Locating items is somewhat of a mess especially for building materials. At least you can use the app to look up the barcode and it will pull up what items you're looking at but it's somewhat cumbersome because items have small barcodes. No employees on floor to help customers find products they are moving about moving items around. Most items are randomly placed especially Lumber. Signage is horrible. Extend your stay for about an extra 20 minutes every time you go there just to get a few items. They can do better I've been to many Lowe's home improvement stores and they all exceed. Store seems to be a little rundown also if you look at the checkout counters the lane numbers are all crooked and ready to fall off. No chains on Lumber protectors and no signage for lumber. Parking lot need some attention also especially on the entrance down the main aisle between the department stores and the small businesses that are spread out throughout this area.

Joke. They owe us a refund due to a longer delivery than was told not once not twice but three times. When my $2200 order was delivered it had broke pieces all in it. Now they are refusing to give a refund. We have had the run around for over a month.

The girls at the registers (Jess, Faith, Rian & others) are always helpful. A lot of the guys on the floor don't seem motivated. There is plenty of parking, clean facilities & good selection.

Couldn’t tell if they were even open when I pulled in. The front of the building was so dark I thought there was a power outage. Plus there were multiple tractor trailers parked in the lot taking up a lot of space and blocking Lowes off from the rest of the shopping center. The inside was large, clean, well organized.

This place is a nightmare, their inventory is completely out of whack. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I'm tired of wasting time going there for "in stock" items that they don't have. If you rely on a hardware store to run your business, this is very frustrating. Some of the associates are very nice, it seems like management issues.

Clean, well stocked location. Asked if needed help several times, and I did. And I was helped immediately.Great location, management should be proud.Location is convenient, there’s a Walmart and an Advance Auto Parts in the same strip mall.Overall, great experience.

Don’t buy appliances from Lowe’s unless you are planning on hooking it up and testing it and returning it all within 48 hours. Their customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Just be careful, especially with the scratch and dent ones that seem like a great deal. They refused to return our refrigerator, after telling us that it was covered under manufacturer warranty, when it WASN’T. It’s just a huge scam and now we are out money and have a refrigerator that doesn’t even work.

They have beautiful flowers and plenty of garden plants. The only thing is a girl who works there was looking for spider plant and her computer was saying that there was 28 plants but we couldn't find 1

Best place to go for hardware and home repair/improvement supplies. Helpful staff and well stocked. Only downside is they seem to be moving more toward self-checkout.

Lowe's is probably the best home improvement store in our area.It's easily accessible with plenty of parking, handicapped parking as well as handicapped access.The store has a nice layout with easily seen, and understood signs for aisles, and labels for products.They always have a good amount of stock on hand for any sort of gone improvement projects, gardening, or just general home maintenance, and repair.The employees are always helpful, polite, and go out of their way to help with any questions, or problems... We've never had a bad experience with any of the employees.Lastly there's easy access to restrooms without too much of a walk,

Just recently bought a brand new washing machine and I did not buy the extended warranty from Lowe's why should you on a brand new washing machine 1 it cost too much but what they do not tell you you just have a certain length of time after you buy it to hook it up they do not tell you that I'm still trying to get my washer fixed through the company that made it service man has been out twice now they got to order a new motor

Lowe's at fountain place in Logan is a great place to buy all of your building materials and so much more the staff are really nice and very helpful if you don't exactly know what you looking for.. the lady who is at the door as you walk in is the nicest person I have met.. and she is promoting the Lowe's advantage card and it doesn't take but a few minutes to sign up for it.. Also you are automatically entered into a drawing to get a brand new grill.. plus you can get a free gift

This is the worst Lowe's I've visited. Half of the staff was great and helpful, but you could tell they were stressed. I waited over thirty minutes for someone to help in one department and I think the paging system got so annoying someone from another department came to try to help. He was very helpful, but since it wasn't his area, he didn't have all the answers readily available.You could tell a good portion of the staff was not happy to be there and that makes it difficult to get all the help needed.However, the only competition for many of the stock is an hour away, so there's not much choice.

Any time I come here for the simplest thing they never have it. On top of that good luck getting someone to help. I actually stood there with associates walking by trying to get help at the self check out. I ended up just going threw all the terminals everytime one would mess up moved to the next one till I found one that I could go threw with my whole purchase (would have gone to a person but there wasn't a line actually open).

Good store. Everyone was nice and courteous. Only issue I had is I had a question about a hot water tank and they didn't have anyone that could answer it, but my lack of knowledge isn't their fault. Great experience and will be back.

Dont ever count on help here if you need it. Or stuff being in the right place. I'm just glad I do know what I'm looking for. As far as anything else goes it's clean and most employees are nice and try to help.

We came to Lowe’s today to purchase landscaping timbers along with a few other items. Steve from the outside garden area went far above our expectations to help us today. It was near closing and he still got a piece of machinery to get our timber’s down and helped us load them. Thanks Steve fur all your help 🙂

Worst store I've been to they have no carts to pick up lumber because they are too worried about the online orders plus they block a whole aisle with the carts full of the online orders

I love Lowe's, but this time tested my loyalty. When my riding mower arrived, there were no papers or keys with it. I had to go to the store, where I was told "just go have a seat, he'll be here in a minute".....over an hour later, STILL no keys! I finally stopped a couple of associates and they got done in 3 minutes what I had been waiting over an hour for. She had to print off an owner's manual because they didn't have any in stock. When I got home, I had to have a talk with God and apologize for getting so angry.

I love going to Lowe's it's 1 of my fav places to go, buuuut I needed some help in plumbing which I didn't get this 1 employee tried to help me he was the sweetest, I greatly appreciate his efforts he tried to get me someone who knew plumbing, I don't think he worked in plumbing, and could tell me what I needed to use. Anyway I ended up getting help from other customers. I am disappointed in the way I was ignored although it was not the 1st time

Have had numerous customer service issues even to the point of filing a complaint with corporate which they had 24 hours to respond to. Go figure, several days later before they reached out. Guess they learn their customer service from the top....I would have a hard time recommending to anyone to spend their money here.

Plenty of products. Staff is mostly useless. No one seems to know their section well and a lot of staff seems to hang up in clicks throughout the store near seasonal and gardening. One day I was in gardening needing help. A manager didnt know in was standing behind him. He was watching a video on an associates phone when the cashier said someone needed help. He looked at her and said well they are going to have to wait. She gave him a look so he would realize I was standing there. He then very hateful went to help me.

Absolutely terrible service. I’ve called 10 plus times. Every single call I’ve been left to ring till the phone finally hangs up, or somebody answers THEN hangs up on me. Terrible customer service with terrible attitudes!
