Made in America! Need I say more? This was the number one selling point for us. We met Jason Brown at the home show. I was explaining how our current RO was about 30-35 years old and needed replaced. He came to our house gave us our options and we signed up. Our new system was installed and the old one removed within a week. Everyone at Negley’s is very professional. The installers had a problem with the drain leaking, they went out, got the part and had it fixed in no time. My water, coffee and tea has a great taste again, and the tea is so clear. I would recommend Negley’s to anyone that needs water treatment.

Negley’s well drilling was a great company to work with to drill our well. The whole team there from Aaron, the drillers, and pump installers were all great people and explained everything in detail over the whole process. Aaron even reached out several times after the drilling and setting of the pump to make sure everything was working properly. I will also leave another review once we get our house built and we use them for our water treatment system.

Thank Negleys! Jason did a fantastic job on demonstrating how bad our water was. After the installation Jason showed us the high difference in our water and the RO water is incredible! But the start of the show goes out to Mr. Rad the gentleman that did our install. He did an awesome job for a one man show! He went above and beyond on installing the water softener and RO system! When our spring went dry, I called Negley's and they came out the next day, located a site for a well, provided an estimate, and started the permit process. Sensitive to the urgency of our need, Negley's began drilling less than a week after our spring failed. The pipeline trenching, pipe and cable laying, pump setting, and pressure tank installation followed in quick succession. What a huge relief it was to finally get running water again. I cannot say enough about the people I worked with at Negley's. From Aaron, the project manager, to Danny, Michael, Tyler, and all the others on the job whose names I can't remember, all were unfailingly helpful, responsive, cooperative, and always quickly available for questions and information. Thank you Negley's for a superior job!

As a west coast transport and owner of a new home, having quality drinking water was a big thing for me. I did my due diligence and reviewed many of the water companies surrounding Martinsburg and found that Negley’s water is who I wanted to do business with. I would refer anyone and everyone to Negleys. I have a well and my water needed some help. First they came out and checked my water system and found my pump was failing. The guys installed new pump and that helped out the pressure issues. Then Negleys came to the house and tested my water and figured out best plan for dealing with my iron filled water. They installed new water softner system. All their guys that have been here seem very knowledgeable and very down to earth. Best part they dont try to sell you products you dont need and they are very fairly priced. Thanks to all of you

What could have been a totally unpleasant experience (digging a well) was completely painless with Negley's! I needed someone to hold my hand through the process of locating a site, permitting, scheduling, drilling, etc. and Aaron and his team were amazingly communicative, knowledgeable, organized, timely and downright nice! Negleys installed a water treatment system at our property last year. It was a total replacement of a very old system. We weren’t at the property during the install and the crew left the work area spotless. Jason Brown came out today, almost a year after the install, and the water is still testing perfect and with great pressure. Jason is very knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions. We would highly recommend Negleys for all water services. They are also helping us with updating our well. Great customer service and quality work. Five stars!

This is a great place for getting a reverse osmosis system. We love the taste of our martinsburg water now. It takes the impurities out.. We drank bottle water before. Kris came and told me about the system. Then they came and hooked our water system up just the way they said they would. Dalton and Kris did a great job.

Aaron and the entire team have been punctual, professional, and transparent. They helped work through a complex placement (who knew having a bunch of pet chickens would cause issues 🤣) and have arrived on time every time. Negley’s was recommended to us by many homeowners in the area for a water treatment system for our newly built home. Jeremy was great to work with, very professional and very knowledgeable. We had some additional equipment installed to address some well water concerns and Chris and his coworker did a great job. To begin we received a negligent invoice that was apparently “not supposed to be sent to us” and included bogus $1300 charges to make our invoice “match the original quote”. After calling about this and allowing them to scramble for 3 days, they were able to come up with a reason for $400 of the charges in “travel” although we are located 3.1 miles from Negley’s. The other $800 was taken off and admitted a bogus charge. Next, the well team “forgot” our well cap and it took us calling 3-4 times as Sherry “forgot” to schedule it and 2 weeks with our well being left in the pictured condition before the cap was put on. Extremely disgusted with the service performed and the negligence in billing extra fees.Edit: original service included leaking fittings and property was left with mounds of dirt haphazardly. Was supposed to get our water tested and team was a no show. Finally got someone out- still haven’t gotten results almost 10 days later. Definitely do not recommend. Negley’s offered a small discount for some damage control, and to be honest was an insult with all we have gone through with this company.
