Employees at pharmacy should remind customers from 11:00 am and on that they are closed from 12:30 to 1:00 pm. Otherwise the experience and customer service was great.

The staff at CVS are great, they work hard and actually talk to customer's even on the phone including the pharmacist.. wouldn’t go anywhere else..Martinsburg WV..

We finally found a Pharmacy Manager who is professional, possesses excellent attention to detail, communicates clearly and yet still has compassion for customers! Yes - they are overworked, Yes - it takes time to get through the line and Yes - prescriptions are expensive but customers want to be recognized and treated with respect. This CVS pharmacy is fortunate to have a Pharmacy Manager with these attributes.

AWFUL! Was just told they are 10 days behind in filling rx's. When you send in a refill they don't start filling it until you get there to pick it up, then you have to wait an hour! Has happened to me over and over. A couple of the pharmacists are rude and unfriendly. CVS needs to double or triple the amount of staff. They NEVER, EVER answer their phone. I'm done. Transferring my rx's today!

If I could give zero I could. The drive thru takes 30 mins even if there's only one car ahead of you. They lost an electronically submitted prescription for my son. Had to call the urgent care back and get them to resubmit it. They took 4 hours to fill my daughter's. Looking for a new place to take my business starting now. And going to be filing a complaint with corporate. This is unacceptable. There are people who have been waiting for hours! They are always running out of things so that you CAN'T get the script filled.

CVS has always been a good pharmacy, although I feel like they are carrying too much these days. Toys and photography supplies...I just need a pharmacy.
