenient.

After many visits with decent service our last and it will be our last visit, service was terrible. Also for older folks having NO CARTS available for use takes this rating down another star. This company is another fine example of non local business people doing their best to change the scene in this County. But as always , Money talks!! I will drive an extra 20 miles to avoid a RUTTERS, I recommend that you all do the same.
