Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst pharmacy ever. Rude every single time I call and I get different answers every time I call. They said they don't have any type (generic, brand name, or chewable) she "checked" and put me on hold for 5 seconds and then said nope don't have it. My doctor called and they filled the same day after they called. Don’t go here if you want your meds or to be treated with respect. Checkout people are fine it’s really just the pharmacists it seems.

I get the majority of my prescriptions filled here. I am a card carrying member - $5 gets me a $10 credit a month to spend as I please - and free home delivery - including prescriptions. Much better than the competition across the street.

I had been waiting in line at the pharmacy for over 10 minutes when they decided to close for lunch without waiting on the people that had been waiting in line. After I pick up these RX, I will never use this pharmacy again. That was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, & asinine to treat customers that way.

They really need to keep up with their sale tags. I bought $15 worth of Crest toothpaste products, and that was supposed to give me a $5 coupon for my next purchase, but no coupon was printed. After double checking, the tag was in date, and the purchase information matched exactly what I purchased. So I promptly requested a refund. This has happened before, so be mindful of your receipt and for those extra care perk promos.

Hands down best pharmacy in the area I don’t care what anyone says. Even the a$$ hat below who sounds like he doesn’t understand if the dr messes up writing the script (which happens more frequently than people think) that no one can fix it but the doc, but sure slander the person who’s helped my family with our meds on multiple occasions and has the best crew I have seen at this locations in YEARS. Get the f outta here with your crybaby review.

I am having a hard time with my pharmacy supporting my mental health. The pharmacist Somtochukwu Orakwue at store 1429 stated that my prescription required a brand name medication. I told him I had been given this medicine many times and that my prescriber originally sent in a script for a smaller dose of the same medication and the pharmacy was out of it. The prescriber then sent in a script for the same medication at a higher dose. The pharmacist then told me I was wrong and that he would give me the written script when I came in to the pharmacy. I asked him to print it off and put it in with my other prescription I was picking up to avoid waiting when I came in. He said that he would not do it. I had to wait for him to print it off while I was in the store.I asked him why he would do this and he disconnected.Funny this same person has received an award for customer service and going above and beyond for clients.That is not my experience with him at all.

Giving 5 stars to the pharmacy.I visited yesterday as I was in town staying with family and needed my prescription filled before i went back home to DC. I believe it was the Pharmacist that was able to put my insurance in and fill my prescription in less than 10 minutes. He was great! The pharmacy techs/ staff were also friendly and fast to get me out of there. I wish i got there names but they were wonderful!

My biggest pet peeve about this particular CVS is that there's always a very long line at the drive-thru for prescription pickup as well as inside for prescription pick up. Several times when my prescription says it's ready for pickup I still have to wait.We've also had issues with wrong prescriptions given to us.I really wish the pharmacy could improve.The only reason I use this pharmacy is because I have to because of our insurance.

Wonder how you expect me to administer my meds when you don't even given me the correct amount of needles? 23 gauge 4 for 10 and had to go back 3 calls and 2 drive thru to get 18 gauge needles. What a mess yall! This happens all the time. The staff was nice bit lied to me twice on phone. Finally spoke with Pharmacist and half the problem.corrected

A few days ago I called to ask to get both of my prescriptions and my sons transferred to here from the CVS on Senseny Rd in Winchester. I am not sure how to spell the name of the person I spoke to but it sounded like she said Tiesha….Tasha? I hung up on her and got my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. This woman was so rude and would not answer any of my questions. She just kept saying Mhmm into the phone and I am not sure she was paying attention at times. I asked if they had amoxicillin liquid suspension in stock because my son gets it in Winchester when he gets sick but I know it’s been out of stock sometimes. Her answer to this was telling me that I cannot transfer the prescription there because they do not have it. I know there is shortages but it’s rude that she wouldn’t allow me to transfer the prescription in case they did receive any. Walgreens did not have it in stock either but at least they allowed me to transfer it over. They had no trouble with this request so why does CVS have trouble.

I called the Pharmacy three different times to check the status of a prescription that was filled on 1/19 (Never notified it was filled and had to call the vet to confirm it was sent) to be hung up on by an extremely rude woman. She gave me attitude for not being able to find the prescription and hung up. Called a second time and asked to speak with someone else and she hung up again. Third time someone answered and immediately hung up. Called a fourth time to speak with the Assistant Manager, who isn't properly trained in the pharmacy, and they were able to solve the issue in minutes. At least the store side has some sense, but the pharmacy is a joke! The prescription is a steroid for cancer. There is no reason for their pharmacy to decline calls just because they aren't trained properly to actually locate a prescription.

