Absolutely horrible Goodwill location. It's 95% clothes, 4% dishes, and 1% random junk. They have pretty much no furniture, a pathetically small amount of DVDs and CDs, and barely anything worth buying in the huge amounts of clothing that they have. I take my business to Lucky Dog Thrift in Danville because they have much better variety, they're locally owned, and unlike Goodwill, they actually support good causes in the area by making regular donations to animal rescue initiatives.

Very well organized. Good customer service. Prices are marked clearly on the majority of items.Items are kind of scattered, but still easy to view, while most are on the tops of clothing racks, some are on shelving and in the floors.Parking for this Goodwill is kind of difficult to pull in and out on a busy street, while being blind by vehicles beside of you. The best option for parking, is to park in front of courthouse, in the gravel parking area. And to walk over to the Goodwill to shop.

Clothing needs to be in sizes NOT COLOR CODED can't find nothing. This is the problem with numerous amount of people that USE to shop there. Change it back please. Now the dishes and other items like that is fine the way you have them.

I always find something I need, or want! I found VR game pack for $6.99! It works, and it's in such good condition, I gave it to him for his birthday! The clothes are always clean, toys and shoes in really good condition.

Better experience today than last week.Was visiting store in Madison Wva. the week prior they had a table top grill sitting on the floor had no price asked store manager for that day for the price she couldn't find one on it so gave me a price of $29.99 for the grill said it sold new for $200.00 and some dollars..Well I looked it up on my phone and showed her new from Walmart it was only $80.00 and that was with a one year warranty because if anything was missing or broken I could bring it back for replacement or my (money back)..Anyway if anyone reads my comment first of all I thought Good Will wasn't only in the business for the betterment of the company but also to help people?With the way prices have risen in your stores here in Wva. It's really hard for the people who have to shop stores that was given donations to help all people if you continue raising your prices like you have in the last year.. Anyway today I bought the grill that had been there for about a week or ten days because I let the manager today know that I was there last week and wanted the grill but I thought the price was really high! Told her obviously I needed the grill or I wouldn't have came back to see if it was still available and it was still laying on the floor in the front of the store and I fill the reason it had been there for over a week was the price was to high so she worked with me a little and I purchased it for $20.00 with no warranty and no way of knowing even if it works if not I have an expensive piece of tin artwork...Thank you very much if you took the time to read my comment.. The men's clothes are lacking and not organized by size, Their organized by color?! Also rude clerks won't let public use bathroom

Parking is difficult. Loitering is an issue. Most employees are friendly and helpful. Good place to shop without breaking the bank.

Fantastic little Goodwill. Got a killer deal on a high end VCR. Staff is really nice and helpful. I drive an hour to go here because it is a good one.
