1. This store overall has poor customer service.2. The management team has communication amongst each other.3. The store manager is very disrespectful.4. The store as a whole doesn't accommodate those who regularly buy in bulk.5. The store as a whole doesn’t know how to make checkout go a smoothly and quickly as possible.6. The store manager refused to connect me to her boss, the district leader, after I told her that I wouldn't step foot in her store again until her district leader gives me assurance that I wont receive such issues in the store again.7. Speaking as someone who has experience at dollar tree as an operations manager and a merchandise manager in NY, the store as a whole is disorganized, mismanages time, and is filled with lazy workers, including the store manager herself.

I wish i could give 0 stars extremely disrespectful. Same cashier is in there and is completely rude rolls her eyes at me, will completely avoid talking and won't even take me or my mother in law at times unless she has to when Noone else is up there. I have tried and tried to be nice to this woman. Make small talk. Be extra friendly and nothing and I'm tired and done being shunned for being a customer. Grow up and show some respect. You do not know me and I am repulsed with how childish this employee is. Excuses are done. You are just rude and that is final. You have lost your customer I will never return to this location. I have shopped here since it has opened, and I have been nothing but nice. Good riddance hope you find your peace. Their are some lovely lovely ladies that work here and I am sorry for this is not directed towards you all. But I will not be disrespected any longer.

I used to come to this store location but prefer the Commons location instead. Often, this store is out of stock on items and it takes a while to checkout. It always seems that only 1 cashier is working which can cause a backup on the checkout line.

Niki and Linda were very helpful while checking out our items. They did not get upset or frustrated from he returned items. We actually made it an algebraic equation which made my day. On another note: DOLLAR TREE should change their name to "Dollar And A Leaf Tree"..lol (the leaf is for the additional 25 cents)

Always enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree. Free parking and handicap parking. Everything is only 1.00. Has very nice Christmas decorations of all sorts only 1.00. You can purchase home utensils, cookware, food, snacks and gifts. Staff is always pleasant to deal with.

Stop by the Martinsburg dollar tree today off of Queen St. Next to Big Lots havnt bn there in awhile. They were nice and stocked and wasn't busy so I took time to look around. I found my daughter some 16" ×11" backsplash self-adhesive she was so excited. I also found all my granddaughters' items for a craft project they have everything. 😊

My favorite place. Martinsburg WV. I live 2 Minutes from Dollar Tree.. Always nice workers. If I needed help , they would be there. You need a bigger store. Only one thing that Items are in the middle of the floor , If a person would trip over those items. You would have a law suit.. l love Dollar Tree. .. I have worked in retail for the most of my life. Dollar Tree was awesome! I went in for a birthday card and came out with Easter stuff for my grandaughters. Was all good. Going back cuz I saw a lot of spring stuff I liked.

Good experience the manager was actually nice to me today,cuz usually she in a fowl mood,I went to the one by big lots in martinsburg,w.v. the one I always go too. So it was a good day there today.

Tried to help them when a family of 3 came in when they only allow 14 at a time. Three people had left and when the next customer left, I told her that they are even. Well Ms Holly then gave me attitude about how its hrr job to do it. When I told her that I was only trying to help she got an attitude that its her job. When I told her I did not appreciate the attitude fir trying to help her, she said her managers were right behind her and if I didn't like it I could talk to them. They then held off on letting people in and did a head count only to find 18 people in the store as one left leaving 17. So much for Holly doing her job right even before I said anything. I was gonna apologize but 18 minus 3 is still more than 14 and her attitude about my help left a bad impression. A simple thanks, whether or not you want to list would have been fine. (PS This was an old lady who gave me attitude, not a millennial) #OKBoomer

I was so excited when I found out a dollar tree was opening close by, but unfortunately I still travel to a different one instead. The manager here is great but the employees are blah... stores a mess and never stocked I'm not sure if it's because there slow stocking or people are quick buying either or they hardly ever have what I need and the lines are always long. 😕

My better halfs favorite store. Found everything we wanted except hummingbird feeder, I guess out of season now. Didn't have to wait in line outside to get in. Good visit.

Our cashier was not happy have to come and be a cashier...he just wanted to stock. He loudly told the sole cashier that she didn't need help even though the line extended into the store isle.

I use to shop in dollar tree twice a week. After the quarter increase on all of their items I will be shopping the dollar aisle at other stores.
