Nice, professional and staff is well trained. Recently my grand daughter turned five years old and we ordered her cake from kroger. My son originally ordered white cake and paid at when he placed the order but when he gave me the receipt it showed half and half which was ok mistake. At her party we discovered when we cut it that it was all chocolate which she can not have. She naturally had a melt down as five year olds do. We cut the cake and served it to her guest but unfortunately she had none. The day after her party I phoned kroger about the mistake and the bakery manager immediately offered to make her a completely new cake or refund my money, even after explaining that we had served the cake to our guest. They refunded me the full amount for the cake with no problem. I then purchased a small cake so my grand daughter could have some. Staff is always willing to help any time I have needed and go above and beyond what any other grocery store I have shop at does. Their prices are very good when using your kroger card.

Closes at 10pm, way to early? It use to be 11pm but I qot there at 10:08pm and they were closed. It sucks whenever you really really have an emergency and need otc meds or something that can't wait for a sick child.
