The grooming salon lead, Ms Eve is a very wonderful lady who welcomes all with such a warm heart and the animals are at ease in her presence. Ms. Charlotte,Ms Eve and Ms Marisa are very dedicated and understanding groomers. Couldn't be any happier with their services. <3

This location was clean, associates in different departments asked if I needed any help while I was shopping. The small animal cages were clean. Even the cat adoption area was super nice. Definitely the cleanest PetSmart I have been in, in a while. Only thing I was bummed about was the small selection of "birthday dog items" but it wasn't a huge deal. Still got my dog some nice things. Looking forward to coming back

Please be aware that they clearly do not check dates at this location. Just bought this yesterday and it’s Best Buy date is 7/4/2023!!! The food smelt awful and you can see it’s pretty green looking. Just bad and really could have made my dog ill or killed him ! I would avoid this location for food items. Just CARELESS !!

The Martinsburg PetSmart location was a plethora variety of pets to adopt. From fish to kittens and reptiles, parakeets, and small mammals in-between. My brother and I were so engrossed in all of them that my parents bought cat food for our three cats. Dog owners were also comfortable bringing their dogs with them into the store in Martinsburg than I've seen in other stores. Though, I would rather have a PetSmart with this quality in an open route lot than in a one way hill route during a crowded traffic day.

finally got the pet we were looking for and the girl was super sweet n gave us lots of information....we went 2 about 4 different places looking for this snake, n 4 whatever reason either they didn't have it or were 2 busy 2 talk 2 us or didn't want 2. this place was awesome.... came in like 10 minutes till closing and still had an amazing experience.

Several times I've used Door Dash to purchase crickets for my uro. Many deliveries all the crickets were dead, but I just gave my last chance. About half this delivery were dead. They were left out in the rain with no notice of delivery. Completely soaked. Such a waste of time and money.

I can shop for everything from toys to clothes to food. I can also see the vet and get medication. I can also have my dogs groomed or just get their nails cut. It's a one-stop shop for everything my fur babies need or want.

Wish they sold mostly and a large assortment of natural dog food, dog beds, and etc. Also their aquarium side needs work. Their bed selection is awesome but be prepared to look if you got a Older large dog that needs a good orthopedic bed.

*** Not good for older dogs, but they still try to rip you off ***My 14.5 year old dog has recently started having trouble standing for a long time. At his last grooming appointment the groomer said it will take longer to cut his hair because he has trouble standing. This time I got the call that he is ready, paid $45 for the service and when I picked him up, I realized he had not been washed or cut. When I confronted the person who did the check out she claimed he had been washed but when I pushed back on it she conceded that he had not been washed. What was I charged the $45 for? The trimming around his face! I was told they do not groom older dogs, who have a hard time standing. How am I supposed to know that when the last time the groomer worked with him? I was able to get a refund, but I will not be taking my younger dog there either

We go to petsmart for out bearded dragon needs. They always seem to have what we need whether we order it online or we go in ourselves. Also the convenience if having it door dashed to my house when I'm at work is great

Calling in for an appointment is always easy. Groomers are friendly and kind to all pets. I only have them do a Pawdicure, but I am always impressed by the work they do on other dogs, even the challenging pets.

I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was with the groomers at this PetSmart. I am an advocate of a five month old large breed bully mix. We did a walk in for them to look at her coat for bathing and getting her nails clipped as it's been hard for me to do since some of the nails are clear, some are black. Eve went above and beyond checking us in, looking at her coat and suggested things I can do to keep it looking so good. We decided not to bathe her right now as her coat is healthy but we needed a good nail trim. They easily could of just taken my money, but they simply told me to keep doing what I'm doing with some mild changes. Charlotte was our nail groomer and was so kind to us. A dog whisperer they say. We were not only in and out in less than ten minutes but she was kind, fast and gentle in her delivery itself. Now she will not have fear to get this done again, and she knows she can trust the staff there. We left happy with our service and were able to take that extra money and buy a new harness and treats, which they didn't have her size with the one they had displayed so an awesome man who's name we failed to get went in the back to find what we needed. I cannot say enough how amazing our experience was and we will definitely be back. Vets and PetSmart took a hit like all of us during and after COVID but both are important to the care of having and advocating for your pet. Thank you guys so very much and keep doing what you do. There's enough hate in the world, so I'm trying to simply put some love back out there. ❣️

They have very limited resources for birds! And they can’t even check their stock. Could find any bird waterer!!!! Next time I’ll drive to PetCo in Hagerstown.

We love coming to our local PetSmart. Both of our dogs get groomed here and Lauren is absolutely amazing. She loves my boys as if they were her own. She does a wonderful job of bathing and handling them. She’s extra careful and goes the extra mile for my dog who has hip dysplasia. I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks, Lauren!

I'm currently adopting a young female guinea pig and was looking for a second piggie for her to bond with. I don't typically shop for pets cause of all the issues associated, but this store takes excellent care of their guineas- clean cages, fresh hay, and a much bigger area to run around in than I've seen any major pet store offer. Toffee's probably the healthiest piggie I've ever bought. For once I'm not regretting a pet purchase!

So a few weeks ago my puppy child Gracie and I ventured into our local PetSmart in Hagerstown Maryland in search of a more digestive friendly food for her gut.. she is almost two years old and at least once a week for those years she has had a bout w/ diarrhea. After trying to monitor everything she put in her mouth I finally made my way to the store in search of an answer to this dilemma.I was overwhelmed by all of the different options that could possibly help her sensitive gut until a super helpful employee guided me to a gut friendly solution in the freezer section. I wasted no time giving Gracie these gut friendly raw chicken bites and she devoured them!I am pleased to announce that Gracie's dilemma with gut issues are over! She does not have diarrhea and she has more energy! Thank you PetSmart for helping this Dog Mommy help her sweet puppy ❤️

We had an appointment for Monday June 12th at 9:30 am for a cat grooming. We arrived on time, checked in, paid for the service and left our pet with Charlotte. At 9:30am she said she would take care of him right away because that was his appointment time. My husband and I waited in our car from 9:30 to 11:00am. We came back to the grooming section to check and see if our cat had been groomed. He was still in his carrier from 9:30-11:00am in a corner under a desk. This broke my heart. He had been under a desk for like 2 hours. Charlotte was working on a dog which came after us. We had an appointment for 9:30am and at 11:00 she had the decency to even say that it would take an additional 2-3 more hours! How can that be if we had an appointment at 9:30am! This is just ridiculous. We were very upset because we drove from 1.5 hours away to get our cat groomed and they didn’t care for him. We spoke to the store leader Greg Votta about the incident and he did not even apologize for the scenario. He did not care that we were upset, not a single apology. These people working here don’t even care for animals and it sucks because our pets are the ones who pay for it. I will not stand for these people, how can you be a store leader and you didn’t even try to make it right for your customer nor for our pet. I will never come back here. Terrible customer service and terrible pet service.

Eh, 85% of the store is centered around dogs, the cashier was weird, made minimal conversation and openly made fun of what we were purchasing. Commuting to winchester doesn't seem like such a hassle to avoid a store like this.

Natasha's my dogs cut was good. What wasn't is that I had my friend pick her up and the front couldn't change a 20 for tip or the back. Cash is still legal tender? Didn't mind taking for legal tender tip? Times are hard and sorry wasnt expecting to pay hundred. This is why I cut my dog most of the time myself.

Every associate is super friendly and helpful every time I come in. Took my dog to get his nails trimmed today. I forget the wonderful groomer’s name, but my dog LOVED her. He’s typically nervous getting his nails touched. Very happy pet parent.