Raya Kipp's review, which was posted on 07/30, is slanderous and...ignorant. In truth, the "kid" who was just so "awful" to the cashier did NOT start any of it. Had the people in line behind the "kid" been to the counter first, they would have been met with the same disrespect from the cashier.Here's something to note: this CVS location has two self-checkout kiosks. If you want to be rung up at the counter, you'll often find that no one is even standing there to help.On July 30, a Sunday evening, I saw that a woman was standing there, and she looked at me in disdain as I asked to be rung up."Oh, so you're not going to use the self-checkout, I guess," she said with a face of disapproval.I placed my items on the counter. "What did you say?" I asked."Oh, I was just saying that you wanted to check out here - not the self-checkout," she said in a smart-alecky way."Well, it's kind of your job - I'm just here to check out," I said.She replied, "Yeah. . .", as though she cared nothing of me.Before leaving, I did use some profanity, but I had every right to do so. The (completely unknowing and ignorant) person in line who wanted to say something about me should think about how they had no idea what was going on.It is not "rude" to advocate for oneself, and the cashier should NOT be commended for demonstrating kindness to the next customers in line. She did that to PUT ON A FACE, not because that is how she would have acted in her true character.The cashier and Raya are in the wrong, not me.

I wish my prescription, Caremark, would allow us to use other pharmacies rather than making us use the God-awful CVS pharmacies. They are either out of the prescriptions or they won’t fill a prescription but their pharmacists and techs have no idea why so we have to do a lot of legwork to find out the reasons. Also, they have threatened not to fill a prescription unless we opted for the 90 day refill.

CVS in general needs to get it together! This particular one stinks to high heaven. If I were a pharmacist I work for any other company than this one! Walgreens is incredible, maybe they should take note. I will also be complaining to my insurance which for some reason chooses this company over others. Must be a great deal for someone, somewhere, just not the patients it’s meant to serve.

Prior to the last two days, this store had exceptional service from both the retail and pharmacy. On Wednesday, I was treated poorly by a young and lazy employee. I tried to look at Neutrogena makeup wipes but an employee was sitting on the ground in front of them, and was watching videos on her phone. I asked her excuse me but she rolled her eyes at me and barely moved out of the way. She lied about being a manager when I asked to speak to one. I asked for her name and it was Bridget. On Thursday, I came to the pharmacy drive thru to buy some Claritin D 24hr and to ask the pharmacist a question about taking them with other medications. The girl working the drive thru was the same as the one I had an issue with the day before. Today she was not wanting to help again and told me to come inside if I had any questions because I could not hold up other cars but there was only 1 car behind me. I asked her to get the pharmacist and was told that I cannot purchase the Claritin here. Again, I asked for the pharmacist and the window was shut on me for a minute. The pharmacist came to help and was apologetic about the issue. After my question was answered, the girl came back over and would not look or talk to me for the rest of the transaction other than to ask for my license. I have sent an email to corporate to look into this issue and the intolerable attitude from this girl.

Your Cvs is the worst I have ever seen. Not filling a prescription or informing the customer of a prior auth request when finding out. Then once informing him and having him tell you to fill it while he deals with insurance you ignore it and toss to the bottom. The attitude your pharmacist or manager had to those with mental handicaps is absolutely appalling

The lady pharmacist who answers the phone is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I underwent surgery yesterday and still have not received any medication. When calling to ask why this is, the woman responded with “I explained all of this to you yesterday.” However, I was never at cvs yesterday. She offered no help in formulating a plan to obtain my medicine and I had to resort to calling my surgeon and having him send a different prescription that I now will have to pay cash for. I fully understand rules and regulations but there is no excuse for the terrible attitude of the staff member I was forced to talk to. I will never be returning to this location due to this woman’s actions.

Pharmacy is way too small to accommodate the community now. I can never expect my prescription to be ready when they say so. They have lost prescriptions because the pharmacy is over-encumbered. The store has went downhill since the pandemic, aisles are cluttered and there is dust on shelves and I've found expired vitamins still on the shelf at full price. I only go here when I have a cash coupon to use and when I know my prescription is absolutely ready. I do not go there if I need a same day prescription.The staff is usually nice but I've had confrontations with the pharmacy staff before for being incompetent; losing scripts, not applying discount cards when I've provided them multiple times, calling the pharmacy to confirm my script is ready for pick up, them saying yes, but I get there and it's not ready.The front store staff have always been friendly and accommodating and I have never had an issue with their customer service but the stores as a whole needs work in organization, cleanliness and efficiency.

