Love this store. Would love to see some more "fresh" ideas in food offered. Better displays would help points of purchase. Your employees are overwhelmed with activities that are not customer service. It's not their fault. They are understaffed. Hey corporate, hit me up if you need some ideas on how to make things better. Everyone could be so much happier.

This location is usually clean, well stocked, and reasonably priced. The only drawback is the parking lot at night. It's hardly ever properly lit. So unless you know where to turn to get in there you can miss it. Also since the lot isn't very bright watch your step so you don't get hurt.

Stopped in this dollar general location for one forgotten item. Impressed with neatness and plenty of merchandise. A lot bigger than some dollar stores. Quick and friendly checkout. Will definitely go back when have more time to check out more of what they have to offer!

This store is defiantly less cluttered and cleaner than the bunker hill or north Queen stores. But it still has its days. Thus may be a corporate problem I don't think there are enough staffers it seems there always short handed and workers are stocking shelves between customers. Over all the Pikeside plaza Dollar General store is my favorite out of the ones in my area.

The one clerk, when I asked for help, said they are down most aisles. Went to another and she actually showed me....one was young and the other older, the older lady helped me. For the most part though very good store.

The Dollar General on Route 11 by the Copper Still is the best one in the area. They have just about everything and it's a lot cheaper than at Food Lion or Family Dollar. The staff at this location are friendly and down to earth. At this location, they even sell books at a very decent price. Over already shown two people the books and they've started going there. I get all my cleaning and paper products, candles, some groceries. I walk out with change! This is the best of the Dollar General locations.

I go to the Dollar General because it is the only place I can find Campbell's pork and beans with pulled pork. I love the stuff. Always wind up with a few other thing also at a good price. Beats having to go to wallyworld.

Large selection of items. Selections aren't as good as most times due to supply issues related to COVID-19.I got a small plastic spray bottle that NO ONE else had. Worth the trip!

Has a fare price on all low end items. Has all of your household needs and a grocery store that has frozen and shelf life foods. Has beverages of all types but no alcohol beverages. They carry rugs, carpet roll out, plumbing, electrical supplies, laundry supplies, medical supplies, home decor, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, cups, reading glasses, candies, snacks, cat/dog foods and supplies, batteries, flashlights, house bulbs and much more.

Used to like this store be nice if have yo close early put sign up instead of 3 people standing at door 8 and every light on for lady walk bye door wave bye keep pushing her cart when sign say close at 9

Personally, this is the largest Dollar General I've ever been to. There is a wide selection; from clothes to grocery. I've interacted with a few employees now, and the staff is always nice.

I most of the time will shop at this Dollar Store if i dont go to the new one on Winchester ave. Friendly service just wish they wouldnt block the aisle when ppl trying to shop.

My experience at Dollar General store at pikeside was good until I walked outside and you have workers smoking but yet they want you to wear a mask inside when you come outside you take your mask off and you got workers right outside the door smoking and blowing it in your face so therefore I write you all at 1

You wouldn't think it, but they have food that's really good and cheap. Makeup products as well. Alot of the food is a dollar, and they accept EBT cards as well FYI they have TV dinners and sandwiches and stuff for a dollar Hamburg chicken sandwiches

Had what i needed but the cashier was rude to my roommate about him using Samsung pay. Yelling at him saying it wouldnt work and then just called him special when it did.

Store was very thinned out as far as paper products and cleaners. I was able to find small bags of cat food.

I can understand not having somethings stocked but i think it's bad for business when you ask an employee if they could look in the back to see if they have the product your looking for in the back to be told there to busy to look.
