Great experience. I visited the store to look at a Tarter Elite Dog Kennel. These are really good and I wanted another. Manager Jamie was very helpful and reminded me about the Neighbor's Club membership which gave me free same day shipping to Winchester!

Give me Southern States anyday! Better prices and helpful employees.Bought horse weight booster and a bag of calf mana here yesterday.Asked the cashier to bag my items and she act like doing it was a insult and basically tossed my items at me causing the bag to rip.I gave this TSC another chance since they supposedly price match TSC the manager had an attitude and wouldn't price match any item.Please support your local feed stores or if convenient Rural King in Front Royal VA.

Most employees are nice and helpful. But my friend was trying to buy a light they had on display and thought the empty box on the shelf was for the light but the lady asked us to leave the store so when I went to buy for the hat I picked up the lady I'm guessing manager had the empty box at the register and was given us a dirty look and I said the box was already empty before we got there we thought the display light went in that box she told me the display wasn't for sale so I guess she thought we stole the one that was in the box and then trying to steal the display I then told the hag she was very rude and crazier than hell and could check my purse if she thought we stole it plus there's no way it could have fit in my purse. Other than that I like the store

❤️❤️❤️ this place and the people in it!!! I am literally in a Tractor Supply more than Walmart anymore. Not always this location but wherever my day takes me I seem to find myself in a Tractor Supply. Every store is the same. The staff is always helpful and pleasant. I love that they r so patient with my father in law too. Seriously great place.

I placed an online order for dog food and had it shipped to my local store for pick up. When I arrived, I had multiple employees ask if I have been helped (which I had). The employee was in the back retrieving my order but for some reason there was an error and my order wasn't actually at the store yet. Another employee, I'm assuming was a manager of some sort, was very quick to resolve the issue for me. It was nice to see the customer service that was provided by the employees. Although there was an issue with my order, I will still order from them since the problem was resolved in a reasonable manner.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. Online showed 33 different different options of seed IN STOCK at local Martinsburg store. Drove to store only to find 1 ripped bag of seed on the shelf. Nothing else except for bare shelves. Asked store employee if there was anymore seed and he didn’t have a clue. Asked other employee and she stated that was the only thing they had. I then advised them they may want to update their website to reflect the current status of items and she said “yeah that don’t work”.

I love this place. Most places I go it's hard to get help from the employees or they just aren't knowledgeable. At Tractor Supply , that is not an issue. The staff here is very knowledgeable and they are always happy to help you find just what you're looking for. They always seem to know exactly where everything is. You don't get that kind of service at other stores around here. It took me 5 minutes to walk in and buy kerosene here after it took me 30 minutes,5 different employees, and ending up with the wrong thing at another store. And the staff at tractor supply seemed to know everything about what I was buying including pros and cons. They have my business from here on out.

Excellent inventory. This store is well stocked and carries everything you may need for farm and home. Excellent selection of work boots and attire. Check those clearance shelves too, sometimes you find what need for that task you have been putting off.Tractor supply is always a good stop!!

Martinsburg Tractor Supply was great! I called ahead to confirm my backpack blower was there and they honored a sale price rain check from memorial day weekend. Had it waiting for me at the register. I love this place!

The staff is awesome. Always friendly and quick to ask if you need help. We have 3 cats and buy pine pellets for their litter boxes 2xs a month.

1) Visited for work clothes. Supply wasn't very good. Didn't buy anything.2)Tractor Supply usually has a better selection.3) My daughter found a ladies, brown work coat and overalls that are quite warm. They had lots of pockets and she thinks they're great. It's difficult for her to find these items any where else.

Great people, specially Paul Gould. I had my first drop there but once I opened the door it was clear that the products were not arranged as per drop schedule. Paul took initiative removed all from the trailer, picked up his product and arranged rest of them as per my drop schedule. he could have easily rejected to offload but decided to help me out of the situation. Thank you Paul.

Went in today to find ABSOLUTELY no carts available. They were scattered around the parking lot. 5 store employees were having social hour at the registers ignoring customers. We left and went elsewhere to spend our money

Refused to get items they had 3 tons of in plain sight. Never have in stock what they claim! Poor attitudes from entire store! Hagerstown is FAR BETTER! JUST A LAZY BUNCH IN THIS STORE!

Great place but poor customer service. Tgey spend more time on the phone helping than the ones in the store. One time I waited 20 minutes because only that department supposedly could answer my question. I had one question that ended up with a we don't have that answer.

One cashier, very long line from the time i walked in the door. At least one person put their things down and left. Took a while to find what i needed and did not see anyone available to ask. The store itself has a good variety and neat.

Pricing here is alot more than what you will pay at Lowe's or Walmart for the same items, although they do have alot of harder to find and specialty items. My biggest complaint would be the lack of knowledgeable sales associates. My husband found an associate and asked her where he could find fertilizer she handed him off to another associate and told him to show him where it was kept outside. They both walked around outside only to find that there wasn't anything out there, no mulch, fertilizer, potting soil, etc. Then when we finally went to check out there was one cashier open and a line 5 people deep. Pretty sad since it was a beautiful Saturday so lots of people were out buying outdoor items.

Second time I have gone in for a pickup with nobody at that desk. The gentleman ahead of me was also waiting for a few minutes before someone bothered to check in. When we did get assistance the employees were not friendly just very curt like our being there was an inconvenience.

They are the kindest staff, my mother-in-law was having car trouble in the parking lot of Weis and I called Tractor Supply if they sold rope and if someone could help her. Bonnie is the sweetest human being and helped McGiver her car door shut. This was above and beyond her job but I cannot express how much my husband and I appreciate the kind staff there!

Only place around to purchase 35 to 50 pound bags of birdseed at reasonable cost.You can also find many different kinds of gadgets, Specialty Foods, medications, treatments to raise and care for all types of animals domesticated and wild found in a wild or farm setting.Also a nice selection of All Season clothing, footwear, tools, and devices necessary for living on a farm and rural Outdoor Living.Another plus is you always receive a friendly greeting by an employee when entering.