Since when does a CVS pharmacy close daily for lunch? Went on my break and had to wait 1/2 hour for them to re-open! When they came back there were like 15 people who all go to lunch at the same time?! At a CVS pharmacy? I have never heard of a company that couldn't manage to stagger lunch breaks. I also had to go to 3 separate registers for them to process my Rx. VERY poorly managed. Won't be returning.

I am moving my prescriptions away from here. I called last night and spoke to the pharmacist Matt who was useless. One of my medications was on hold and I needed to find out why since I am running out of it soon. Helping customers must not interest him. Every time I would go to speak, he would cut over me. The issue ended up being a simple fix but he was very rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I always have a problem with this place when filling my prescriptions. I had my medicine originally set to auto fill, well it would never be ready on the dates they tell me it will be. I’d always have to wait for them to fill it when it should be ready. So I started to call 2 days in advance to go ahead and have it ready and STILL would have to wait!! And on top of that it’s always a long line with one person helping at the window inside. This place is very unorganized and they don’t care about their customers at all. I’m switching pharmacies.

This pharmacy is atrocious. They have either lost or refused to refill every prescription I’ve sent here. I went days without seizure meds because they kept telling me it would be ready in 10 minutes, then magically lost the script and had to call my doctor. The staff is so horrendously rude I’m shaking writing this. Have no problems with other CVS’s… NEVER go here!

Been trying to confirm prescriptions for my elderly parents. Confirmed they were ready four different times, yet they are not there upon arrival. After expressing my dismay, the pharmacy employee, a young, clearly inexperienced woman hung up on me, mid-sentence. Absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with , especially when dealing with something as important as my parents’ medicine. Moving to Walgreens next door. Do Not trust them for such an important job.

I wouldn't be upset if it were just a long wait time. But they left us waiting for over half an hour after telling us it'd be a "few minutes," and after the friend I had taken to pick up almost passed out at the counter and was physically sick (they didn't clean up or offer anything to help clean it up). This was also after having stood in line for about 15 minutes with no chairs available until we were almost at the counter.The employees basically forgot about us until I went to the counter to ask for a time estimate. They told us it was a 2-3 hour wait for prescriptions that weren't ready. We were about to leave when my friend saw a text that the prescription was ready for delivery, so I asked the employee to check again, and.... it was ready. But since the counter I was at didn't have a register, I had to go through the line again, so another 15-20 minutes with my friend trying to recover in a chair at the front of the line. Finally at the counter again, and they still took another 5-10 minutes to find the prescription.I get that they're understaffed, and I get that it's stressful, but there are so many ways this could have been less than the nightmare that it was with a little bit of sympathy or consideration.

2 years ago - Absolutely terrible pharmacy. People that come here are sick or taking care of someone who is sick. When prescriptions for antibiotics are sent in, it shouldn’t take over 45 minutes for the pharmacist to check to see if the prescription is filled correctly when NO ONE else is waiting for their prescriptions! Absolutely uncalled for!4/12/2021 - The pharmacy technicians are incredibly rude. They interrupt customers mid-sentence like they can’t be bothered aside from obtaining your date of birth and name. How can you help me if you don’t know what I need? If you can’t help me, you don’t need to know my date of birth!

This CVS used to be so on top of their stuff!Since the female pharmacist has been there, there have been so many mistakes made and she is also very rude and unprofessional! Definitely not someone youd want helping you out when you're sick because shes there to do the bare minimum and that's it! She literally told me this when I met her for the first time. She said she was not going out of her way for me. Most of the techs are great and do their best, but not the pharmacist! She does not like her job and needs some lessons in customer service!

I can’t understand why this pharmacy isn’t efficient. They don’t seem to have anything in stock, their communication is poor, and customer service skills need improvement. Not to mention, there is always a long wait. Even when they tell you a time to pick up, you can get sent away again because the rx isn’t ready. Then come to find out, when you go to pick it up the next time, that they are out of it. If your time and meds are important, go to Walmart Pharmacy! I’m sure they take your insurance, so make the switch!

Can't get lower than 1 star. Im a senior and count on these...…people for prescriptions. I was on the phone tonight from 15 minutes before closing until 10 minutes after closing. I got so exasperated I finally hung up. 25 minutes CVS. Really. It's bad enough that my prescription cannot be found after verifying with my Dr. that it was sent in...TWICE. then I had to wait on hold for 25 minutes with still no resolve. Got a CVS, got a problem. Awful service and one employee speaks to customers in such a condescending manor, if there was somewhere else I could go, I would.
